An empty plate where two orders of chicken should be
    Brad I.

We ordered dinner to go, brought the plate home and they only put white rice in the dinner plate. These super smart people sent us an empty plate with just rice, for the large dinner plate. See picture attached, embarrassing service, now I see how they got two stars. Buyer beware these people will hook you up with empty plates. Oh and they didn't send sauce for the apps, but at least the apps made it. Total joke of a place

My daughter brought home orange chicken today from Panda Express and it wasn't cooked through.

This time we drove to pick up our order, where last time we used Uber Eats delivery. Upon arrival, there were so many cars, (like 8!) in the drive-thru that we decided to go inside. Good choice because there was no one waiting so we got served immmediately. Everything was clean, organized and well-stocked. They had all the usual favs and the Orange Chicken was just coming out from the kitchen. We had 2 orders of the Cream Cheese Rangoons, which I think are worth the price. They've been consistently crunchy and generously filled. We also took home orders of Beijing Beef, Grilled Asian Chicken (sauce on the side) along with the Orange Chicken. We wondered if the Grilled Asian Chicken is the same as the Teriyaki Chicken. They also asked us which sauces we wanted and there was plenty. Overall, we were able to get in/out and home fairly quickly to eat our meal. We'll return when we have another craving!

There is two small containers one with orange chicken and one with grilled chicken..the bigger one is fried rice.

Good quality chicken. 'The Box' which their smallest combo meal for $12.50 including tax is enough for two people certainly. The fries were good. The coleslaw was good as well. It was always busy every time I stopped in. With my new kidney, I wanted to be cautious with the amount of people I'm around. Now that Raising Canes has been open for a hot minute, I felt like the crowd to be a lot smaller and safer for me to be inside the dining area. Greg helped us today at the register. He was really patient with us since it was my husband's first time eating there. I snagged the 3 piece naked combo and my husband got the chicken sandwich. He is a cheese lover so he was bummed that he couldn't add cheese to his sandwich but he still had high hopes that it will be good. My husband's meal did come out first. For some reason they dropped the ball on my meal. There were quite a few people that got their meals ahead of me that ordered after us. I wasn't sweating it but I knew Greg was on top of it. As soon as my food was ready, Greg hand delivered my meal which was nice since they usually call you up to grab your food. It was nice that Greg made sure we were aware that he didn't forget about me. What I noticed last time I ate at RC was how small the tenders were when you ordered them naked. I only got the tenders last time and at 2 bucks a tender, I really felt like I was being ripped off. Today I got the 3 piece naked but was given 4 pieces of chicken. Honestly, I don't know if I got the extra piece of chicken for them dropping the ball or because the chicken tenders were small. I guess the next time we come in, that will answer my million dollar question. While we were eating, Greg dropped off another sandwich meal for us to take home. He wanted to make sure that our experience was good since it was my husband's first meal there. I appreciate that Greg went above and beyond to make sure we left happy. The customer service Greg gave us today was fantastic! Only if all customer service can be like Greg's. I know a lot of businesses would prosper! I enjoyed the vibe of RC. The dico balls, the music and the chill atmosphere of the joint. It was fun experiencing all of that with my husband. My chicken was tender. The fries were crispy and salty. I got to see what the hype was all about with the bread and Canes sauce. I'm happy I waited to eat inside so I can actually get the whole experience. I look forward to coming back and having more naked tendies.

I have been craving some good fried chicken and thought what the heck, it looks good. I got a spread...like enough for two people and no matter how long and hard I was on that damn pelaton I still couldn't burn it all off. Any way, I tried the six piece chicken fingers in original spicy, a chicken snacker, mac and cheese, and crispy yuzu potatoes for my sides. First the good news, i really enjoyed the chicken snacker. It's on a Hawaian style slider bun and the kewpie mayo is fantastic. It's probably what I would recommend to anyone ordering from here. The crispy yuzu potatoes were my favorite side and also really satisfying with a uniquely great flavor profile. Where it fell short for me was actually where I thought it's strength would be, the frikin chicken. The breading had very little flavor and the chicken was a bit dry. I did get the fingers so I would recommend going for the bone in pieces. All and all I didn't love it... and frankly I hardly liked it. It was fast food fair (with less flavor) at crave level prices. I order from crave fairly often and expect top level cheat worthy menu items worth the premium price tag. The only thing that delivered was the snacker. I suggest you give it a shot but don't go in expecting Tony G level greatness. Get in there, order local fair and eat up Boise.

I was really excited when I read that Michael Mina, who has a Michelin-starred restaurant in San…read moreFrancisco, was opening a Meridian ghost kitchen operation through Crave. I may have been the first person to order on the day Tokyo Hot Chicken opened, Nov. 16. I ordered four pieces of chicken and the crunchy Yuzu potatoes. I was greatly disappointed with the chicken. Mina told the Los Angeles Times that his chicken would rate a 6 or 7 out of 10 for heat. My pieces were barely a 2. And there was no seasoning, so the chicken was juicy but bland. The potatoes, on the other hand, were really good. Fast forward nearly a month and I tried them again. This time they offered an "inferno" heat setting, so of course I dialed that in. And boy, did it pack the heat. It was much more satisfying. But it still could have used some salt or other seasoning to perk up the flavor. Again, the potatoes were wonderful. So it appears that in the month they've been operating Tokyo Hot Chicken has tweaked their operation. One thing that I am still disappointed in was that after my first experience, I wrote to Tokyo Hot Chicken in San Diego through a private Facebook message (there was no contact information for the company on its website.) I also sent an email to Chef Mina's restaurant group. I didn't get a response back from either contact. They're apparently not very good at customer service. The Crave delivery drivers have been pleasant and professional.

The ambiance was typical of a sub restaurant and very clean. I had the 12in Gator and it was filling! All the ingredients were cooked just right and the bread they use is perfect. Flavorful sirloin steak, moist chicken, kielbasa, grilled onions, bacon bits and their swamp sauce all melted together with provolone. Once our food was brought over, the worker dropped our fries all over the table and then proceeded to ask if we wanted a new order. Um, yes please? Then we started unwrapping our sandwich order and noticed that we got one of our sandwiches as the wrong order, and it turned out that the people sitting across the room from us got our sandwich and we got theirs. So then we had to wait longer for them to remake the sandwich. Our kids ordered the chicken strips, which did not look like chicken when they arrived. The color was very weird. The only thing that deserved a one star was that at the end of our visit, one of our kids accidentally spilt their drink, and the worker came over and took care of it no problem and was very gracious, so that was a bit of a saving grace. Overall, this place is a bummer bummer. It's not that hard to make a sandwich. Wouldn't go back.
