Went through the drive-thru on a Friday night a little after 8 pm. The young lady at the window took my exact change, but then was replaced by a gentleman who I don't think knew exactly what was going on. He asked me if I overpayed, then proceeded to give me my order which was a spicy chicken sandwich with cheese combo. I asked for a Dr. Pepper to drink and a side of chili cheese fries. I was given my order, no receipt. Upon inspection my Dr. Pepper was a coke, my fries were cold, my chili cheese fries were in the bag with my sandwich upside down, and I didn't receive the cheese that I asked for. Not sure what is going on in that establishment, but as a new resident and first timer at this location, I do not recommend. Highly disappointing. read more

i really do love this wendy's. they have some bad reviews, as most fast food places do, but more than anything they try their best to be friendly, helpful, and if there ever is a mistake they make things right. i don't go as often as i used to since i no longer work close by, but every time i've had an issue they've dealt with it immediately and are always super kind. the food (that i've had) is always fresh and perfectly done. thank you to the staff here, because yall do an awesome job read more

Cold soggy fries, stale rock hard bun, you couldn't pay me to eat that garbage. This terrible service seems to be the norm for this restaurant .. I drove 20 minutes back into town to request a refund, AND THEY REFUSED! They told me it's their policy to never refund under any circumstance. When on the road, traveling, it's imperative that stopping points for food and gas are hassle free. Husband and I stopped in at this Wendy's for gas/lunch. Wendy's is part of a Circle K building that shares restrooms. The last two years that we've stopped there for gas, the Wendy's had been closed. If only it had been closed this time as well. In walking in, the restrooms (off to one side) were filthy. The double glass doors to Wendy's were dirty. I got in line to order food. It took a good 10 minutes to order as the poor kid at the register had no clue what he was doing and no one came to help him. There was a woman behind the counter, not in uniform, who just stood there, looking around at the chaos that was going on with the rest of the employees, and them left. The kid didn't know where anything was. He kept apologizing constantly. Then the food. We ordered the chicken sandwiches. Husband's chicken was 1/4" thick with the breading in each side at 1/4" as well. Mine was 1/3" of chicken with 1/4" of breading on each side. Dry, dry chicken with breading that was almost burned. It took an hour there to get and eat two sandwiches. We won't stop there again. read more

The drive thru was packed so after pumping gas at the connected 7'11 we popped into Wendy's The location is super clean. The lobby was empty so we were attended to very quickly but a friendly young man. He took our order efficiently. Our food was made fresh and was fantastic. read more

Restaurant is deep inside a Circle K store, like an afterthought. Dining in, it took a long time to be greeted. It was an off-hour and fries were not fresh though Wendy's commercials scream that they are. No self-serve fountain drinks anymore, and the drink cups have shrunk. The dining room furniture was sparse, like it was still pandemic times. In fact, the whole place felt like pandemic times. The cost of a jr bacon cheeseburger minus mayo was $3.79. A lot for a small burger. The bathrooms are shared with the busy convenience store; even staff have to use them. Ick. We are not local. There are many other choices within a mile. I placed a mobile order to be picked up in the dining room and when I tried to go in the dining room was locked but my order was processed. I drove to the window and the man told me because I placed the order in the dining room that he didn't have an order in front of him, which is a lie, then told me he couldn't refund the money even though I had a receipt. He said he didn't see it on his side of the transaction. I was on my way to an appointment so I didn't have time to stay an argue or call the police like I should've because I was flat out ripped off. Almost seems like a scam these employees are running knowing that the customer pays for dining room, processes the transaction and then denies knowing how to make a refund. This is the 6th time we have ordered take out from this location and 5 of them resulted in missing items from our order. Again today, I ordered online and the taco salad was missing the chili, the tortilla chips, and the pecans. Apparently, the employees do not know how to read or they just choose to ignore what the order says when they receive it. I would recommend ordering from another location. read more

