I went in this evening to get dinner for my girlfriend and I. 2 people were in line in front of me. It took well over 10 minutes before I even got to order food, because from the looks of it, online delivery orders take priority over walk in customers. While I waited to order our food, I watched the items we wanted start to dwindle under the sneeze guard, because they took care of online orders before walk in customers. I have been going to this location for years, but took a break for a bit while I was on a no sugar diet. I see things have changed over the time, and I will not be back, or recommend this location to anyone, due to walk in customers being helped last. When I brought it up to the older lady running the register, she completely ignored it. After years of great service from her, this is what Panda Express has become. read more

There orange chicken the signature food they have was absolutely terrible I feel like my teeth cracked after eating it. They are very stingy about the amount of food they will give you. I've recently ordered from here on GrubHub for delivery, my food was cold, it was also burnt and couldn't really chew any of the meat. I had high respect for this restaurant because I have been coming here for a long time however, after today, I will not be coming to the one on North Denver Ave. It's totally not worth it if you want good service go somewhere else. The food here used to be fantastic. I also got fortune cookies with my order and they taste really tailed and old. What's sad is the newest/rookie employee was the one to apologize and try to make it better for her while the other staff mocked her stutter. Unfortunately, the lady cooking the chow mien picked her teeth and kept cooking, did it twice. This wasn't a pick in her teeth in the front (still not ok) but dug in the back. No gloves on. Placed a mobile order and I know I should have checked it before I left but I had my two young children with me and I wanted to get them out before they started screaming at the thunder. Anyway, I got home and two of the orders had the wrong entree. One of them was my 3yr olds. They swapped a mild string bean chicken in a cub meal for a black pepper chicken. My son wouldn't touch it. I had visited this Panda Express before and I give it mixed reviews. Sometimes it is really good and other times not so good. Not very consistent in the food preparation or the taste, or the portions. Okay everyone has a bad day now and then so will say one time I ordered online and picked it up there, the male worker was not so friendly but maybe he was a bit overwhelmed. The women there are usually friendly. Would give it a 3.5 star rating. The original orange chicken and the broccoli and beef and fried rice are normally good there, but not always. Just left this restaurant. They had a sign up saying if you leave a 5 star review you will receive a free entree. That should have been a red flag but we were hungry so ordered anyway. The zucchini tasted like chemicals and when I let the employee know they tried to explain how impossible it was. I can't even tell you how the food was because the people working there were so ridiculously SLOW. Two speeds slow and stop! I stood in line for half of my lunch hour and I think the managed to serve maybe three customers! The line snaked all across the front and into the dining area but the staff had zero sense of urgency. Meanwhile high school students continued to arrive and cut the line! Disappointed with Panda Express in Loveland tonight. Ordered on line delivery at 8:18. Delivery scheduled for 8:50. FINALLY delivered COLD at 9:33. Could not eat most of it because it was chicken. Not willing to take the risk of food poisoning. Called Panda Express and they would do nothing! Said it was DoorDash's fault. DoorDash said Panda Express should take care of! They were out of Orange Chicken (estimated 7 minute wait), Beef & Broccoli (7 minutes), and Teriyaki Chicken (15 minutes!). I decided to wait for the 7 minute items, but got another entree instead of teriyaki chicken. About 10 minutes later, they told me my food was ready, so I gathered it up, paid, and left. Once in my truck I opened one the containers and discovered that there was no Orange chicken in any of them. When I went back in they said "oh, that's not ready yet", and I had to wait another couple minutes for it. I'm sure glad I checked the order before leaving the parking lot. I ordered our meals, via internet, at 5:45 PM. I arrived at the store at 6:04 PM to pick up my order. I was told "sorry, we just sold out of String Bean Chicken". what you can't make more, no we are sold out. (My wife's part of the order). How can you "sell out" of a menu item prior to 6:00 PM? If this was the first time this happened I would be less unhappy, but sad to say this is the fourth time this Panda Express has done this to me. Poor management? Employees that just don't care? Surprisingly a 5 star! This Panda Express was exceptionally clean and the food was fresh. I was also pleased to see a crew of all women in there kickn butt! I really like their honey walnut shrimp but at other panda restaurants they are always rubbery and not really good unless you're hungover. Which that wasn't the case lol! Not sure why the complaints! I came in when there was a huge line and these kids on shift were AMAZING! They got the line going and had it cleared in less than 10! The Shanghai Beef is quite possibly the tastiest menu item there. I know the orange chicken is the staple of everyone, as far as I can tell. But you must try the Shanghai Beef, it is actually tasty treat from the usual orange chicken. Now, this Panda Express was quite nice. The staff were nice, and friendly, if only this transitioned to the Denver area. As with any Panda Express that I've been to, free refills on all fountain drinks. Yukkuen is consistently fantastic. She always makes sure everything is done right, and goes above and beyond what is required. She's given me drinks while I've waited, handed me coupons, and even personally went through an order with me when I made a mistake. Really, one of the reasons I come back, I always know when she is there things are done right. I've also had a great experience with Bri, who was incredibly kind despite a rude customer causing a scene, she handled it very well, and gave me coupons for the wait he'd caused. read more

Instead of giving me a new to go box, or even just tossing my wrong meat in trash and using same box....two women at this location took the old chicken from my to go box and added it back on top of the other meat in the buffet that they were serving new customers from!!! SANDRA store manager learn to be polite to customers that pay your salary. Smile once in a while and keep your smart answers to your self. I know we all have bad days. But when I come I don't like to be rushed (only customer in the restaurant) I understand when it's busy and there is a line. I asked for ketchup. A simple "we don't have ketchup" would've been fine. Instead I get " we are chinise restaurant no ketchup" in a rude manner. Other employees are always polite and even ask you if you want a sample. They appeared not to know much about sanitation and health department rules. One of the servers washed his hands in the metal container that contained the rag that was used to wipe the tables. Older colder food was placed on top of and mixed into newly cooked food. The food table did not seem to be up to temperature. Hot foods should be kept hot - at an internal temperature of 140 °F or warmer. I did not see a food thermometer anywhere.
