I'm a big fan of the Arby's in Los Lunas. The service is always friendly and efficient, whether I'm going through the drive-thru or dining inside. The food is consistently fresh and hot, which isn't always a given at fast-food places. My favorite is the turkey gyro and their curly fries are always perfectly crispy. I'd give negative stars if I could!!! This place is awful!! I try to give places the benefit of the doubt, but after multiple horrific experiences I had to stop going all together. On one occasion, after I nicely asked for a minute to look at the menu the worker said "well order!". Two other occasions they ignored my presence in the drive thru all together. There is almost never anyone there and on my last trip I got in the drive through behind 2 or 3 other cars hoping to grab a quick meal while heading home. But it took at least 30 minutes to even get my food. No apologies and they gave me like $4 in quarters for my change. read more

The food is delicious and when we went it was practically quiet except for the kitchen and the drive-through tried their new cinnamon caramel shake it's delicious and the cashier was from Ohio which is where I am from however I paid using a coupon in order to get two chicken Swiss and bacon burgers and my vision isn't too good so I couldn't see the fine print read more

First of all, I'm not sure if this is a restaurant or an office space. The whole time I was dining in, there was a guy sitting at a table with a laptop making telemarketing calls and talking very loudly, and the staff acted like he's there every day. Awful experiences like the one I had today are why Yelp exists. Placed my reasonable order of two meals and one sandwich at the drive-thru to an annoyed cashier, only to have to repeat the entire order when I got to the window because she was too distracted the first time around. After getting home to find not only an entire sandwich missing, both "medium" roast beef sandwiches had barely enough beef -combined- to qualify as one sandwich. I called the restaurant when I realized the mistake, and the employee who answered the phone offered nothing in the way of apology. In fact, he thought I was another customer whose order they had just messed up as well. I returned to get the sandwich and could not have been greeted with a colder welcome. Their error was now my inconvenience to them. What's up with that, Arby's? Thought you had the meats, but I am sadly mistaken. I waited over half an hour for a beef and cheddar meal and a fish sandwich. I also ordered an extra coke and fry. When I got to the window, the cashier said, "You had a fish sandwich? That's going to take a while!" I said, "You knew I had a fish sandwich, because I explained that I had a coupon." I was told to wait for the meal by driving to the side. I waited but no one came, so I returned to the drive through. I waited for nearly an hour and the cashier said, "I need to see your receipt, because I didn't know you wanted another drink and fry." We have stopped at this Arby's on four occasions lately and discovered that we were cheated on all carry out orders. Three times we order two sandwiches for $6 and one for $5.79 when you get your order (to go) and check it you received three $3.00 sandwiches. This happened on three occasion for different value sandwiches. SOOO, I feel cheated, sandwiches are not bad but being cheated is. I ordered a salad from here and specifically said no onions. Well, it seemed like there was no onions, until I reached the bottom. Instead of putting the onions on top of the salad, they put them on the bottom. Awful service and bad marketing tricks. Don't go here. Go to a good place, like Benny's 2, or even Chilli's!
