Terrible services. It run by kids in the evening and they're more worried about their phone then the job. I said thank you for my sandwich and not one of the 4 employees could say thanks for coming in or anything. went for dinner and had good experience until one of the workers seemed to have a fit about the bathroom door being locked and proceeded to slam it. Because we work so much, eating out a few time a week is normal. We used to get Jimmy Johns 4 or 5 times a month for the whole family so the order was pretty big. Then all the sudden one day they won't deliver to us. Have us call the other Jimmy Johns that is farther from us to order and they said the same thing to call the other Jimmy Johns. Well, we decided that Firehouse subs works just fine. How can you have PAYING customers with large orders turned away and ask them to call the OTHER JJ in town THAT IS FURTHER AWAY just for them to say no the other one is supposed to deliver to you. We were driving across the country and stopped at The Bluemont Hotel in Manhattan, KS. Most of the restaurants were closed by the time we settled in. We called Jimmy John's to have two subs delivered. We got the J.J. Gargantuan and the Hunters Club. They were fantastic! They were big hearty subs and the bread was fresh and delicious. Terrible service. I have been a very loyal Jimmy Johns customer but my experience last night has made them lose my business and the business from everyone in my sorority as well. The manager was very rude and lied. Not only that but he ADMITTED to lying to me (and many girls in my sorority) and continued to be rude. Then he proceeded to hang up on me when I was only trying to solve the issue. Im very unsatisfied. They messed up on an order (an unwich ordered over the phone) that specifically had to be gluten free (celiac's disease) and delivered a sandwich on regular bread. After delivering, they promised they would remake it. They later called back and said that they would not remake the sandwich unless we PAID for another sandwich. Terrible service. read more

Not a very good experience today. Napkins were not readily available for customers and try messed up our sandwiches. When I asked for refund of the extras they charged but didn't put on the sandwich they acted like I was lying. I said you are welcome to look for yourself. The best Jimmy John's I've ever been to. Delivery is actually "freaky fast" and they even deliver to buildings on the KSU campus which is super clutch. I've always had a good experience eating at the restaurant too. You see some interesting things here from 12am-3am stumbling in from the bars on Thursday-Saturday but you might just meet some new friends! read more

I ordered online, like I have done for the many years I have worked on the K-State campus, and received no confirmation email or even a phone call. When It was already the end of the lunch hour, I called and the person working told me they had tried to look for my room number and couldn't find it (hello, I've ordered from the same office for freaking 3 years now!) OMG, I haven't had such delicious subs anywhere before. I lived in New England before this and having survived on vegetarian subs all this time, this place was heaven. Their french baguette or whatever they use, plus fresh mozzarella, is divine. The place is casual but they home deliver and are REALLY fast. Love it!! read more

Favorite sandwich shop in Manhattan love the Italian Night club ! They are incredibly fast and very patient with drunks. Highly recommend.

I just finished eating my JJBLT at the Via Christi ER where they delivered to. Wasn't as fast as their commercials but after waiting here for 7 hours it was a lot faster than that. The kid even apologized he was running behind instead of ignoring it and jetting out of here. Decent prices, food tasted great (better tasting than Subway or Which Wich), and cured my hanger. Also the web site wouldn't let me order online saying they were closed when they were actually open. read more

They're great! Wish they delivered out just a bit further to my area. That said pickup isn't too painful in the middle of Aggieville during off peak hours. My company uses their catering platters every year for our annual meeting. Online ordering and pickup couldn't be easier! read more

I ordered a bootlegger and a bag of chip and it took over an hour to deliver. Vary angry not freaky fast but freaky slow I strongly suggest never getting jimmy johns from here unless you plan in warring your food n hour latter then when you ordered it I'm insanely frustrated and I still had to pay full price read more
