Panda Express has been good until today and then they epically failed. The server couldn't hear me and when I corrected her, she wasn't very receptive to be corrected. they switched the to-go boxes to smaller sizes. when I got home the food was cold and the rice was undercooked. such a disappointment. read more

I used to love coming here but the foods just gotten so bad. It's obvious the sugar glazed meals, just became the method how they can cut costs using horrible quality meat and ingredients. It's not even edible anymore, it just makes my stomach churn in the first couple bites. Cya read more

I don't usually do yelp reviews but this Hudson location has frustrated me enough to earn one. Their staff is friendly but for some reason they struggle on to go orders. Almost every time I've picked up an order it's been wrong somehow. I'm not sure what it is with their teriyaki chicken but either they forget the sauce or they forget the entire order of chicken... Previously I ordered teriyaki and they gave me no sauce with it which kind of defeats the whole purpose of teriyaki chicken and this is the second time my entree has been completely missed. I ordered a bigger plate (so two entree's come in the clamshell and one in a smaller box) and they just completely left out my teriyaki chicken. (Which like ok I could see that maybe happening if it was on the side and they just missed the little red box but this was in the clamshell! How do you just forget an entire entree that you clearly left a spot for?) The sweet and fire was in the little extra box and when I opened my clamshell to my surprise all that was in there was fried rice and one order of honey sesame chicken and a big open empty spot where my teriyaki should have been. We don't live in Hudson, so by the time we got home to find this it was too late to turn back. Frustrating to pay $11 for something and then only get $8 worth of food. Especially when you get so little actual chicken as it is! On a side note don't waste your time on the Rangoon. They are rubbery, cold, and flavorless. Not sure if that's just normal or if they sat out for a few hours but either way don't waste your money. read more

Delicious!! I came here with my mom to get some food for dinner, we were a bit hesitant about coming here sense our past experiences here havent been the best, but this time it was great! The staff was very nice, and the food is some of the best panda express ive had! read more

they wouldnt make us our order because "there's people in the drive through still". it wasn't like I wanted a huge order... it was a family meal. so basically they wouldn't let me order what I wanted in case the people that haven't ordered yet wanted some. it was the most outrageous thing I've ever heard. read more

Food tastes good. And seems fresh, hot. However , the portions of "entree" are extremely small. My kung pao chic had 7 small pc of meat and 3 peanuts and not much else! read more

This place is really lame - SO disappointing! FOOD: The building is pretty and modern looking. But the food is the typical boring, questionable quality stuff that you can find at any one of thousands of local Chinese takeout joints that seem to proliferate everywhere with mediocre, overcooked, soggy, under-seasoned food. The portions are small and expensive. I paid $7.91 for a "medium" Beijing Beef that came in a tiny box that was less than 3 inches wide! (See photo.) What a joke! I hate to see what the "small" size looks like. They must give it to you a thimble. The only redeeming thing I can say is the mystery crust on my Beef Beijing had decent flavor. INDOOR SEATING: I went to the door and I was blocked by the manager. Sorry, no indoor seating, only the drive-through window. I asked him why 99% of the restaurants in Hudson have indoor seating but Panda Express does NOT. He said it's a California based company and it's too complicated to comply with different rules in different states. They're doing it California style. I happen to know that this is a complete load of crap. Does Applebee's (across the highway) have problems with different rules in different states? Of course not! That's what managers are for. And this isn't rocket science. And does McDonald's (about a block away) have difficulty with different protocols in different states? I don't think so. In fact, McDonald's seems to manage with different protocols in completely different COUNTRIES and on completely different continents like in Russia, China, Mexico, and Peru, South America. In hind sight, I should have just gone to McDonald's and grabbed a Number 1 Big Mac Meal. I definitely will NEVER go back to this place. -Daddy Maxx Retro read more

Panda Express - Food - Chinese Near Me - Hudson, Wisconsin

I went to panda express in Hudson WI today 12/21/21 and ordered in the drive thru a bigger plate and two chicken egg rolls. Made it home to eat after a long day at work and they gave me a half tray of rice and barely no meat. This is really unacceptable. read more

Usually the food is pretty good there but I orders the beef and broccoli today and I got 3 small pieces of beef and the rest was broccoli. Very disappointed. read more

Arrived, was out of Teriyaki chicken and began to tell me they were out of a stringbean chicken as well, but it was sitting off to the side. After got food went to the soda counter where somebody dumped a soda and stuff just ignored (not very busy either). A staff member came out of the back and almost had to walk around it. read more

