This is an absolute gem in Hudson. I love their chocolate peanut butter protein smoothie and the quesadillas. Such a satisfying meal.

Went here twice during a recent visit to Hudson. Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly when I said it was my first time in. They helped me pick an option that met all of my dietary needs and it was delicious! They gave me a printed menu to go which was helpful because all ingredients are clearly listed. I went back again another day to get a smoothie. Appreciate that you can easily sub the whey for a vegan protein. Inside is a little small, but certainly enough seats for those who prefer to dine in. It's a little pricey, but well worth it for a healthy and delicious meal. read more

Stumbled upon this place on our way home from a road trip when we were craving something hearty but healthy. Seems like the perfect place for gym rats & health/wellness fanatics - large menu listing macros & calories, lots of options for full breakfast, lunch and dinner meals as well as lighter protein shakes. Service here was great, they have a clean open kitchen and the employees were all kind. Our food was pretty quick, was just hard to hear clearly when our food was ready at the counter. I went with the SHRDD VEGGIE OMELETTE and it was delicious! Tasted like any omelet you would get at a breakfast/brunch restaurant. My boyfriend also loved his meal, especially the air fried fries. So I has my doubts about the place at first but I met a friend there for dinner to give it a try. I'm generally allergic to anything or any place that says your eating healthy. I was expecting some type of weight watchers menu but I was impressive with the selections. The staff was very kind and welcoming and were happy to help. The place was very laid back and had people off all diffrent builds. I ordered the salmon burger and was impressed. The burger actually looked like on the photo. The bun was plumped and fluffy unlike ordering a whopper and the bun is so flat you think it's another layer of meat. The lettuce was nice and fresh and had a crunch to it. The tomato was red and juicy and the avocado was not brown and moldy looking. As you bit into it you taste the perfectly cooked salmon. It was warm and flaky and not all dried out. The slice of fresh red onion enhanced the flavors. I plan to go back to try more food here. I was actually surprised how low calories this meal provided. read more

The burger meat was pleasantly cooked to a perfect medium and the salad was yummy and filling. The air fries were pretty dry/ plain but overall the food was good. They also have a great selection of healthy condiments. Service /Ambiance 4/5 - We were greeted as soon as we walked in the doors. Service was all around good and place was clean. They have indoor and patio seating available in the summer. We did have to wait 15ish minutes for our food but that's to be expected. read more

On a short trip to Hudson, I wanted to find a healthy breakfast option. Protein House was delicious, fresh, and not heavy at all! The summer tryst was one of the cold-pressed juice options and it was very enjoyable. This location appeared to be very popular and there was a line waiting. What I enjoyed was seeing the food being prepared with care. We ate outside in the back fenced-in patio which allowed my very active toddler a safe place to explore . Mixed experience. Sometimes great but recently i went in with my kids and the balance of the shake was so bad the kids refused to drink the smoothie. we went back and instead of making a new one she tried to re-blend and it was still bad. A waste of $20. read more

Casual dining or take out. We chose to eat in. The restaurant is minimal, nothing fancy, but very comfortable. The service was fabulous. We did not know what some of the ingredients were, so we had questions. The staff had absolutely no problem answering. We ordered, sat down, and our food was brought to us. If you eat with your eyes first, you will be very pleased. The presentation is fabulous. Now the actual flavor, wow, so good. We shared dinners and they were both so flavorful! We will return. Great protein shake. I got the MS Skinny. It was lite which was a nice change. Very tasty. The guys working were super friendly and worked their tails off to get my order and the crew that came in after me done in a timely manner. It's great seeing a healthy option to get something quick. Meh. Don't bother. I came here because I had a coupon for a free protein shake. I wouldn't go back again. The smoothie was chocolate and peanut butter and was bland as hell. I get they are super healthy and that's great. Love how health conscious it was, but we got a breakfast sandwich and it was super bland. Meh. Wouldn't go back.
