All I have to say is onion rings. I just can't get enough onion rings from Culver's. I don't know why, but they have my absolute favorite onion rings that no one can compete with. Burgers, make sure you add all the veggies toppings you love. First couple times I didn't realize that was how to do it and I was dissapointed until I was told that's how it works and now their burgers are top notch. Learning curve but worth it! read more

We ordered two salads through Door Dash. When we received our order, there was no salad dressing for either salad. We were in town working on an empty house and had no access to dressing. We were unable to eat our salads. Door Dash only refunded us $7. When I called Culver's, I was offered one coupon for either frozen custard or cheese curds. This was unacceptable and I was not happy. Neither of these are anywhere near what two salads cost. I was delighted to receive a personally typed letter from the management team and two coupons for a salad of my choice. I am a former Midwesterner who grew up with Culver's. This location is admittedly not the greatest (nor the worst) we've experienced. This is primary due to order inaccuracy and freshness. We ordered an abundance of food via drive-thru for a small family gathering and as usual, we pulled forward after paying to wait for the food to be prepared. It was a large order with multiple burgers, fries, onion rings, curds, and kids meals. We double-checked the order on the screen to make sure we were good-to-go. Our wait was only a few minutes. Normally, this would be a good thing....but not at Culver's, where everything is usually made-to-order. We got back to my brother's house down the street and not only were the fries cold and stale, but we were missing a burger and an order of fries and had a random additional cheese curd order and no ranch (*gasp* haha). The burgers, chicken tenders, and grilled cheeses that we did receive were all very good, with the exception of the burger toppings being incorrect. They were hot and fresh, though. read more

It looks like that anything has changed over a year and "owneres" did not care. I have been going to that restaurant since it opened. A lot has changed since it has new management. Employees change like someone who changes a pair of socks. For the last many months the bathrooms are very dirty. Lately the tables are always dirty and you have to wait for them to clean it. Nobody takes care of cleanliness. Today I found many dirty tables, dirty floor and asked to be cleaned. The so called young "manager", Trystan, told me to go to another table. Finally, they went to clean it. The young man told me to go eat. I told him that not only was the table dirty but the bathroom was dirty. He told me that when he could they would clean it up. I told him that the bathroom is always dirty and I asked him if he wanted me to check it and he told me to go and see if it was dirty. Rude, rude, rude, disrespectful to the client. What else? He had no respect or to listen. Another employee was laughing at my request for the table to be wiped down. We love Culver's and will drive out of the way visit. Food is consistently good and kids meals are great for our large family. The biggest reason is their support for veterans. I go to Culver's almost every week with my kids. I love the butter burger and my kids love the chicken. We always love to share custard. Oh you wonderful home of the butter burger! When you want a quality fast food burger and yummy crinkle cut fries (or cheese curds or onion rings), skip the golden arches and go to culvers instead. Unlike the clown house, they don't drown your burger in condiments and onions unless you ask them to. All burgers are made to order and they add the toppings you request. They toast the bun and butter it (thus the butterburger name). The patties are hand formed and fresh and oh so tasty and juicy. They really really shine on dessert. CUSTARD. Yes, frozen custard is the standard for frozen treats. Forget frozen milk ice from Dairy Queen and cruddy soft serve from everywhere else. The thick creamy buttery custard is the way to go. They have amazing flavors of the day like oreo chocolate mountain and caramel cashew. Try a sundae or even just a dish of the day. They kids meal is a real deal. For $3.50 you get a burger, fries, drink and single dish of custard. Save the little tear off tokens and redeem for a REAL prize like a full size basketball, kickball or soccerball instead of some crappy plastic toy. Only reason they don't get 5 stars is if you come on a busy day, be prepared to wait. It's not as fast as a lot of fast food places but it really is worth the extra 5 minute wait. Culvers is an institution here in Wisconsin they make great burgers with lots of cheese. This location in Hudson is one of the better I have been to. The average age of the workers is probably 16 but they hustle and work their butts off. My order has never been wrong and they usually bring it out in less then 5 minutes. If you are going to be going East or West on I94 you need to stop at this location. My favorite things to order are the Cod Dinner $8.99, and the Wisconsin Swiss Melt basket for $6.49. read more

You know, this is the only fast food place I actually want to go to; their food is fresh to order, delicious, and they somehow manage to make it as ungreasy as possible. I have fond memories of coming here with my grandpa for the North Atlantic Cod dinner; as far as fast fish-fry goes, it can't be beat. Because we don't have Culver's where I live it takes me some time to figure out in addition to my vanilla cone. Culvers is one of the best fast foods places around! It's fresh from Sauk city wisconsin and the butterburgers are phenomenal! Also try the custard. It may be fattening but it's some of the best ice cream around. go try it out! read more
