Great catering! Food was great and arrived on time. My team at work was very happy with the food at our monthly meeting! Will order again.

I would give this a -1 star but i can't. i suggest going to a real sandwich place (like jersey mike's) & not here. also the new owners kylie & rob are the absolute worst & i suggest not spending your money at any of their businesses/stores. everytime i order the food is different or it's only one person taking orders & making food. food is mediocre especially for the price when there's better sandwich shops literally close by. if i could id pay you to not spend your money here it's not worth it & the owners Rob & kylie do not care about the poor staff that is there. read more

I lived Erberts and Gerberts in college, but the location I used to frequent has since closed (many years ago). I was coming back from a road trip and drove past an E&G and couldn't resist. The Hudson Marching band ordered subs on Aug 25th from Erberts and Gerberts in Hudson. I placed an order for my 2 sons ($20 total). But the night when the order was delivered there was an error and they were 6 subs short. Neither of my boys got their subs. They each received only chips and a cookie for $20. My boys went the whole night without dinner after school. I called to talk to the manager and was told that since I didn't place the order directly through them there was nothing the manager could do. I do not recommend eating here. The manager is lousy. When he told me "I wish there was something I could do to help" I wanted to laugh at him and say you are the person who could help, you are just choosing not to. quiet place to grab a sandwich. They have increased their soup offerings but somehow none of them were what i was hoping for. I decided on the turkey and avacado this time and it was what you would expect. These sandwiches are pretty bland and don't deliver a huge pop of flavor no matter what kind you order. read more

It took 15 minutes to get our food and the workers had little effort. The place was dirty and had flys flying by the food. I was trying to order a salad and they didn't even have Cesar or balsamic dressing! It was very boring and plan in there. How hard is it to get 1 sandwich correct and a bowl of soup? I ordered a #11 and got a #10. And of course the one I got is $1 more than the one I asked for. When I called to complain, some girl answered but she was very confused about why I was calling so she said hold on and put the phone down. My girlfriend and I decided to go try Erbert and Gerbert's after hearing that gluten free bread has been added to the menu, as I suffer from Celiac's Disease. As soon as we pulled up, all 4 employees that we could see working at the moment walked up to the window and glared straight at us without letting up. I assumed that they must be closing at 6 and were upset that we were showing up last-minute (I've worked in food service for 6 years and can understand the frustration). I saw the hours sign that stated the store was open till 8:30, and they continued to glare at us as we walked into the store. I asked if the store was closing soon as I walked in, the girl at the till responded "No, just let us know if you want any chips. We put them in the back." I was hoping for some explanation as to why they were trying to make us feel uncomfortable for coming in to give the restaurant business, but her explanation was completely irrelevant. We ordered the sandwiches, and as the 3 male employees were making my gluten free sandwich, they discussed loud enough for me to clearly hear how people who get gluten free sandwiches don't really need them, they really just get them for no reason, and that only picky and rich people follow this trend. This conversation lasted from as soon as they started making the sandwich till they had finished. Gluten free is not a choice for me. It is a medical condition that I have to suffer with every day. I am not even close to being well off. I have to spend the extra money to accommodate my dietary condition because I have too, not because I want to. If I could eat regular bread and wheat products I certainly would. I was extremely offended by this discussion that they were having, especially because they obviously wanted me to hear it, and to make me feel bad for ordering a gluten-free sub. I really appreciate that restaurants that are taking extra steps to help people with Celiac's Disease enjoy a wider array of foods, but this Hudson restaurant continuously attempted to make me feel bad about myself for being gluten-free. I really couldn't believe it. I was going to tell the employees as one was handing me our sandwiches that being gluten free is not a choice for all people, and ask why they would have such an offensive conversation while I was standing right there, but I held my tongue as there was a family that had just walked in and didn't want to make any type of scene. I grabbed the sandwiches, smiled and said thank you and he glared at me, didn't say a word and just turned away. I cannot believe that employees at this restaurant can get away with that kind of behavior. I felt more uncomfortable from the moment I pulled up to the moment I pulled away (they stared straight at us again as we were getting in the car) than I have at any other food establishment. The quality of customer service reflected in the food as well. I couldn't believe I had paid over $6 for a sub that seemed to have just been thrown together, was very dry, and lacked a decent quantity of the few ingredients that were in the sandwich. The sandwich I can overlook, but the employee behavior I cannot. I will never go back to an Erbert & Gerbert's establishment. This kind of treatment at a restaurant cannot go unnoticed. read more

I have been there a few times and the sandwiches are great. I like that they are really fresh and have lots of different types.

The food was good but staff seemed irritated that we where there at 8pm. The hours on the door clearly stated they were open until 8:30. They guy taking our order was not friendly and even remarked " just so you know, we close at 8:30." If you don't want to serve customers after 8 then close before then!
