Tried this place on a whim since our normal Chinese restaurant was closed. I was impressed they had specific gluten free options with very skinny and thin noodles. It was pretty good so we'll definitely be back to try it again.

This is their "lo mein"

I had forgotten why I never order from here but was unfortunately reminded last night when we did a curbside order (of almost $50 of food)! Their lo mein is not the traditional wide, round noodles but come with thin, ramen-like noodles. This being the main Chinese food my kids will eat both orders of this crappy lo mein didn't really get eaten. The second disappointment came in the form of their potsticker sauce. This being the only other Chinese my kids will eat we did two orders of them also. The potstickers were subpar but still edible, however their dipping sauce tasted like watered down nastiness. Having tried at least a dozen different potsticker sauces from both frozen meals and restaurants from here to the west coast they have by far the worst I have ever tried! We actually dumped it out and made our own. When I order lots of food to feed my family I expect that I shouldn't have to cook - sadly, the quality of GC food last night meant I had to cook anyway. And wasted lots of money! On a more personal note, my favorite part of Chinese are the fortune cookies, and we got none! I have never ordered from a Chinese restaurant and not received fortune cookies, until last night! The only positive was their beef and broccoli was very delicious. But it won't be enough to lure us back into eating here again!!!

worst service around, would not recommend. Wait times are atrocious and employees are rude.

Not impressed. The food was old and all the dishes taste the same. What a waste of 80.00!

This is my new favorite Chinese restaurant. They were slammed on Christmas Eve and handled it well--and the food was 100% worth the wait!

Love this place. The take-out is always hot. Spring rolls are excellent, as is the Mongolian Beef.

They have ruined broccoli and chicken for me anywhere else. My absolute favorite. The wontons are also awesome.

When I call, they know me by my order. Yeah, I'm predictable and weird with my order. They get…read moreit right every time where other shops won't customize. Love their longevity in Oak Park Heights and well, now I'm hungry. Hello, Sky Dragon? Yeah, Mongolian beef, extra extra spicy and no onions.

I really wanted to love this place. My best friend speaks so highly of it, so I was excited to give…read moreit a try. I sampled a few different dishes--maybe that was my mistake. I ordered the egg rolls, wontons, and the sesame chicken lunch combo. When we arrived, we noticed they had a lunch special available until 3 p.m. We asked if we could still order from that menu, and the woman taking our order pointed to her clock and said no. I glanced at my phone--it was 2:55 p.m. I asked her when the cut off time was and mentioned that their clock seemed a bit fast. She eventually let us order the lunch combo, but it was clear she wasn't thrilled about it. The interaction left us feeling a little awkward. As for the food--it was just okay. The wontons were bland and lacked any real flavor. The sesame chicken was underwhelming, missing that punch of sweetness and crunch I was hoping for. The side of rice tasted old and dry, like it had been sitting out for a while. The one highlight was the egg roll. It came out hot and fresh, crispy on the outside and filled with a good amount of veggies. It's definitely up there with my favorites. If I'm in the area again and my bestie is craving this spot, I'd be open to giving it another shot. Next time, I'd skip the combo and stick with the egg rolls, and maybe try her favorite dish--the lo mein. Hopefully, it'll be a better experience.