We eat at Panda all the time in Tucson. We have tried three Panda locations in the Twin Cities and have been disappointed every time! The MN noodles are tough and chewy-blah..., so I ordered the steamed veggies- threw them out!! Tasted like they'd dumped a shaker of salt in the pan. Yuck! read more

This location clearly does not want business. I pull up at 8:10 PM. The first thing the employee says over the speaker is we do close shortly so limited menu items are only available. I asked for honey sesame chicken and he said it would take 15 minutes. They clearly just want to close and not be open. read more

This place is so mismanaged. I frequent it often and seldom are there not issues, ie. the lobby is often closed, they are out of different food items, out of ice, out of cups. It's seldom you see the same face - there turnover is tremendous. I travel all over the country and I frequent Pandas everywhere. I don't run into the same issues at these other locations. So, why do I keep coming back? I do like the low calorie chicken items. If Leean Chins sold Diet Coke I'd probably never come back to Panda. read more

Horrible. To start off I asked for STRAWBERRY Fanta and I got orange.. and the drive thru was EMPTY! I ordered black pepper steak and got charged extra for it and was told to wait 5 minutes. Well I ended up paying the extra and had to wait 15minutes! On top of that my noodles and orange chicken where COLD! Last I paid extra for literally 3 little ass pieces of steak. Horrible service read more

We love Panda Express, but this one is terrible. Food was cold, fried rice was mushy. They were out Orange Chicken, Walnut Shrimp, Teriyaki chicken and a few others. We felt they were going out of business. Dining in was closed. We sat at an outdoor table. No utensils unless you ask. read more

This place is a bit of a guilty pleasure for me. I rarely dine in. It's usually the late night after a long hike and I'm craving chinese, that I hit it. My usual is the honey walnut shrimp with rice. Last night they made a booboo and gave me the lo mein noodles instead and I actually liked that more. Their fried rice is a little tasteless but the noodles are very flavorful. I love the chicken potstickers and cream cheese wontons too but they are extra calories I don't need. Pricing is reasonable. It's $6 for a bowl ($1.25 upcharge for shrimp). Plenty of food for me. The inside is a little sterile so it's not really a great place for dining in, thus the drive through. Service is usually pretty good. If they tell you there is a little wait on the food, that's a good thing. That means it will be hot and fresh. read more

The food has good taste, that is not a concern of mine. The portion is ridiculous, clear to me that someone didn't want to do extra cleaning or cooking. My boyfriend had the same problem but with orange chicken, maybe about 6 chunks of chicken. read more

Panda Express - A bit ridiculous to order and pay for beef and broccoli and maybe received 1/4 scoop of beef broccoli, there are about 2 pieces of beef. - Chinese Near Me - Hudson, Wisconsin

They messed up my order at the drive through which is an understandable mistake, but when I went in to get the food I wanted and what I saw made me want to write a review. I saw, what I assumed was the manager named Jesse and he was very unprofessional. He acted very annoyed that I wanted my order corrected and was even yelling at employees while I was right there. My experience was honestly ruined due to this guy. #gethimfired read more

I personally love Panda Express, but I have been very disappointed with this location. Online they say their open till 8:30 pm or 9pm, depending where you look. The worst restaurant experience I've ever had. My husband and I ordered via delivery about an hour and half before close. After waiting nearly an hour (20min estimated wait time), I got a notification saying that our food was delivered...but it was nowhere to be found. After calling Panda Express, they said that they do not deliver and that there must've been some confusion. This was clearly not the case, as they advertise and allowed us to go through with payment via delivery on their website, so we drove to the location to either receive our food or get a refund. They would not give us either and claimed that they were closing and that we needed to leave. I called and spoke to the manager and she said that there was nothing that she could do because it was the next day. Mind you, we were pushed out of the building the night before and told to call back tomorrow. Absolutely terrible experience and could not believe that they would not give us a refund-even though we never received any food! read more

I went during the opening weekend so they are probably still getting into the groove. I went thru the drive-thru to pickup a couple items for a small crowd at my house and much to my disappointment---they were out of several items. They did not seem too empathetic about it either. They did not have any cream cheese puffs or even sesame chicken. I opted for two kinds of chicken entree's and brought them home. They were not that good. I did end up waiting in the line for a bit too long for this to be considered EXPRESS! Not too eager to return. read more

