This Mcds is worlds apart from the one from the one in Belen. It is a smooth process for picking up mobile orders & making orders at site. Staff is friendly. Food is made like people care...not like Belen which puts out food that looks like it has been thrown together. You also don't wait much for ur order...in Belen even a mobile order is never ready & u have to park & wait. We'd rather drive to Los Lunas than go to Belen. read more

McDonalds near The Home Depot at 1720 Main St., in Los Lunas, NM 87031 in my opinion is another place I recommend people to dine in because the supervisors and the employees are kind, polite, helpful, and respectful which creates a friendly atmosphere for the customers. Also, in my opinion, when supervisors and employees visit with and treat their customers with kindness, politeness, and are helpful and with respect that creates a friendly atmosphere, they should be commended. In addition, for the many times that I have dined at that McDonalds near The Home Depot here in Los Lunas, NM over the years since their first opening on August 19, 2019, the supervisors and the employees have always treated their customers and me with kindness and respect, and when they did that, I felt welcomed and appreciated. Moreover, when supervisors and employees treat their customers very well, they represent McDonalds near The Home Depot with highest honors. read more

Absolutely not. Go somewhere else, the management is poorly run and you are always missing something from your order. Check your order before you drive off!! read more

My son had a birthday party here at the Play Place, and it was simply amazing. Our host, Anthony Ray, went above and beyond to make our experience a good one. It was shockingly affordable, and a simple luxury for parents who have little- to no time, and best of all....the children had a blast! I would highly recommend. read more

Ordered fish sandwich with xtra tarter Add lettuce, tomato. Didn't get none of that was charged for it. I have half hour lunch. Couldn't turn back. Tried calling phone was busy. So disappointed can't they read there tickets. Not happy. Won't go back. No stars for them. McDonald's in Los Lunas need people that can read and double check order's especially when busy. That's when most mistakes happen.they didn't deserve a star. read more

Bad customer service, i asked for an extra sauce they said i had to pay for it and i check my bag and i didn't get the sauce i was supposed to get with my nuggets. Girl at the window was rude read more

Ugh. So bad! Now I know we are talking about a McDonald's, but this place is just sad. When we go to McDonalds we aren't looking for high quality food, we just want something decent and fast on our way home. This place is super slow. They are also lacking on training. When they rolled out mobile ordering they had no clue what was going on when I tried to pick up my order. The workers, while not rude are certainly not friendly. I wish I could say this is unusual but it is difficult to find a fast food place here in NM that isn't like this. On the upside it's better than arbys... check out their reviews if you aren't familiar. read more

McDonald's - Picking up dinner with my lady! - Burgers Near Me - Los Lunas, New Mexico

As one who travels often throughout The country, I usually stop for a bathroom break, a coffee and or a meal at MacDonalds. Was I shocked when I thought I go to the restroom first and then order my coffee. I found that both bathrooms were locked and the key needed to be given at the front counter. The line up at the counter was long. What a ridiculous policy. I waited for a few minutes and then left. Will not go to this location against n. read more

This is the worst McDonalds in our area. I'll drive the extra distance to go to the one by Home Depot. This location is always unprepared. It takes forever just for a drink. If food is ordered it's always stale and old. This places needs new management badly. I don't know how no one has noticed a large decrease in sales. Everyone I know avoids this location. read more

My husband went there in the morning for coffee and water and they wouldn't serve him because he wasn't in a car even though he explained to them he was driving a semi and parked it off the road. He has been served before at whataburger when he walks through the drive through when hes driving a semi. The manager needs to get replaced. read more

I needed this bad experience to help me stop coming back to this location. So thank you for upholding your star rating here on yelp! They prioritize the drive thru customers than their walk in customers so expect to be there longer. Told the associate that I was dining in and waited 25 mins for my food. I'm a regular at this place and this would be the last time. It's happened plenty of times before but at least they replaced my meal with a hot one not the bag that's been seating and waiting to be picked up 20 mins ago. read more

This McDonald's changed their decor about 4 years ago...less kid friendly and hoping to attract an internet crowd. Every time I have visited NONE of the power outlets work. Waste of my time....if you want us to visit and spend our dollars, give us power...LIKE BOTH BOSQUE FARMS AND BELEN DO! Can't bring the kids....doesn't work for adults either. read more

