GrubHub later called back and said, still no refund, but the merchant was willing to offer a 10% discount on my next order. Huh?! I just gave you $55 you refused to give me back for giving me nothing! there isn't going to BE a next order from me, and likely the remainder of my family. I realize it's two entirely different groups saying it's the other one's problem. but Ha Long Bay ALWAYS had the option of doing right by their customers, regardless of who was at fault technically.