So I just left this spot about 30mins ago, I had to wait for some fresh noodles and I was okay with that. But when the noodles came out, the other girl just pass by my plate like it wasn't there. If I didn't say nothing no one would of put my foods together. Then I had to ask them can I get some sweet and sour sauce about 4 time. The worst Panda Express ever, the problem I had the most was that they didn't even said sorry and even tho they only gave me a little of food but the sorry didn't even came out of there mouth. We chose panda often as there's something everyone likes and can eat in my family. We stopped in for lunch and they are out of Power Greens. The girl behind the counter didn't even apologize. How do you run out of veggies. They are cheap, go wild and stock up! So much for healthy options. We went to Panera instead! read more

This Panda Express is not one of the better stores. The servings are smaller and the food is lower quality than the other stores. Panda Express in general is very good but this store isn't. We are regulars and love going to the other locations but please avoid this one. The sweet fire chicken wasn't spicy and tasted like a saucy chicken nugget. The chow mein was greasy and I've had it before and this was much different. They were out of white rice and Teriyaki chicken. The Beijing beef was over cooked and only half the pieces had sauce on it, the dish only had a couple vegetables and was not like how it is at the other locations. We have fresh hope every time we go to this location but it gets worse every time. We love Panda Express in general but the location should be avoided at all costs! read more

Ate there while on vacation as it was close to the hotel. Service: It was ok, but you order and pick up your own food. Not much service to be had. Cleanliness: Restaurant was clean and free of debris and trash. Floors were clean and not slippery like some. Food: Food was about on par with other Panda's. They need to do a better job of keeping fresh food in their steamers. Some items were completely out. My wife had to wait for crab rangoon and didn't get it until she was almost done eating her entree AND I had to go up there and ask for it. read more

So far not very impressed. Ordered online for pickup at 7:45. Arrived at 7:44 and informed that the rice cooker broke this morning so there is no rice available. We make an alternative choice and then she come back to tell us that the cook steppes outside before making 2 of the three entrees that we ordered. I wonder who is supervising this crew and allowing for this? Hopefully the food is good and the cook washed his hands after coming back inside. Assume he's smoking. Great habit that spreads more germs than most anything when folks don't wash their hands. Probably won't try this again. Derek T. I have the order number but don't know how to direct message you. Not well run. We put in a drive thru order for 3 kids meals & three adult meals and paid at 435pm. Not even peak dinner hour. We ended up waiting a full 15 minutes with antsy kids in the car because they were out of one item. Actually a number of the trays were empty when I came in to see what was going on. Worst Panda Express I have been to. Watched the staff yell and joke with each other rather than wait on customers. Food was cold and they were out of about half the dishes because the staff was busy goofing around. Saw a customer wait 20 min for 3 wontons because they left them In the fryer too long. The staff's response to his inquiry - "Dude we burned your wontons" and laughed and walked away. Wow. Lo mein was ice cold and they would not replace or make new food. Not coming back. read more

The food was not very fresh today, and the cashier was pretty rude (very crabby). I normally love this PE but today was not their day.

So, let's start out by saying I should not be eating at Panda Express. I should be diligently making my dinner at home---but whatever. I enjoy partaking in drive thru especially after a long day. So, there I was. Price - reasonable Menu - Good variety, not overwhelming, although the choices of sides looked a bit confusing but I figured it out Food - I ordered the brocolli and beef after trying it for the first time at P.F. Changs and loving it---it wasn't as great here, obviously you get what you expect, but it was still pretty good. I had the bowl with brown rice and I was pleasantly suprised by the brown rice. It was cooked to perfection and nutty just how I like it. The sauces were good and my fortune cookies told me strange things like they always do! Customer service - Standard, efficient, nothing special Ambience - let's be honest here --- a drive thru is a drive thru. So, I had a good experience and the fact that Panda Express even has a drive thru allows me to expand my options from McDonalds and Taco Bell! One more thing to note --- there is a Leann Chin Drive thru directly next to the Panda Express. Not sure what I think about that. read more

Going to panda used to be a fun time for my wife and I. This panda however fell far from the tree. The food is cold and staff is off and on in terms of attitude and attention. Food was delicious, and staff was phenomenal. However, despite having zero issues waiting for food, the choices were so limited because they were all almost gone! I would have had to wait for each item, which would have been fine, but I got a little bit of a vibe like, they didn't care to make more of those things? Could have just been my interpretation. I am going to give them another shot, the guy working front counter was so kind, and the food was great that I really feel like it wasn't a recurring issue. read more
