Walked in and were immediately greeted by several crew members. There were several online and drive-thru orders prior to our arrival and the team was feverishly working to fulfill them, leaving only one crew member to help with dine-in customers. Unfortunately that left us to wait for service for quite some time (there were 2 customers ahead of us with larger orders as well). Once we received service, it was quick and friendly. The food looked fresh and warm. Still so sad then no longer serve black pepper chicken. Checkout was effortless and Victor was so helpful getting us sauces and ensuring our coupons were honored. He even conjured up a knife since they were out of them. Ordered a plate with half/half rice & chow, orange chicken and green bean chicken as entrees. The rice was a little overcooked..a lot of crunchy rice was in there, but the chow was pretty great. Orange chicken was standard. Really liked the green bean chicken as well. Drink fountain was clean and all drinks were available. Even the bathroom facilities were clean. I personally like this location over the Eagle Rd location. read more

This time we drove to pick up our order, where last time we used Uber Eats delivery. Upon arrival, there were so many cars, (like 8!) in the drive-thru that we decided to go inside. Good choice because there was no one waiting so we got served immmediately. Everything was clean, organized and well-stocked. They had all the usual favs and the Orange Chicken was just coming out from the kitchen. We had 2 orders of the Cream Cheese Rangoons, which I think are worth the price. They've been consistently crunchy and generously filled. We also took home orders of Beijing Beef, Grilled Asian Chicken (sauce on the side) along with the Orange Chicken. We wondered if the Grilled Asian Chicken is the same as the Teriyaki Chicken. They also asked us which sauces we wanted and there was plenty. Overall, we were able to get in/out and home fairly quickly to eat our meal. We'll return when we have another craving! read more

I've order Panda Express for dinner tonight through DoorDash, $21.76 for some a med. fried rice, sm. orange chicken and a sm. grilled chicken.... Got the items to find out the Sm items are about as big as my daughter playhouse fast food play set... each of these small containers cost $6.50, I might have gotten $2.50 cents worth of food. I know I should've gone to get it myself and probably would have gotten twice as much for less money and I'm paying for the convenience, but this is ridiculous. I know these companies up their prices and lower their container sizes for DoorDash, UberEats, Grub-hub, etc... but this is out of control... just be warned on what to expect... read more

We are long time customers. Sometimes food has been a bit inconsistent, but usually pretty good option for fast food. However, must give a low rating for their consistent decline in quality, esp over the past couple of months. Out if the last 4 visits, twice they were out of certain menu items. And a mistake in our order each time - some small such as no napkins, no fortune cookies (a big deal for the kids), no sweet&sour sauce for the spring rolls that I specifically requested. Some bigger problems. Twice got the wrong side dish. And I don't understand why they always ask if you want the terriyaki sauce on the chicken or on the side. They're going to do it whichever way they want anyway. Decided to try it last night (honestly we like a couple of their items very much) but it was the worst. Young woman taking our order talked so fast that no one in our car could understand her. Long line of cars stacking up behind us, so very inefficient service to have to keep asking her to repeat herself. At the window, I've learned to remind them for my sauce. Sure enough, cashier scurried back to grab the rest of our order. Got home and found no napkins, one wrong side dish (which was repeated back to me correctly when I ordered). And an unappetizing mess in the middle of my orange chicken, a dab of mushed food that appeared to be beef and a chewed-up looking green bean (neither of which were ingredients in my order. Nastiestest part? When I picked out the beef/bean glop, I discovered a 1 1/2 inch piece of hair. My order went in the trash. From the moment we walked in we were met with nothing but a bad attitude(girl with a flower sleeve tattoo) then we were not giving cups for the drinks which was met with more attitude and a heavy eye roll. Mind you they were not busy I have worked food service for years and was appalled by how this worker acted. I like this location. The management tries hard and runs a tight ship. There are a couple things that have been bothering me for quite some time. One is the inside temp; has always felt too cold and if I don't bring a jacket with me to lunch then I'll always skip Panda Express b/c I know it won't be enjoyable to shiver while eating lunch. The other is this one napkin dispenser that's been disgustingly gross/dirty for months. There was a woman cleaning the surrounding area by the drink machine today, and just in passing, I mentioned that there was one thing that never seems to be clean, but is obvious, and that is that napkin dispenser. I didn't say it in a particularly nice way. But she immediately went to the back, grabbed a new rag, and spent almost 10 minutes cleaning the heck out of that thing. Her name, best as I could tell from her nametag, was Anjea. So I applaud and salute her responsiveness, can-do attitude and persistence to make it right! Still have to go w/ 4 stars since so cold and that thing was dirty for months. Hope during future visits I will be able to up that to 5 stars! read more

