You used to be able to sit just a bit an enjoy your food. Not anymore. It's understandable that you need to get customers in and out in a reasonable time. The same utensils are used for seafood, poultry, and the meat. Our chef decided to keep the cooked shrimp pieces for the shrimp toss off to the side and they sat until all the other food was done.
