Whatever bad reviews you see here, ignore them. They have a gem of an employee there who let us sample the new juice selection and made good conversation. Not only that, but this is easily the freshest Panda Express i've ever had. Good work read more

They got my order wrong twice, as well as portion size wrong which is annoying when you get half of what you pay for. The staff seemed annoyed to fix THEIR OWN mess up. Will never be back that's for sure. Definitely recommend somewhere else in town read more

Wilson was a great server. A+ service. Would eat here again. Thank you Wilson for the most memorable lunch.

We were greeted very warmly when we entered and food was warm and tasty. Will come back.

The employees there are miserable and are not afraid to show it. They won't reply to your hi and won't crack a smile and i feel bad for them. The doors to the store are broken, heavy and can't open. I pulled really hard it won't open. An employee came to me pissed and said it's open i was like i have been trying hard to pull! He then went to take my order but obviously he was not happy that he had to move so i ended up with a small portion of food i swear the box was half empty. Terrible place. Why even open? Sad sad place. read more

This place was not great. the food seemed old and not very appitizing. I also didn't like that it was drive through only. It is hard to see the food to pick out with out going in. I will not be going back here. read more

The portions keep getting smaller and smaller. My girlfriend's bowl had only 6 small pieces of shrimp in it. They also upcharge you $1.50 for the shrimp, so when pay over $10 for hardly any food it is pretty disappointing. read more

Worst Panda Express that I have been to. Terrible customer service. Seems like they're mad that they filled out an application to work there. Opening time is 10:30..don't expect service or to be helped until 15-20 minutes after with only one or two items from the menu. read more

Huge FYI, this place does NOT open at 10:30. Online says 10:30, door says 10:30. We stood outside for 15 minutes before they unlocked the door at 1045. When we came inside there was no food ready to order. We watched two people leave the drive through because they were told nothing was ready. We sat inside till 11:06 when we were finally served. Don't come here at 10:30 expecting to eat. If you open at 10:30 you should be ready to serve at 10:30. read more

Panda Express - 10:45am...15 mins after opening. No food out at all. - Chinese Near Me - Manhattan, Kansas

This place is ridiculous. We went Sunday, about 6:20 pm. They were out of lo mien, I asked if they had more started. The girl looks blankly at the empty bowl. Looks behind her, (no ones cooking anything). Calls for lo mien. Then some kid (Zach). Tries to explain to me why he hasn't started more lomien. It's because dinner rush is over. And why would he make a whole pan of lomien Oh and then he grabbed a container and says something about seeing if there's any old stuff in the back. He went over by the drive through and came out with lomien. I said what, where did you get that. He said it wasn't that old and see now I didn't have to wait. I think he knew I was going to fill out my survey, so he didn't put my receipt in my bag. My last visit a few months ago was equally disappointing. Not coming back read more

Panda Express - The line behind me at 6:20 pm. Zach said it was too slow to keep fresh product ready - Chinese Near Me - Manhattan, Kansas

Terrible Panda Express location. I've eaten at this location multiple times and the food always tastes old and bad. I always end up throwing it all away. read more

It was ok food wise not the best. If your getting it delivered expect it to be old and cold.

I paid an up charge of $1.25 for honey walnut shrimp and got a total of 6 medium size shrimp, 4 walnut pieces and 4 pieces of broccoli in a bowl. It was not hot or tasty. What a rip off! Total was over $10. No thank you! read more

If I could give 0 stars I would....I came to the store And they ran out of Rice and Shrimp. The Server who seemed to be in a frantic order asked me if I would like anything else. I responded No, I can wait. She took my order for what I had then Rushed me to checkout and told me when its ready she will bring it out to my vehicle. After walking to my vehicle and smoking a cigarette, I returned into the store and They had forgotten about my order And The lady said "its coming right now, can you wait outside". I didn't wish to wait outside again for fear of what might happen, and it Happened. I come home which I live 40 minutes away, to find a kids meal minus my rice. Very disappointed. Never returning . read more

The employees were so nice, but the food is so bad. The quality is bad. I ate like less than 1/3 before throwing it away. The veggies were old and brown. The chow neon was oily and flavorless. The veggie rolls I only took one bite because it was so stale. I've never been more disappointed by a Panda Express. read more

Walked into the restaurant and had to walk through a swarm of flies while I was waiting in line. I simply forgot to say a plate and the waitress rolled her eyes and snapped back at me asking bowl or plate. I started to look around for a place to sit and I noticed a whole booth was taken as a designated break booth. Very unprofessional, unclean, and inconsiderate. read more

Waited 40 minutes for an internet order as I watch 22 cars roll through the drive through. They either need more staff or better management. Edit: after 45 minutes they bring half my order out. Still waiting. read more

I ordered for online pickup yet when I arrived they said I must go through the drive thru. That was not listed on the website, and was a huge inconvenience given I had to be at work at 8 and had to wait in the drive through for 40 minutes when my order was supposed to be ready at 7:35pm for pickup. They need to be clear on the website that online ordering for pickup is not an option and that you would have to go through the drive thru anyways. Not worth the wait. read more

