Come on Panda---I ordered Chow Mein and all I got was a pile of soggy cabbage.

This is one of our kids' favorite restaurants, so we usually go in, order and make it to go. We've been lucky and they've given us freshly made, tasty and warm food. I don't give them 5 stars because this location needs some more clean up, someone should be in charge of wiping out the tables, sweeping and mopping. And they should improve their lead time, because they run out of food and by now they should know how fast entrees and side dishes go. read more

I just got food there. I tried to upgrade and get a larger order. Instead of them giving me a bigger portion. They were very lazy and had the worst customer service ever. Not only did I receive a small portion of the second entree, and very little chow main. There was hair in my food as well. read more

This location has some of the freshest fast food in the area. I can't speak to other PE restaurants, but this one is consistently good and the staff friendly. read more

I'm a big panda fan and I'm currently eating the most disappointing panda meal ever. I paid extra for the beef entree and it is completely inedible. Every chunk is just gristle. The chow mein noodles are dry and the orange chicken is meh. Won't be returning. read more

Manager was rude unprofessional and did offer solutions to the order I had. Instead overcharged me and gave me kiddie portions. Will never go back and will make sure family and friends don't either. I also called when I got home and the manager just argued with me and did not apologize. I have never left a bad review for anyone but this was so bad. read more

This Panda Express location is pretty hit or miss. They lack serious consistency in their food quality, serving sizes, & flavors. Most of the time we get orange chicken and broccoli beef as our entree's. The orange chicken flavor can vary from no heat whatsoever to your mouth is on fire and all you can taste is red pepper flakes & chili oil. We have had many times where we order broccoli beef and there is literally 2-3 pieces of meat. The only entree that seems to be always fresh is the orange chicken...that's probably because of how popular it is. The customer service is a joke. I am unable to eat things that are super spicy, so I order Orange chicken without red pepper flakes and chili oil, so basically the chicken and orange sauce. I have ordered this at 1,456,875 different Panda locations and it has never been an issue. But this location refuses to do it. They did it for me multiple times in the past and then all of a sudden the manager, MaryAnn, refuses to make it. I asked why and explained that it has been done many times before. She responded by telling me that I was not being truthful & nobody in her store has ever done that for me. I told her that I even have receipts to prove it. She then told me that if I could produce a receipt showing it she would accommodate my request. Well, I went into my wallet and found a receipt showing it. Her response was still that I was lying. It's crazy. I think that this location needs some training from the corporate office. It bums me out that I have a Panda within a mile of my house & I can't eat there. read more

I eat at Panda at least once per week. I don't normally use this one, but was in the area and really needed to eat. The food quality was decent, but the portion size was tiny as compared to every other Panda. I guess if you are on a diet, this is your Panda. read more

Ordered some food today got the plate with steak and shrimp with orange chicken and a side of fried rice. Costumer service was great which is why I'll give them 2 stars but the food wasn't up to par. Idk who makes up these portions but I got 2 little pieces of steak in the steak and shrimp entre which is ridiculous because they charge 1.25 for premium entrees. Last time I went and got brocolli beef it was the exact same thing all broccoli no beef. The popular entrees never really has this problem though. Oh and the fried rice was cooked really bad it has too much water and it seemed like it was about 4 days old. I know this because I make and eat rice on a daily basis. Don't go to this panda Express they skimp you out on beef and the food isn't up to par like the other locations. read more

Awful! The last two times I've been to this location I've sat there for a ridiculously long time. The first time was around 40 minutes. Thought it was a one-off and decided to give them another chance. Tonight we sat in line for over an hour! There were probably 5 cars ahead of us, so I figured there would be a little wait...but not an hour. To top that off, two of us have bad stomach cramps and diarrhea. I noticed they were hiring all positions, so it might be that they're understaffed...but this is not the customers issue. read more

