The hibachi itself leaned too heavily on sauce to make up for the overcooked chicken, steak, and shrimp, it felt like the proteins took a back seat to the seasoning. On the bright side, the gyoza was delicious, crispy, flavorful, and definitely the highlight of the appetizer. If we come back, it might just be for a couple orders of gyoza and a Sapporo. You're supposed to include your premium items on a sushi boat like this, but nope not here! But the service was perfect too. I wish I could pick this place up and move it to Texas we started tearing into the food before I could get perfect pictures of everything but take my word for it.
