Had lunch with a friend here recently. Delicious food, nice service and they had no problem that we sat and chatted for a while once we were done eating. Would absolutely go back.

We decided to come to Ducs and were very impressed by the food but really impressed by the owners and made friends.

We were very impressed with the owners, they made us feel like we have know them for years. The food was unbelievable and had such large portions. If you haven't been there you need to visit.

The people who work here are so kind and personable, which is Honestly a large part of the stars. They clearly knew regulars, and were fast and attentive. It seemed to be a good place to go with friends- loud music, people laughing, lots of groups. The food: I specifically for the Pho, and was a bit disappointed. There were only two options, and it was under a different name. For drinks, they don't offer tap anything- you can only get bottled drinks. That was disappointing to me as it made it so I had to pay for any drink I got. The food was okay, there weren't any spicy peppers or chili oil with the pho. All in all, one bowl of beef pho, and a bottled lemonade ended up being around $22. I wouldn't go back for pho, but would be willing to try other dishes if I had the money and went with friends

Duc's is my go-to for takeout in Woodbury as they do not deliver, but I'm happy to share some photos from our experience dining-in. What we ordered: Cream cheese puffs - these are a favorite of mine. I always get them! Coconut Curry - I'm a spice baby so they were able to give me a mild version and I was so happy. Singapore Noodles - husband ordered these (as he usually does). As delicious as always. The staff is always super friendly and honestly, the food has never been anything but fantasitc.

Delicious! I could not believe Duc's has been around for 29 years and this is the first time I've tried it. I ordered the Beef and Broccoli lunch special so it was a little over $13. The amount of food is generous. There was plenty of fried rice, big pieces of beef and lots of broccoli and vegetables. The 2 cream cheese puffs were crunchy and sweet. The whole lunch was great. I definitely had some leftovers. I will be back with my mini me to try more dishes but so far I'm impressed.

Second visit - 3 stars. I love Vietnamese food and the offerings at Duc's taste great. If you eat the Standard American Diet or if you're a Vegan, you won't have any problems, you'll have tons of meal options, and you'll probably enjoy this restaurant. LOW CARB: If you're a low-carb, keto, keto-vore, or carnivore style eater...you'll find that it's pretty hopeless trying to eat at Duc's. Everything is so incredibly plant based, you simply can't order any animal based food or enough meat (or eggs) to constitute a meal. I was hoping I could, at a minimum, get a couple orders of chicken skewers for my meal. But unfortunately, not here. There simply aren't any animal based choices. In fact, it was so bad, I stopped at a sushi joint on the way home and I ordered some sashimi because I was so hungry after meeting my friend at Duc's. In an effort to eat low-carb, I ordered hot sour soup and butterfly battered shrimp. The soup was good but it had some sort of thickener that I'm sure was something like corn starch. (The server couldn't tell me what the thickener was.) The soup was definitely a low-carb failure. The butterfly shrimp were 2/3 puffy sweet batter, deep fried in soybean oil. I picked the batter off and I was left with a small handful of wimpy shrimps. So the shrimp were a low-carb failure too. As a low-carb eater that has reversed all of my metabolic health issues with an animal-based diet, Duc's wasn't a good choice for me and I won't go back. No hate though. If you aren't low-carb, you'll probably really enjoy Ducs. -Maxx

Good food here. Sesame seed chicken was a bit dry today for lunch, but everything else was good. The red chili sauce pairs well w everything.

We tried two different types of noodles...red kapoon and regular pho, plus some purple sticky rice. The red kapoon is a spicy with a hint of pickled flavor, it's complex and tasty. The pho is very rich and also extremely well flavored, with a hint of toasted garlic. Both really hit the spot on a cold morning, and we would get both again. I tried Bambu Kitchen & Sushi Restaurant in Oakdale for the first time tonight via delivery, and as…read moresomeone who loves both sushi and Thai food, I was excited to give it a shot. The sushi genuinely impressed me. It was affordable, flavorful, and the fish tasted fresh. I ordered the spicy tuna roll and really appreciated that the tuna wasn't ground into mush - these were solid, thick cuts of fish with just the right amount of heat. My only minor critique is that the roll could've been wrapped a bit tighter to keep the end pieces from falling apart, but honestly, it didn't take away from how delicious it was. I would happily order it again (and again). The Drunken Mussels were also a hit. The portion size was generous and the sauce was salty in a satisfying way--overall, a great dish. I ordered the Spicy & Sweet Blast Curry (mild), but unlike other Thai spots where mild still brings the heat, this one had zero spice and ended up feeling a bit flat. It wasn't bad; just not very flavorful or authentic-tasting to me. Next time, I'd skip the curry or at least order it hotter, because I think more spice could make a big difference. Overall, I was very happy with my order and will definitely be ordering from Bambu again. Especially for the sushi.