Ordered at drive thru - took 15 min to get to the window and then were told to park out front in the waiting spots that were already full...had to wait another 20min just for Chow Mein but they didn't give us the rest of the order even though they had that ready. The server brought out the food but as we checked the bag we had the complete wrong order and she gave our order to a different customer who was already driving off. She started sprinting and waving at the van and of course failed to get their attention... she then came back and told us she'd be right back out with the correct order of food ... so we we're waiting AGAIN. After another 15min we went to check INSIDE the restaurant and discovered she completely forgot about us as customers. We waited at the front for 20 min and they didn't help us for almost 5 min. We finally got the food and in total waited OVER an hour ... absolutely ridiculous. Never come here on a Sunday they have horrible service. We weren't even compensated for the horrible service. read more

We went through the drive through just as usual. we ordered our food and the lady repeated our order correctly. we got our food and then drove home. We got home to open up our food and realize they messed everything up. How when they literally just correctly told me my order. Do not eat here!!! "Enrique" dropped a cooking utensil on the floor then picked it up and put it back in the food! I watched him do it right in front of me! He had the balls to lie about it when I confronted him. He just had a smile and lied. He obviously thought it was funny. None of the staff there really seemed to care. I made a pretty big stink about it and they were like "eh". I will make a report to the health department tomorrow. Never eat there!!! read more

They forgot to put the main entree of chicken in one of our to go orders. So we get home and realize we have a container of rice and a empty spot of where the chicken was suppose to go. We called to alert them of this matter and the "shift lead" pretty much said oh well, nothing we can do about it. They made no effort to make it right. So we paid for something we never received. I've been here a couple of times and the food was decent. I mean I don't have super high expectations for drive-thru Chinese food. BUT... this time I ordered three bowls through drive-thru and they tasted terrible. Hard noodles, hard rice and the shrimp and chicken tasted old. You should really monitor the quality of your food and the length of time after it's cooked to not get people sick. read more

There are better Pandas out there, this one in particular forgets my teriyaki sauce as often as an 8 year old forgets to brush their teeth before school. Their turnaround time is good but their attention to detail can be a bit lacking sometimes. The food can be hit or miss. read more

My husband got food poisoning from this location a few months ago and now we get to pay off the medical bill for the next two years! I would highly recommend thinking twice before coming here. The past four times my family and I have visited Panda Express the orange chicken was incredibly spicy and our mouths were on fire. We couldn't finish the food and we had to throw it away. The employees were kind and fast with preparing the food for us so it was just the food that was the issue. We won't be visiting again if the orange chicken is too spicy to eat as it is our favorite dish. read more

I have lived in many different states and Panda Express has always been consistent, until this location. I have given it numerous tries however every time they disappoint me. They do not give the portions the other locations do. They are very small and they skip out on everything. Frustrating! read more

Wow. Terrible service. Seems like the drive thru is more important than the line of customers to the door. Not to mention they are frequently out of food which means another 10 minute wait after the 20 min wait in line. Bummer. Never coming back. This review is about Management not the food nor workers. I ordered spring rolls in the drive through. I handed the clerk $2.10 cent, it was windy outside and the $2 blew out her hand and into the parking lot. I got out of my car to look for the cash but it had blown away and I could not locate. The worker didn't not know what to do, she went and asked her manager. They told her to come ask me how else I wanted to pay. I told her they should just give me the $2 item. She said she is not allowed to give away the food. I said I paid for the food. The poor girl was stressed. So , I repaid and she gave me back my .10 from the initial payment. No one from Panda tried to look for the money or assist. They want to charge people twice and really have no character. Very disappointed in the managers lack of character and leadership skill.Come to the window and not send the worker in awkward situation. read more

Their times are inaccurate their staff kind of pass you off to one another. They serve who they want when they want. Time was 1030 am for service, go in at almost 11 the girl on the wok absolutely ignored me, she saw me come in but refused to say good morning or anything. Then the gentleman who was in the back was highly unprofessional laughing and everything when trying to tell me their manager had to be there for them to have service, which I found to be absurd since a gentleman had just come out with a drink as I was pulling up. I found it to be highly disrespectful and unprofessional to have your doors unlocked as well as the time on the door to be something then turned away after standing there for over five minutes because "they did not have enough staff to operate" until their manager returned. Will never return back to this facility and I spend 25-40 dollars at Panda Express continuously. I do not recommend this place at all.
