Mayo. All over my sandwich. That I asked to not have. But apparently they don't care about customer requests. Restaurant wasn't even busy.

I live about 15 minutes from this Panera, and with gas prices the way they are, it isn't ideal to drive 30 minutes round trip for dinner. However, I was really craving a turkey sandwich, so my husband left to get us dinner. It clearly states on the receipt that I did not want mayo on my sandwich. My husband gets home, and surprise surprise, mayo on my sandwich. Which I cannot eat. So my husband has to drive another half an hour round trip for them to remake the food. Waste of time. Waste of money. I go to file a complaint, and apparently, you can only do so via social media. So I complain and request that I get a refund for the gas paid due to this place's mistake. All they can do is issue a "credit" for a future order. Why on earth would I waste more time and money here when it's incredibly obvious that the workers don't care and just make whatever they feel like, requests be damned. It's very obvious that this restaurant doesn't care about quality, and this business does not care about customers. DO NOT waste your money here.

Yum!

I really like this Panera location. They are always friendly, the food is good, and it's always clean. I love to get their mac n cheese and chicken and wild rice soup in a bread bowl. Plus, they have lots of drink options that aren't soda pop which is nice. I suggest mixing their green tea drink with some of the lemonade, it is delicious!

I love the idea of Panera and have liked other locations so I was excited when this one opened up in Hudson, but I have been 3-4 times now and each time I've been very disappointed. A few times with service, which initially I thought they just hired the wrong people and to give it some time, but I've also had unimpressive food every time. I also downloaded the app, which is a complete disaster. Not worth the phone space at all. I don't think this Panera in Hudson is worth spending any money at, especially when there is a great Starbucks right across the road, with better quality product, a better app and better service.

My bacon tomato grilled cheese was not grilled. It was just normal uncooked bread. Very disappointed.

I really appreciated the Rapid Pick-up ordering kiosks, as we were in a hurry and unsure what to order.

The service is some of the best I've had in a really long time as well. They have a full bar, the full agave menu (and happy hour menu that I believe is all day) and the Suttino's pizza menu. I'm not sure how they can fit that many ingredients in one kitchen, but they do, and for that I'm thankful. The cowboy corn bites are to die for. They come out with an internal temperature similar to molten lava so be warned, but oh my word. I could eat these every single day and never get sick of them. The nacho's are some of my favorite in the area and I like that they layer the ingredients, be sure to dig a little before you fill up on the top layer of chips as most of the goodies are hidden in the second layer. The kitchen fries are worth ordering and come with a garlic aioli, but I prefer the chipotle mayo that comes with the corn nuggets with the fries. Suttino's jalapeño popper pizza is sooooo yummy. I've ordered it twice and one had a lot less toppings, but if you request they aren't shy on the toppings it will be your new favorite if you're into that type of thing. The sausage and mushroom pizza wasn't crazy saucy so if you like sauce, maybe ask for more? The chicken bacon ranch was also killer. All in all, one of my new favorites in the area. Worth a stop and I always thought it was a to go burrito and taco shop based on the name, but now you know.

He suggested Old Southern BBQ that was just around the corner from the hotel. We walked in and the place was spotless and smelled wonderful! We walked up to the counter and the first thing I seen was a young lady cutting slices of the most juiciest brisket I have ever seen at a restaurant. I knew immediately what I was going to order even before looking at the menu. While looking at the overhead menu a very nice gentleman approached us and handed us a menu and gave some suggestions for dinner. I ordered some of that incredible looking brisket. I usually order a sample platter when I go to someplace new so I can taste a variety of meats, but that brisket looked too good. So I got the brisket platter with the corn muffin top, Jimmie beans, and I also got the roasted creamed corn. The brisket didn't disappoint. It was amazing! Very juicy, just a little fat on the top of the slice that added to the flavor. I can't say enough about the brisket. The beans had chunks of meat in it and was also amazing! The roasted creamed corn was delicious too. My wife had the bbq chicken tacos. She loved them. Nice flour tortillas with lettuce, cheese, and a nice helping of smoked chicken. There were several sauces on the table. I tried them all, but I can't really say which one was the best. The brisket was so good that I didn't need to use sauce. I just dabbed a small bite into each sauce to try them. To sum it up. If you're in the area, stop and try Old Southern BBQ. It really is that

I took a break for a year...then decided last Friday that a food truck lunch was in order. I gathered my co-workers and we marched out in the glorious sun to the streets of food truck land! I walked past the usual suspects and the large red truck of The Red Pig & Truffle caught my eye. At first, I was slightly confused to not see a menu...thinking there was only a single item they served...only to find the menu propped up against the side of the truck with 6 people standing in front of it. The menu is short and sweet...with The Red Pig at the very top. It listed 3-4 kinds of meats, pickled veggies, some sort of secret sauce for the average price of $10. I rolled the dice, got myself in line and waited...and waited...until I finally got a chance to order. I quickly informed the man behind the counter in a frantic haze...The Red Pig, please! Like a savage, I tossed the man my debit card...in which he proceeded to pray that his Square device would work (to not give me a free meal!). I continued to wait and saw that my coworkers were busy wolfing down their lunch...lucky turds...it looked amazing and was getting jealous that I was still waiting for what I thought would be a tiny ass sammich with a slice of deli meat on it. Alas...I hear my ordered called and I hurried over to grab my food and run. To my surprise...I was presented the glorious sammich that is The Red Pig. Stuffed like a pig with what seemed like a pound of meat, sharp cheese, pickled veggies, spinach and drizzled with balsamic vinegar. There is no normal human way to eat this monster...you have to take it apart and attack it like an animal. The combo of salted meats...with sharp swiss...deep flavored balsamic...holy hell this sammich is AMAZING. Don't forget the napkins...like a big ass wad of napkins...you'll need a wet rag...this is your SIGN to get this sammich...