Friendly staff, good selection for those who, unlike me, aren't picky, but what I had just seemed bland for the most part, and I was there at around 11:30. Stuff at a regular Chinese buffet establishment has more taste. Not the fault of the people there, just how it is. I've always been curious about the place, so now I know. read more

Paid $16 for a plate and a bowl and it was completely a waste of money. Every time we have gone they never fill what your order to the max like the Union at K-State does or any other Panda Express I have been too. I ordered a bowl and it was half way filled. I then called Panda express and they said they would send me a free voucher meal. Never received it and it's been 2 weeks. Save read more

The food was fine, but when someone is in a hurry during lunch you don't expect to wait too long in the drive thru. There was a line, which was acceptable. I ordered and was told the pepper chicken would take about 7-8 minutes. No biggie. I paid at 12:52 and was asked to pull to the front and they'd bring it out to me. I waited. And I waited. At 1:05 I went inside at which point they brought me my food. Even if you assume 7-8 minutes from the time I paid (which was a couple of minutes after I ordered) then they still took nearly twice as long as they said. When in a hurry, don't expect to get your food quickly. read more

I ordered pickup instead of drive through so I wouldn't have to wait and could avoid cars. They don't answer the phone number they give you for pickup and the lobby is closed giving the only option of going through drive through. the line was long and the wait was longer. They are very unprofessional at this place and need to be able to pick up the phone for mobile pickup orders. read more

Waited in line for over 10 minutes during lunch. I was 3rd in line. Only one person working the counter and register. Ended up walking out. It appears all emphasis was placed on drive thru and not the guests in the restaurant. read more

Ordered online and I went to pick up, it proved disappointing. After I arrived, went to the cashier, which was vacant, but little actual line to keep them busy. Somebody finally came up and asked if I need some help and I said I was picking up. Employee looked confused, looked around and another employee showed up and asked if I was picking up food, which I replied yes. After giving him my name, he let out a startled laugh before apologizing multiple times. He had me repeat my name and finally begin to look for my order. We found out together it hadn't even been started, this being several minutes after the requested pick up time, and having given them over an hour to prepare the meal. After waiting several minutes, he came over and said they were short food on one of the dishes and asked if I wanted to wait a couple minutes or proceed without the dish. Floored that that was even being presented as an option, I said I would wait, which I did for several more minutes. Having the young cashier laugh at my name, then being surprised of who I was because he wasn't even tracking the order after it was already due, and then asked if I wanted to wait or proceed with less food then I had already paid for due to inability to properly forecast required food after being given over an hour to prepare, proved to be a poor and unprofessional experience that a sliver of management capability would have fixed. PS: also has two of my entrees left out, I'll take ownership because I should of inspected the meal to make sure it had everything. read more

If you want to wait in line for 30min then maybe you'd like it...well actually probably not..it's not even worth 30min. This is the worst Panda Express I've ever been too... they need some serious management to come in and fix it. I feel bad for the workers, I can only imagine how hectic it can be. read more

Terrible service lol they didn't include utensils, we ordered a bigger plate and we got maybeee 2 entrees and the lady was rude.

Been to this establishment numerous times and they always seem to be running out of items.

I ordered for delivery directly on their website but didn't notice until the order was placed that there was a typo in the delivery address (one letter was wrong, but I wanted to make sure it wouldn't cause issues). Called the store to ask if they could update the address, and was very rudely told that they couldn't update anything, we would need to contact DoorDash to get the address updated. Contacted DoorDash and spoke with multiple associates that all stated since the order was placed directly on the merchants website, all updates and refunds have to be handled directly by the merchant as they don't have access to change an order not placed directly through DoorDash. Tried to call the store back, but no one would pick up. During all the back and forth, I got a text notification that my food had been delivered, but of course when I checked my front porch, nothing was there. Tried to call the store again and once again got no answer, and DoorDash isn't able to refund the order since it wasn't initially placed by them. Rude, unprofessional, unhelpful employees at this Panda Express. read more

They consistently run out of menu items. Their portions are small, they try to makeup for it with all the dry rice they give you.

So I just moved here, maybe I should lower my expectations here. I've eaten at Panda in about 5 different states, recently moved from CA. Are y'all serious with the serving size here? Two pieces of chicken from sweet fire and one pineapple chunk. The chow mein part was about 3/4 of a cup with all cabbage and a few noodles that had been chopped to oblivion. Lucky for y'all my husband picked up food or I would have said something there. Unacceptable and you won't be getting repeat business. This franchise owner needs to be kicked. Calling corporate first thing. Don't even stop here, go elsewhere for quick food. read more

Have to say, we probably won't be back to this location. Came in at 10:45 and there was no food out. My kids and i had To wait 20 mins just to only have 3 options that were ready. The cooks were not very appropriate with conversation, and staff could not seem to get along. read more

The orange chicken was kind of spicey, and the honey walnut shrimp was overwhelming (in a bad way). I gave Panda Express a try again after several years of avoiding it, and now I remember why.
