The employees there are miserable and are not afraid to show it. They won't reply to your hi and won't crack a smile and i feel bad for them. The doors to the store are broken, heavy and can't open. I pulled really hard it won't open. An employee came to me pissed and said it's open i was like i have been trying hard to pull! This place is ridiculous. We went Sunday, about 6:20 pm. They were out of lo mien, I asked if they had more started. The girl looks blankly at the empty bowl. Looks behind her, (no ones cooking anything). Calls for lo mien. Then some kid (Zach). Tries to explain to me why he hasn't started more lomien. It's because dinner rush is over. And why would he make a whole pan of lomien Oh and then he grabbed a container and says something about seeing if there's any old stuff in the back. I ordered for online pickup yet when I arrived they said I must go through the drive thru. That was not listed on the website, and was a huge inconvenience given I had to be at work at 8 and had to wait in the drive through for 40 minutes when my order was supposed to be ready at 7:35pm for pickup. The food was fine, but when someone is in a hurry during lunch you don't expect to wait too long in the drive thru. There was a line, which was acceptable. I ordered and was told the pepper chicken would take about 7-8 minutes. No biggie. I paid at 12:52 and was asked to pull to the front and they'd bring it out to me. I waited. And I waited. At 1:05 I went inside at which point they brought me my food. Even if you assume 7-8 minutes from the time I paid (which was a couple of minutes after I ordered) then they still took nearly twice as long as they said. I ordered pickup instead of drive through so I wouldn't have to wait and could avoid cars. They don't answer the phone number they give you for pickup and the lobby is closed giving the only option of going through drive through. the line was long and the wait was longer. Ordered online and I went to pick up, it proved disappointing. After I arrived, went to the cashier, which was vacant, but little actual line to keep them busy. Somebody finally came up and asked if I need some help and I said I was picking up. Employee looked confused, looked around and another employee showed up and asked if I was picking up food, which I replied yes. After giving him my name, he let out a startled laugh before apologizing multiple times. He had me repeat my name and finally begin to look for my order. We found out together it hadn't even been started, this being several minutes after the requested pick up time, and having given them over an hour to prepare the meal. After waiting several minutes, he came over and said they were short food on one of the dishes and asked if I wanted to wait a couple minutes or proceed without the dish. Floored that that was even being presented as an option, I said I would wait, which I did for several more minutes. Having the young cashier laugh at my name, then being surprised of who I was because he wasn't even tracking the order after it was already due, and then asked if I wanted to wait or proceed with less food then I had already paid for due to inability to properly forecast required food after being given over an hour to prepare, proved to be a poor and unprofessional experience that a sliver of management capability would have fixed. Been to this establishment numerous times and they always seem to be running out of items.

I ordered for delivery directly on their website but didn't notice until the order was placed that there was a typo in the delivery address (one letter was wrong, but I wanted to make sure it wouldn't cause issues). Called the store to ask if they could update the address, and was very rudely told that they couldn't update anything, we would need to contact DoorDash to get the address updated. Contacted DoorDash and spoke with multiple associates that all stated since the order was placed directly on the merchants website, all updates and refunds have to be handled directly by the merchant as they don't have access to change an order not placed directly through DoorDash. Tried to call the store back, but no one would pick up. During all the back and forth, I got a text notification that my food had been delivered, but of course when I checked my front porch, nothing was there. Tried to call the store again and once again got no answer, and DoorDash isn't able to refund the order since it wasn't initially placed by them. They consistently run out of menu items. Their portions are small, they try to makeup for it with all the dry rice they give you.

So I just moved here, maybe I should lower my expectations here. I've eaten at Panda in about 5 different states, recently moved from CA. Are y'all serious with the serving size here? Two pieces of chicken from sweet fire and one pineapple chunk. The chow mein part was about 3/4 of a cup with all cabbage and a few noodles that had been chopped to oblivion. The overall demeanor of every employee is one of pure joy. We came in and were greeted immediately with smiles and the smell of delicious food.