It's Panda Express. It's fast food American-style Chinese food. We went last night. It was incredibly busy on a Sunday night so it can't be that bad. They're young people (most 21 & under?) and a couple seemed a little flustered (due to so much happening in such a short time) so I think they did fine. They're still learning and they were friendly and stayed on task so those are all wins! Yes the noodle (chow mein?) side was almost out so we had to wait for more to be cooked. Yes the spring rolls were being cooked when we happened to decide we wanted a couple of those after eating the rest of our meal. But we got fresh food and the manager? directed the cashier to ring up the spring rolls as if we'd ordered them at the same time as the rest of our food, so it was 25% cheaper than the price on the menu for 2 spring rolls. We were able to go support a guy who decided to repent and be baptized for the forgiveness of his sins in accordance with Acts 2 (and Romans 6 and plenty other Acts examples after Jesus rose from the dead) of what shall we do when we realize our sins put a sinless person on the cross. And we barely can even afford to eat out and it was food that tasted good served by friendly young people so it was all good to us! read more

As long as you don't get the last couple scoops of cold orange chicken, in my experience it is usually the service that sways my opinion of experiences at Panda. This trip was something new however, it was my first experience at a drive-thru panda express and it was pretty cool. The food was as to be expected. We got lucky that it was not the last servings before they had to make more, so our entrees were still semi fresh. We ordered online. I went through the drive thru to pick it up and was told the Beijing beef was not ready and to pull into a parking spot. You assume that they bring the food out to you when it's ready, right? Nope! Don't assume they are intelligent or actually have customer service skills to think that they bring your food out to you if they tell you to park in a spot, because the online order that you put in and have a pick up time when your order should actually be ready is going to be ready then. My mistake for thinking people that scoop food into styrofoam containers can actually do it correctly. After 10 minutes of sitting outside in my vehicle, I go in and ask where my food is. Oh, it's sitting on the online order shelf, taped up. I take it back into the car and the bag seems like it's missing half my order. Tearing the bag open, Yep! The 3 item plate is missing!! I have to go back in the restaurant and tell them they forgot half my order now!!! You would think that either time I had to walk back in, which I did the order online to pick it up in the drive thru because I have chronic pain and have a hard time walking, that they, even the manager, would give an apology?! Nope!! Don't expect one of those either. Only excuses as, "well it happens." Wth?! Poor management, poor service, now cold food, soggy wontons and spring rolls. I'm sure the couple that started Panda Express would be embarrassed of the poor service. And, fill the boxes of an item up. Are you trying to jip your customers too? Absolute garbage on a plate. I don't know who is "cooking" this food, but they CLEARLY do not care about making a good product, and have no pride in making food that tastes good. I don't know how rice, that has been sitting in a steamer all day, can taste almost undercooked, and overcooked and dry, at the same time. The chow mein was dry as well, and tasted funky. The kung pao chicken contained very few vegetables, and as I was chewing, the thought popped into my head, "stop eating this, you're going to get sick. Something's not right." It is located in the Walmart's parking lot. There is ample parking. It is new Atmosphere I've come to realize if you've been in one Panda Express you've been in them all. Luckily, this one isn't too crowded. Staff Staff was friendly enough, on par with other fast food restaurants. Food The food was fresh, nice and warm. Lucky for us, it wasn't sitting under the heat lamp too long. I gave a four star because the lack of flavor in the fried rice. I couldn't taste any seasoning. The orange chicken was delicious. I had a coupon for a free bowl today from T-Mobile so I tried out this Panda Express as I was out and about for lunch. I had the mushroom chicken and it was delicious! The restaurant was very clean and the service was brisk. My only comment would be that the serving size of the chicken to Rice could be larger. read more