I was very disappointed in this location. Of all the staff only one spoke any amount of English. All four order kiosks only one was working, and there was no one behind the counter to take orders, specifically for specials or substitutions. Mayonnaise is not listed on the kiosks as an alternative. There is no provision for refills of drinks. This is not a very good representative of the Golden Arches. read more

The slowest morning Drive thru in the morning .... for the last two years its freaking ridiculous. They have one person take your order ( that is after you wait in line for 10 -15 minutes) and that's with just one car ahead if you, then he has to go the front window and give your order.... like that every time....And when you asked them how long it will be they keep telling you they will be right with you... and there is no one in drive-through... my rating should really be no stars.... read more

Every time I have gone to this location they have messed up my order but I understand and have politely asked them to fix it. Today when I called to them to let them know they mixed up my order they took my name and told me to come and they would fix it. When I showed up everyone was rude and one person even told me "what do you want" and then demanded I give him a receipt to prove I even purchased the happy meal prior. Then still gave me the incorrect happy meal. read more

This is the first ever McDonalds in my whole life that could not understand such a simple order...a Number 1 with a Sprite. I'm shocked at how confused the cashier got! I ended up just cancelling my order and drove away completely amazed rather than deal with that level of stupidity for food. read more

I ordered a fish sandwich meal. The cheese was on the side of the box. I put it on the sandwich. French fries were old and cold. My husband's big mack was cold. Not warm enough to melt the cheese. The guy at the cashiers station was nice. The soda drink was good. read more

I don't like leaving bad reviews but after living in this town for two years I've had it with the fast food restaurants here. Why is it so difficult to get an order correct. My drive thru receipt says I ordered exactly what I want but then what's in the bag does not match. And by then I am miles down the road. It's fast food!! It's not that difficult. Please!!! Try harder!!! read more

I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and received a project sandwich. They really did just throw together a random sandwich. and they seem to mess up my order EVERY TIME without fail. Not to mention the employees all have a careless attitude. Wouldn't recommend! read more

I don't like McDonald's but guess who does our kids but this location does not have the big play place they used to the boys miss it

Ordered 2 happy meals. Not only did they get the order wrong but we received incomplete orders.

This McDonalds sucks and the manager won't do anything about it. Nothing but Spanish is spoken behind the counter and the last time I remembered we were in the US where the standard language is English. You walk up to the counter to order and they stand 3 steps away from the register and look at you while they continue their personal conversation with another employee before helping you. Horrible service. Get your stuff in gear!!! read more

I would give this McDonald's location a 0 star. The service is horrible! We placed our order. Waited while 5 other people behind me received their food. A customer came in and said her order was wrong. I swear they have her a hamburger from our order. It pushed ours back. I asked about the status of our order and was told they were waiting on our quarter pounder. After 25 minutes of waiting, my husband demanded a refund. We went to the new Burger King and received much better, timely service. read more

I read the bad reviews about this restaurant but we decided to stop anyway. It was a pleasant experience for us. The staff were friendly, the place was clean, and the bathrooms were clean. Many of the staff spoke Spanish but that is not unusual given that New Mexico is a state where Spanish is the first language for many people. There is always someone who speaks English. The restrooms are locked but I have seen that in other fast food restaurants as well. I think it is more for their safety and the safety of the patrons given the influx of homelessness and drug addiction. The only drawback is that it is about five minutes off the highway which is a little further than we would like. read more

would give it a no star because its junk food , what we get from here is the vanilla conesas treats for our dogs and the powerade , its all good there, but i wont eat the food. no way read more

McDonald's - cars parked in a parking lot - Burgers Near Me - Los Lunas, New Mexico

Slow service. Dirty restaurant!! Fries on the floor, napkins on the floor. Hasn't been mopped in a while! Gross!

Why do we continue to go to this location and expect for things to be different? Burgers were cold, Coke tasted terrible and after 3 times trying to get it right we asked for our money back. This should have been the first indication that we should have left. Wanted to try the bacon cheese fries and of course they were made terrible. Fries cold, cheese in a cold blob and no bacon. Tried to resolve the issue with the manager and she did not even try to care. They take no pride in serving food and it is always this way. Can someone please do something? LPG you really got to do better than this. read more

If your ever in the mood to get disappointed this is the place for you! This is the only McDonald's I have ever been to where my order is consistently wrong or just put together like they don't have a care in the world. If I could give a negative 5 star I would. Highly recommend skipping this one on your way through town if possible. don't say I didn't warn you. read more