I've been coming to this particular Wendy's for over five years. I visit at least once a year, sometimes three times returning from a trip to La Joya or Bernardo Wildlife Management Areas. This restaurant is sandwiched between a gas station and a Del Taco. Usually there are only a few customers when I dine here. The staff is relatively friendly and service is fast. Wendy's square burgers are always satisfying especially after I douse them in the hot chili packets I love. The last time I ate here (January 20, 2020- Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday) I received a mountain of food for $7.38, which was a great value. This consisted of the biggie bag (small drink, small fries, 4 spicy nuggets, and a bacon double stack) for $5.50 and 4 additional spicy chicken nuggets for $1.29. If you like filling, average food for a cheap price then visit this restaurant. read more

Every time I come to this place, they are out of something or they get the order wrong. I've been living here in Los Lunas for 15 years and I don't think I've ever went to that restaurant when they don't have at least one item or their month card machine is not working always something. and go to Wendy's in Albuquerque anytime of the day and get whatever I want I strongly believe that it's managements. fault. read more

I was very disappointed with this restaurant, I didn't receive my order for almost an hour. I previously ordered on Uber eats for "delivery ". After not receiving my order, I called the restaurant and they were very rude to me the first time. I called them again and talk to the manager, she just kept repeating that she could not help me and would not give me a refund. I personally have worked in the fast food business, and I have done refunds before for these kind of issues. read more

This place is the worst. Management is poor, food quality is horrible, and to top it off they are one of the nastiest Wendy's I have ever been in. Three weeks ago, it got crap food, complained to the District Manager, who gave me a free meal...get this the GM and the male Assistant Mgr were not there...food was great. Go back in tonight, get food...my hamburger and my sons chicken sandwiches, and my fries sit for 10 minutes...they make me new fries...not cooked thru...get home and my wife's chicken wrap tortilla is as hard as a rock. I drove back to the store, got my money back and I will not step foot in this location until it has new management, and a better reputation. If I were the DM, I'd clean house...GM, Asst. Usually, Wendy's is reliably good for fast food. This one however is always awful. Your sandwich will be sloppy. Beyond sloppy. You may or may not get what you ordered, how you ordered it. Be sure to check that baby before you leave. I guess the fact that it's attached to a gas station should be a dead giveaway that service is probably poor, but I do expect people to at least apologize when my order is wrong. I had not been to this Wendy's for a while because it was bad. Friends invited me here and I was amazed how clean it was. I was told there was a redecoration project done. Looks good. Service each time has been great. Tables have been clean too, which many times is hard to find in Valencia County at a fast food establishment. Food has been hot and fresh each time. The best thing on the menu is a frosty! Thick, cold, and chocolate. Food is fast, fresh, and good. Give it a try. read more

One of the best run Wendy's that I have ever been to. The manager was extremely active in the operation. The restaurant was clean and well staffed. My food was hot and clearly made after I ordered it. The location is not ideal, as it is attached to a busy gas station, but the staff made the best of it. read more

On 3-13-19 I went to wendys #00008041 in Los Lunas. Very poor service! Had to wait 12 minutes to even give my order, then another 20 min to receive my order, which came out wrong. I asked for #1 no mayo or onions or tomatoes. I got it with everything & fries were barely warm! Took it back and advised them the sandwhich was wrong. I told them what I ordered, they gave me another, it came back wrong. I had to take off onions. By this time fries went cold. There was only 2 other families in lobby & almost all tables were dirty. This location is attached to a gas station. I couldn't believe how disgusting and nasty the shared restrooms were between the Wendy's and the gas station. Totally filthy and disgusting! The hands soap dispenser was laying on the filthy sink broken and empty. The toilets, walls, floors, doors, everything were totally gross. I wonder if nobody cleans this place? Maybe the gas station thinks Wendy's does it and Wendy's thinks the gas station does it and nobody every cleans it? I think I will inform the heath department. read more
