    Crunch Bowl
    Joe D.

Ordered for delivery, but I heard the decor is nice inside. Crunch Bowl with marinated ahi tuna and salmon with added crab salad and volcano sauce. Customer Service did a great job on presentation. The flavors were amazing! Great heat and flavor. With the high cost of food currently, there was a good amount of quality food. 1 of my best lunches ever. Will definitely be ordering again soon. Healthy and delicious option awaits you at Aloha Poke in Woodbury. I love getting a fresh ahi tuna bowl (little or big size) with mixed greens, cucumber, edamame, pineapple, avocado, Maui onion and spicy aioli which isn't very spicy. It's refreshing to have another option of fast casual on the east side of the TC's. Service was quick and they were helpful.

I told the cashier immediately this was my first time there. The cashier gave a great tutorial of the menu and when it came to adding items to my bowl the cashier kindly explained what the ingredients were that I had never heard of. I like to consider these bowls like a deconstructed sushi roll. Everything was so delicious. I added my sauces to the side, which helps with controlling how much is added, and was unsure of the flavors since I had never tried them. This meal was delicious and served quickly.

Still love going here for a quick lunch! My go to is always the naked salmon crunch bowl. I even got my daughter liking the same thing I order. I like how it's really close to Whole Foods so I can run next door to buy some quick groceries or if I want to go shopping I can go to Nordstrom Rack. This area has a lot of stores for you to walk around.

First time here. I had a meeting in Maplewood. Upon entering you get a whiff of something nasty. It is riced cauliflower. I ordered make your own with greens, small amount of brown rice, marinated ahi tuna, pineapple, julienned cucumber, seaweed salad, avocado and 2 sauces. I ordered medium size. Its deceiving as bowl is only 1 inch deep. Price $11 something with tax. I don't like that they don't show you the ingredients or them making it like Hawaii poke bowl does. They call your name when done. Order was correct. I'll probably stop again as it was healthy.

COVID update: I seriously love coming here for lunch! They do have dine in option but it's limited. Also only a limited amountut of people are allowed inside while you order. Masks are required to enter this place. Workers as well are wearing masks. Their menu is so easy to understand and easy to order as well. They cater to all types of diets so you'll definitely find something for you! 1. Size - Little - Big - Kahuna 2. Base - White Rice - Brown Rice - Cauliflour Rice - Mixed Greens 3. Poke (Marinated or naked) - Salmon - Ahí Tuna - Tofú - Chicken - Shrimp 4. Ingredients House Bowls: Aloha, Crunch, Volcano Or Build your own 5. Sauces Samurai, wasabi, volcano, spicy aoli ( spicy mayo) my fave!!!!, Sesame oil, mango Chardonnay, sesame vinaigrette I decided to build my own bowl and have some white rice, tuna, tofu, edamame, avocado, scallions and some spicy mayo. My poke bowl was so delicious and fresh! It's awesome to see a restaurant be able to adapt to our new normal but continue to deliver quality in their food.

Who loves poke bowls besides me?? :) Their ordering process is so simple: Step 1: pick a size Little, big and Kahuna. I recommend getting the kahuna and sharing it with someone. It's a lot to eat just for one. Step 2: choose a base Then you choose white rice, brown rice or mixed greens. Choose white rice! :) Step 3: choose a pole Ahi tune, salmon, tofu, chicken, or shrimp. I tried the ahi tuna which is always the way to go. Step 4: choose a style of bowl Aloha bowl, crunch bowl and volcano. I recommend trying the crunch style bowl! You also get to add other ingredients without any extra cost. For example, we added avocado! Step 5: option to choose additional sauces: Samari, spicy aioli, volcano, wasabi, sesame oil, yuzu ranch or sesame vinegarette. The kahuna bowl with tax was about $15 which is not bad when you're sharing it with someone.

I love this place!! The employees are friendly and patient , especially if it's your first time. I loved how customizable everything was - without a lot of upcharges!! I feel like you could create something unique with every visit. I ordered a bowl, which was ready in a reasonable amount of time. We dined indoors. It was clean and quiet, since it was closer to closing. The protein was fresh and there was a good amount of sauce on the bowls! (Btw you can get more than one sauce!!). The only downfall was the miso soup. While the portion size is good, I did not enjoy it at all. It didn't have that traditional miso umami flavor, not much tofu, and I didn't like the addition of the seeds (?). I wouldn't order it again. I'll be back for the bowls! It's great for when you're craving sushi but don't want to spend the money or deal with the hassle of sushi.

We used to love Aloha Poke. We've only recently had a location here in MN, because we used to drive to Chicago to get our fix. For a yea for so the food at this location was excellent , but after that it has gone downhill. The Rice was usually bad, either really cold and dry or wet and clumpy. We went back a lot to see if it's just a one off or if anything changes and it didn't. The pictures are from this week when we went back again to see if it's good again. The one we got was the biggest size but as you can tell it wasn't even filled up. The meal was 18 dollars, sadly I don't think we'll be back.

Quick service poke, served up Chipotle style. Appreciated the assortment of sparkling water and extensive ingredient offering. Opted for spicy tuna over a combo of greens and cauliflower rice. Fresh, filling, and flavorful! Clean restaurant too :)

Little. Mixed Greens. Shrimp. Simple and Clean. Cucumber, Crunch, Seaweed, Edamame. Sesame Vinaigrette.

OMGoodness! I have had this place bookmarked for a while now. I'm so glad I decided to try it out after my workout. There are so many different combinations you can try. For my first time I started with the size 'Little'. I chose Mixed Greens as my base and Shrimp as my protein. I got it simple and clean no marinade. Than I topped it with Edamame, Crunch, Cucumber, and Seaweed. My dressing I decided to play it safe with a Sesame Vinaigrette. I did ask to try the Volcano dressing. I love hot sauce but didn't know what the taste was like, it is delicious. I definitely will be getting that sauce for my next bowl. I want to try the Spicy Aioli for a dressing but that may have to wait for another time. Maybe next time I go I will ask for it on the side to taste it out. The staff was friendly and very fast at making my Bowl. I had a few questions at first bc again I've never been here before and they were so helpful. I will be coming back and I can't wait to try other combinations. I do wish the nutritional information was somewhere on their menu by things, so I can still be conscious of the toppings and dressings I choose.

I was so excited to see Aloha Poke open in Minnesota after loving them in Chicago! there is also a location in Downtown Minneapolis but it's much trickier to get to for a quick lunch or dinner. I've visited the Woodbury location five times so far and each time is very consistent, the employees are friendly, and the servings are generous - much more fish and better tasting than other Minnesota poke places. My go-to is the crunch bowl with less sauce, half lettuce half rice, and 1/2 marinated and 1/2 plain salmon. Yum!

I remembered to take my photos of the restaurant but was so hungry I forgot to snap a photo of the food. They have a very simple menu. 3 size options and limited toppings. But, by keeping the menu simple they are able to consistently delivery fresh ingredients. I stopped here a few times during my work trip and opted for their marinated salmon bowl with almost all of their toppings. The food was consistent, the staff is friendly, and I was surprised to find decent pokē in the twin cities area. Definitely worth a shot for a place that can hold its own to some LA pokē.

That was the name on his tiny name tag, as if that could possibly contain the full force of his cuteness, his power, his divinity. Just five letters, but it hit me like a freight train of longing. And then, like fate was being cruel on purpose, he said it-- That casual, heart-melting, "Hey, how's it going?" It sounded like a wedding vow to me specifically. Like in another life, we had already lived together, grown old together, and now he was just checking in from a memory.
