Delicious food. We had Beef and broccoli and Moo goo Gai Pan. The meat was very tender, the veggies crisp and fresh.

Food was absolutely disgusting. And the disrespect from the person I spoke to on the phone with was absolutely insane. I highly recommend never ordering from here and I don't say that lightly. I ordered from here for 6+ months along with a coworker. I called one time to return something I did not order. When I called about something that actually was not edible he laughed in my face twice, hung up on me, told me you've done this before if you don't like something don't order it. And I do agree if you don't like something, don't continue to order it, but it wasn't the fact that I didn't like it. The dish I ordered was the shrimp rice noodles and it is my favorite dish on the menu. I have never had issues with it prior to today. I've never sent food back before because it was bad, but it was truly not edible. He laughed at me and then went on a tangent. I have never been so disrespected by any restaurant. DO NOT RECOMMEND DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME The manager asked us how our food was we told him one of our dishes was too salty he takes it back brings it back and we taste it again the flavor taste the same. We bring it up to the server he brings the manger he says the dish is a sweet dish has sugar no salt we told him regardless we weren't happy with the dish he said the only thing he can do is make it again because we have ate over half of it. We told him we only tried it the two times it was brought out and began to raise his voice called us liars and told us to pick out every piece of meat so he can weight it. When we mentioned the flavor not changing he said he took it back and added water to it so it shouldn't have tasted the same. The bathrooms smelled so bad. Our server never came to check on us because he was too busy eating his food so if we needed anything I had to go to the front and ask for it. We usually do delivery,which is great . This time we did dine in and they have a nice restaurant that is spacious to enjoy your meal. The service was superior and the food was excellent. We did the lunch special which was supposed to be a smaller portion but it actually was not smaller at all. Very generous portion with 2 sides. We wanted to try some more authentic Chinese dishes and with a little google image search magic, we placed our order, and I'm pleased to say that we have some new favorite dishes!! I'd order every single dish again but the Sui Zhu Niu is DEFINITELY going to be a repeat order in this house! So tasty and the take out container is 2x deeper than the regular containers, which is great because my now I don't have to hide the left overs from my husband (but I might still do it anyway!). All dishes came with a container of fried rice, which is serviceable. No complaints but nothing to write home about. Oh, and the spring rolls are tasty and cute. :) read more

The people who own this place are so kind! They have great customer service and very good food! The Salt n Pepper fried shrimp is magical! I also like the General Tso's chicken because the sauce is a little spicy. I ordered for a large group so I got to taste many of the dishes on the menu and they were all Fantastic! Outside of the building not in great shape, but a decent little Chinese restaurant. I have ordered delivery and gone through the drive through. Delivery time around 30 mins. The large portion is really large, so only order if splitting or really hungry. The jalapeño chicken is excellent, but really spicy. I recommend you order lite on the jalapeños. read more

I threw $50 down the toilet. The worst food I've ever had. The only decent dish was the fried shrimp which they took out of the freezer.(I'm a chef) The "egg drop" soup was the weirdest thing I've ever experienced. Ordered online and was charged for the order. Showed up at the location and waited 10 minutes(doesn't sound like a lot however online I reserved a time which they were not prepared for when I arrived). Quite possibly the worst Chinese food I have ever had, i first stopped in at lunch time about 5 months ago, ordered a shrimp dish the shrimp were VERY over cooked, the fried rice was so dry i needed 2 glasses of water to get it down. yesterday i was leaving work and decided maybe I just hit them on a bad day last time. I used the the drive thru this time and ordered sweet and sour chicken, first off the portion was was good, the batter on the chicken looked great, but once again the chicken was extremely over cooked, no moisture at all left in the meat, was like chicken jerky quite honestly. the sauce was served on the side,while it was sweet it had a metallic after taste I could not get past. However this is the only take-out Chinese place I've ever been too that doesn't include any type of sauce in delivery or takeout. After eating two of the most dry meals I've ever had in back to back time eating here, I know why. No soy, duck or sweet and sour sauce even when you order egg rolls or rangoons. I would've asked for it specifically when ordering but the website says the egg rolls come with sauce so I figured the first time might have been a fluke. I eat at least once a week for lunch at Chens Chinese Restaurant. I order at the counter and generally in less than five minutes I am out the door. On my way home from work at 5:00 I can also get in and out in about five minutes. They have drive-thru but I go inside and get my order to go. I have the veggie delight with the lunch special most of the time. The beef and broccoli is really good. The crab ragoon and the egg rolls are always fresh and tasty. The soups I enjoy all winter long and it comes with fried crunchies. In the evening I like the veggie rice noodles most nights. I have eaten at this restaurant hundreds of times and each and every time it was good. The service in store is great and friendly. I don't ever get delivery. They have suggested the napa cabbage and also the bok choy and each was fantastic. When the green beans are in season they are also great. I highly recommend Chens. The price is fair, the food fantastic, and the service is top notch. read more

I have eaten here a few times, and ordered delivery a couple. Both times we got their delivery my wife discovered a hair in her food. I'm done with this place. It's very disappointing when you call back to tell them about the hair and they just apologize. Just stick with Hunan or Imperial Garden unless you like eating hair. read more
