Wish I'd of read reviews. I walked into the establishment to pick up my call in order. It's a large clean new space! I was impressed. It was almost empty which I thought odd. I easily found my bag (the only one) grabbed it and left. The staff yelled thank you ! Then I got back and opened the bag. My $20 salad was thrown together. I couldn't tell what was on it as it was covered in blue corn chips. Lots of corn chips. I removed the 2 dressing containers and found them both near empty! What they contained tastes like fish sauce.. Only arugula and spinach on salad,no crisp just soggy lettuce below warm chicken. The abundance of chips are soft and stale. I bought a too good to go bowl and this was so worth it! They allow you to do 8 scoops total of select foods and I loved that you could personalize it. They don't give you dressing or anything extra outside of that but it's a great base for a salad where you can add more to complete it. Great value for money as well! The pickup is late though (8:30-9 pm) but other than that I have no complaints, and plenty of free parking out front! read more

Next time I will order extra I appreciate the variety of options for orders. My choice was the No Prob Cobb. ::UPDATE:: After discussing my disappointment with my coworkers, there were two others who were not happy with their order. One meal was completely forgotten and the other was also missing sauce. We don't have time to run to the store and fix their problems. I ordered delivery because I work at the nearby hospital, time is very limited for meals. I was SO looking forward to this meal and I hadn't eaten all day. The first time I ordered it was amazing. The second time they forgot one of my sauces which kinda ruins the meal. There was literally 6 tiny squares of chicken (that I paid an extra $2 for) and no lime (that I paid an extra 50 cents for). I'm pretty annoyed by the nickel and diming. Shouldn't forks and napkins be including in your dining experience? I can't imagine going to a restaurant and being required to bring my own fork and napkin in order to get the complimentary side of bread. I'm super annoyed. $20 lunch ruined..... I called to see if they could run the missing parts over, but no one answered the phone for 20+min and then my lunch was over. Super annoyed, may not return. read more

It is really nice to eat at a fast casual spot that has good prices, large portions, and food that is actually good for you. Their salads and grain bowls are very tasty. You can see all the food, they keep it all fresh, and you can order either their recipes, or a build you own as you walk down the line (a la Chipotle style). They have smoothies and Açaí bowls as well. Aqua frescas to drinks, 6 different kinds, which is a nice touch. Service is really friendly and efficient as you go down the line. The bowls or salads are readied as you go and then are freshly tossed with dressing or sauce & then served. Kids meals are nice sized and affordable too, nice to feed kids actual healthy foods that taste good and will fuel their bodies. Lots of locations, so find one near you! read more

We order from here quite a bit and I almost always get the Japanese BBQ wrap. We ordered the wraps again tonight and they were easily 10% to 20% smaller. Price didn't change though. Probably 10 to 12 bites of food per wrap for $14. Won't be back if this is the new normal... read more

We have been fans of C & G since 1st discovered them. Here lies the problem. Our kids grew up on the smash bowl but it's not large enough now and started ordering a double smash bowl. 1 smash is $7.75 so a double should be $15.5 but it's not. It's $22.45. It's double plus $6.95. WTF?? More than just this location. Staff wouldn't listen. Also I sporadically can pay at the register with my app. Not here. Get it right or I won't come back. read more

I really want to like this place,but it's very hit or miss. I ordered 2 smoothies online yesterday. I arrived and waited in my car for about 15 minutes. When I went in, there was only 1 other customer who was sitting at a table and was done eating. I could see the employee was just starting my smoothies. She had zero sense of urgency. I waited probably 15-20 minutes longer for her to finish making them while slowly milling about and talking to other workers. I went in today to order food at the counter. As I walking in an employee (name tag said Kristie or Kristine) was walking out of the back with a big bin of food and shoved a handful in her mouth. She came over to asked what I wanted and did not change her gloves, the same ones that she had just shoveled food into her mouth with seconds earlier. I ended up just walking out. Gross. Who knows what else this pig does when she thinks nobody is around. read more

In no way is a Salad & a water worth $18.50 and it wasn't even that big of a salad, very limited toppings and every topping was a up charge and limited dressing selection as well and then to top it off They Don't Accept Cash, but across the street is County Market with a Nice Salad Bar in the Deli that about $8.00 makes a Great Salad with a Bunch of Salad Topping Options, if the price wasn't so insanely High it might not be that bad but watching them measure everything they put on the salad is a bit irritating read more

Today at around noon was our first visit to Crisp & Green in Hudson and we really, really want to like it. I will provide the good and the not so good... The good. - The place is nicely sized with ample seating and lots of windows allowing the outside world in - We LOVED our food. My wife ordered a build your own and I ordered the Seoul Bowl (which was amazing!). Yes it was a tad spendy, $31 for two salads and a can of lemon water. However it was also really nice to get real food made fresh with ingredients that are made in-house. - We also thought the servings were more than ample. Perhaps not for the cost but what you receive for food is A LOT. The not so good. - With 5 people working, absolutely NO ONE greeted us or said hello. No one. Not when we walked in and not when we were standing in line. 4 of the 5 employees looked us directly in the eye and not one person even smiled and said they'd be right with us. Apparently all 5 were trying to fulfill an online order which left the 4 of us in line wondering, "do we go somewhere else?" because it was very bizarre for 4 people to be waiting for a few minutes with no acknowledging us. - The place was mostly clean but there were dirty tables with again, 5 people working. - The price. The prices are set and they will most likely not come down but it is an issue. We feel if the prices were just a smidge lower, we'd visit more. - Customer service. There is no excuse for service workers to ignore customers. None. I don't care how busy you are, you at the very least acknowledge someone. I blame management. This is not a one-off where only 1 person did this. All 5. Which means it's a training/hiring issue. - Each employee should have an assigned spot. 4 of the 5 employees were racing around trying to do multiple things. While 1 person was in the back cooking, the other 4 should really have assigned spots so at the very least, everything is covered. - No one talked to us about the loyalty program. We didn't even know about it until we had already paid and sat down. - I was going to buy a strawberry jalapeno drink to go but I stood at the register for a bit with my card out to pay and again, no acknowledgment. So we walked out. In closing. Do better. This is not a new concept - customer service. We will be back for sure but if it's the same experience, we'll cross it off our list of places to never visit again. read more
