Going to panda used to be a fun time for my wife and I. This panda however fell far from the tree. The food is cold and staff is off and on in terms of attitude and attention. Perfect portions, delicious food and amazing service! Let me start this by saying, I love Panda Express. We are from Eau Claire, WI so we don't come across it very often. I usually get it at MOA in the food court, this time we decided to stop here on the way home. We saw many negative reviews but went for it anyways. Sure glad we did! Food was perfect at 7:30 pm so I am sure it's always great! Food was hot, portioned perfectly and had spot on flavor. The staff was also very friendly and knew what they were doing. Worst service experience ever. Had servers leave and go help others and leave me standing 5 times throughout the process. After the 3rd time, almost walked out. Throughout the process I had 5 different employees ask who's order is this and then I'd have to re-state my order for them. Had another couple in line by me and she said, "I hate this, it's the most stressful experience..." They need to have one employee stay with one customer all the way thru the line, rather than jumping from customer to customer. read more

Our server, named "True", did any excellent job at both assisting us with our special coupon from T-Mobile as well as giving us a guarantee of more meat, because the special firecracker chicken had run down to mostly vegetables. Every visit to this panda has been horrible, I have visited multiple panda locations and Hudson panda will be the reason I no longer eat panda. Food tastes horrible, chicken is often dry with either to much or no season/sauce. Every visit has resulted in a 20-30 wait for food. read more

I've always been a fan of Panda Express. Unfortunately, this location has terrible front of the house service. I dread going here because I know the hassle I'm about to go through each time. Using the drive-through is not recommended if you want an accurate order or don't want to be overcharged. There still a high chance that both will happen if you go inside but at least you don't have to drive back around to correct it. On a positive note, the food is delicious as always. Clearly they've done a better job at hiring the back of house staff. Update: I have continued to give this place a try. Today I am dropping a star from 2 to 1. Not only was the order completely inaccurate and missing items that I paid for, the receipt had some different items than I ordered or received. Not coming back. read more

It was about 8:30 pm last Wednesday night. Ordered the walnut shrimp and General chicken. Both entrees were dried out when we ate at home about 10 minutes after pick up. Do not buy anything from this location after dinner time. Clearly, items are not discarded and dried remains are left for unsuspecting consumers to purchase. Won't return ever. read more

After work in my way home i stopped by the drive-through and ordered a plate that should have included a main course and two sides. When i got home, my plate did not have the main course. I then called and notified them of the issue. I heard an I am sorry. The next day, i went in and returned the plate with receipt and asked for cash back, but they were not able to do it because the purchase was done the day before. read more

Worst panda express we have ever been to, in terms of service. My boyfriend and I have been there several times since they opened, and only one time was the service not horrible. Most of the employees are rude, the food was cold, and just generally wasn't a good experience. We refer to set this location as "the get it while you can Panda Express" We have visited while they ran out of utensils, we have to be careful going through the drive-thru (about 50% of the time our order has been incorrect) but surprisingly they also run out of food around the middle of dinner time on weekdays. On Monday by 6:30 p.m. they were out of four main dishes and spring rolls, not wait a few minutes and it will be ready but completely out. By the time we asked for the fourth entree to be told they were out, we settled on bowls of fried rice and orange chicken and because our orders are often incorrect we stopped to check before we drove away. The food was not in bowls it was in the usual containers for 2+ entrees. There was tons of fried rice and just a little bit of orange chicken. We went back to ask what was going on (one order had 4 pieces of orange chicken) the young woman at the counter told us that they were rationing orange chicken because it was about the only entree they have left and ready to go. I've been going since they first opened and I never like to rate a place until they kind of settle into the area and cut their teeth, so to speak. It s true that when they first started, they had issues keeping the correct items up and the lines seemed to be huge waiting for things to come up. But now they know their audience and the waits are far better. I typically get the honey walnut shrimp with veggies and the sweat and sour chicken w/ veggies. Both are made correctly and are fresh and flavorful. The only issue they have is the consistency with their veggies. Sometimes it lacks the nice variety and portions are not consistent. The panda passion ice tea is awesome. None the less they have come to deserve a 5 star rating from me. Let's hope that it isn't just a honeymoon thing and they like other new resturants, don't drop the quality. Let's hope the quality stays as it will help them succeed here. read more
