There simply is no restaurant around that can beat panda here. Great quality, quantity, service, and the price. read more

Panda Express - Chinese Near Me - Los Lunas, New Mexico

Service was fine... the gal at the window was delightful and I even tipped her I ordered a family meal. I live an hour away in the mountains and when I got home and we opened the food we all around at and said what the heck?! the honey walnut shrimp was yellow and tasted of mustard! Certainly not the honey walnut shrimp experience I've had in the past at that panda express! If you like mustard and your honey walnut shrimp go for it if not... You might think about it before you order it Then we opened up the carton of broccoli beef and actually dumped it out into a bowl to dig through the contents to find four (yes only four!) pieces of beef. the rest of the carton contents was only yellow green broccoli. quite disappointing And now the chow mein... Show me the !And the chow mein had zero vegetables it was only noodles!!!! What the heck? so very disappointed in the quality I won't be returning read more

Food is pretty reliable as it's a chain, but the cashier was friendly and fast. I love the Beijing beer and my son likes orange chicken.

Food was hot, the staff was good. Restaurant clean. The food is getting better at this location IMO

they forgot to give me soy sauce when I requested for soy sauce for a take out. The chow mein was definitely not fresh. It was a Super dry texture like it was sitting there for awhile. read more

Drive through is not usually something you see with Panda Express, so I was excited. My meal was ready in record time. The service was friendly. It was hot, tasty, the broccoli was crisp. Perfect experience! read more

Panda Express - Walnut shrimp mixed veggies and angus beef - Chinese Near Me - Los Lunas, New Mexico

The service was fast but the food was horrible. We were running to the bathroom for the rest of the night. It had been years since last visit. We will not be back anytime soon. Sorry, I was hoping for better. read more

No consistency to the food here whatsoever! I ordered orange chicken with chow mein a week ago and it was perfect. There were different people working, as well. But this time I went and my chicken was so burnt and overcooked it tasted like char, and was extremely dry, and unappetizing. This is the third time I've gotten food of this quality from this Panda Express location. A few times it's been edible, but when it's bad, it's really bad. It's disappointing to say the least. read more

Your an Alien in Las Lunas from lands north. You don't have time for a table service restaurant. You want something light and tasty. This is your place. Currently chomping on black pepper chicken, veggies and steamed rice doused with hot mustard and chili sauce in a bowl. Surprisingly good. Thanks for reading. Avram Zhang Bízi read more

I don't eat panda very often but every time I do I come to this location. They are always friendly and the service is fast, I've never once had an order messed up or have had any issues. Great customer service! read more

Have been stranded in a local hotel for a week. Have tried a number of delivery places as this shit town STILL does not allow people to come in fast food dining areas. This place is literally across the street from me. But they charge a 5 dollar delivery fee, even though doordash delivers the food. Broccoli in the beef & broccoli was bitter. Cheese ragoon's were flavorless and cold. However the driver was very courteous. Looking back at all the reviews, I should have known better. Domino's was way better. read more

Panda Express - That's 18 dollars worth of food. - Chinese Near Me - Los Lunas, New Mexico

I always choose this location when I want panda, bc the food is always good, aaannnd most of the time when I come here the servings are huge. :) read more

Horrible attitudes I ordered medium sides and they forced me to take large. 10 people standing around and ALL the tables are dirty. So sorry I stopped here. This place sucks. I bet I get sick later from eating here. Oh, 2 water cups out of 3 had DIRT in them . read more

Went to Panda Express asked for the broccoli beef the employee gave me two small pieces of beef and about 15 pieces of broccoli. I think she needs to know that we don't really need that much broccoli. It should be at least half and half but for it all to be broccoli and two small pieces of beef is ridiculous. I'll give you a one for being the worst ever read more

This location closes at 10pm. Walked in at 8:55pm, 8 Employees behind the counter laughing, joking around instead of doing their jobs. Lobby was a completed disaster, very dirty. They had little to no food left over, and stated that they were not cooking any more for the night. How the hell, do you stop cooking food 1 hour before you close???!!! Seriously, I mean literally no options at all. Very disappointing and ridiculous how Panda Express can have such a lazy team working for them. I would rather drive 30 minutes out of town, vs ever stoping at this Panda Express in Los lunas NM ever again!!!! read more

Horrible service. They always have an attitude. They don't acknowledge you when your are waiting. This place has really gone down hill. Prices go up and portions go down. And it's always so dirty. They appear to be too busy working, however there's never enough food ready and they never clean the lobby. They only focus on drive thru read more

Came here just passing through on a work trip. I got a panda bowl with fried rice and orange chicken. Nothing too memorable, but it was good nonetheless read more

Appears that this store lacks effective management, food selection is limited but wait staff attitudes have fallen since earlier. Quality of products suffers also. Are the few workers kept on to work thru pandemic stressed? I believe it's more systemic. Panda has has lost us as customers. read more

We go here frequently on road trips and the food is always excellent. The service is quick and the employees are friendly. We usually get orange chicken, chow mein, sweet and sour chicken, and the Kung pao chicken. The orange chicken is good and sweet, the chow mein is excellent comfort food, the sweet and sour chicken perfectly lives up to the name, and the Kung Pao chicken is always pleasantly spicy. I recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a tasty and well-priced meal. read more

Just so disappointed. I ordered online so we wouldn't have to wait so long and that part went ok. Got food at time ordered. Brought it home and all 3 of our meals where like they took the left overs in the pan!! It really seemed they just scraped up whatever they could and barely put the servings size in. So just a warning if your going to order ahead here make sure you check your order before leaving read more

Horrible service, they don't great there customers. We were told they only had drinks for there drive up customers. When asked to speak with a manager, they stated that they don't know who the manager was. All this time laughing. read more

Free chow mein! That's pretty much the only thing i can think of that would make Panda Express better. They have the best chow mein, better than pretty much anywhere I've tried & i LUV chinese food so I've tried lots of places. Ok, maybe free is a little silly but maybe double portions or possibly knocking prices down like $1 or $2 would help me out considerably. :o) Thank u! 》Oh & I almost 4got... U've gotta try the new 'Honey Sesame Chicken Breast' cuz, it's off tha chain, 4real!! If u don't, trust me when i say that ur truly missing out! 《 read more

Unfortunately couldn't eat at the restaurant. Went in at 11am. Brown and white rice were not ready. Said it would be ready in 30 minutes if I wanted to wait. Chicken and green beans were not ready also but try could make that for me if I wanted to wait 10 minutes.... Why open the place if the foods not ready. read more

Wife ordered our food online with the app and first of all they could not find the order second I had to wait 15 minutes. That's 15 minutes after ordering two hours ahead of time. Hit this place today around 3:50, the lomein that i wanted was nothing but onions and noodle scraps. I asked if they could prepare more noodles and was told that they had to sell what was in the pan first. I told the server "look theres nothing in there but scraps and onions, i dont want scraps." He tossed it around a bit and just said "eh". Since i was with other people i just decided to eat elsewhere. We were asked twice if it was for there or to go, 2 of us stated for there. The same apparently offended server proceeds to place the food in Styrofoam to go containers. I then said loudly that the food was to be eaten there. I was promptly ignored. There was a rather long line of people after us, all of who were being served on the Panda fine China (paper plates). When I asked why our party was eating out of to go containers, the flustered cashier said the first server didn't hear us when we said we wanted to eat there. I advised her that 2 people told him it was for there. I told her he must be in a hurry to get rid of us since I offended his pan of onions that he was trying to pass off as noodles. At this point I asked for the customer review number and was told in a very rude tone that it was on my receipt. I asked for another with the store number on it, I had to explain that it was the location and not the phone number!! Needless to say if you like being treated like you don't matter as a consumer, then eat here. Los Lunas is so desperate for Asian fast food they forget that Asahi down off main street treats you like a valuable customer, and you usually have food left over for later! But one must remember this isn't chain restaurant food at its best. Happy eating... read more

Would not cook additional fried rice. What was in pan was nasty. Stated quit cooking after 9:30. Very disappointing.

Went earlier this week , low mein was cabbage and onions with random noodles, teriyaki chicken was charred beyond edible, and then one of the workers kids stopped by after school and they walked in as if it was their house worse part is that she brushed the daughters hair behind the food counter with her hands and did not was her hands so unsanitary and plain nasty read more

Food was crispy and rice wasn't dried out which is important to me since that's what I'm paying for. Customer service at this location mirrors the service in this area which is needs improvement. Overall I would go back because food is cooked properly. read more

Service below standard. Main entree was missing and when confronted was treated with disrespect as if we had made mistake.

My first and last time eating here. The orange chicken had definitely been sitting there a while, it was rubbery and the sauce had soaked into the breading...gross. Make sure to keep your food fresh and not just let it sit there until it sells. I won't be returning. read more

I came through the drive through window. The line moved quickly so service was quick. The server at the window was very friendly and accommodating. He asked if I wanted anything else, and I asked for a small container of teriyaki which he promptly and cheerfully got for me. The food was hot and very tasty. Good experience. read more

I cannot comment on the 2014-2015 reviews. Our experiences at the restaurant are all more recent, beginning in 2016, and have been good. We get to Los Lunas every few weeks and as often as not eat at the Express. Perhaps there was a management change? I do know I have dealt with the manager as the person at the counter several times, as well as the other counter staff, and found them to be almost entirely consistent in their helpfulness and courtesy. The food has varied, over the last few years, over the range of good to very good. Cooks do vary in how they make a dish and staff turns over, so this is not surprising. Keeping the quality in over the long haul is up to management, and from our experience over the last two years, this is occurring. We've never had a long wait, at most a couple minutes, and we count on being in and out. I or my wife have on occasion found the dish we wanted to be in short supply or (on one occasion) that its pan life should not be extended, and have not had any issues with asking for fresh and graciously getting what we wanted. I keep an eye on the cleanliness, and while not perfect (as perhaps none are), theirs is pretty good and certainly not something I have noticed at all as a concern. Too many restaurants have floors that appear to be secondary garbage sites after the lunch hour, but not this one, not that I have seen. Clearly, we like the place as it's run now. read more
