The patio was nice. The food was so so. The ribs had a nice dry rub and tasted good. The buger was mediocre, the lettuce and tomato didnt seem fresh, he burger lacked taste, wasnt cooked to order, and the bun was dry. The cole slaw was also quite plain. But, the beer was cold and refreshing.

This restaurant is absolutely top notch. Not only is the service stellar (Kelly) but the food is amazing. Swing in here some time as you're missing out if you have not been!!!

Our party decided to go here because of the live music advertised. We called ahead to make sure there was live music playing tonight. When we got there, the waitress said she "didn't know where the band was and they could be on their way." Narrator: There was no live music. The potstickers were ok. I didn't like the sauce it was bathed in. Normally, potstickers have the dipping sauce (which is light and watery) on the side. The potstickers were doused with a thick sauce. Loved the artichoke dip! Hearty, generous chunks of artichokes, nice and cheesy, and Served piping hot. We asked for more chips. For the main course, I ordered the twin 4oz steaks at medium rare. It was good. The blue cheese sauce was too thick for my liking. The veggies were heavily seasoned. I didn't feel like doing dessert.... because there wasn't live music.

Food and service were excellent. The cheese curds were outstanding. Had a great entertainment when we were there.

When I got back to the table, the server had brought one glass of water. I asked my wife about it and she said that she had told the waitress to bring water for both of us, but she had only brought one. I flagged down another employee, and asked for a glass of water. After a significant wait, our server came to take our order. I had the shrimp cavatappi and my wife ordered a coconut chicken salad. While we waited for our food, I tried to flag down the server for a refill on my water. She seemed focused on what she was doing and was not paying attention to other guests in the dining room. After several attempts, I finally got her attention and asked for another glass of water. When our food came out, my wife asked for a refill on her water. A good server should not need to be asked. The food was excellent, which really saved this review. After finishing our meal, we again had to flag down our server to get our bill. When she brought it, she did not mention whether she would be back for it or if we should pay at the host station. Since we didn't see her again, and we still had a long drive ahead of us, we went to the host station to pay. We had noticed that there was a 3% "Service Charge" on our bill, and a disclaimer printed on the bill stating that the service charge was the property of Green Mill, and not our server. We asked the manager, who was at the host station, about it, and he explained that it was because of rising costs. Well, if your costs are rising, change the prices on your menu. Don't add a "Service Charge." When I see a "Service Charge" on my bill, I interpret that as a tip, and I will decrease the tip that I leave by that amount. I don't care that you printed your disclaimer on my bill, you can explain to your servers why their tips have decreased. Adding a surcharge, or service charge as you call it, is the lazy way around changing your prices and printing new menus to reflect those price changes.

A trip to San Pedro in the winter makes you feel like you're on vacation and their beautiful patio in the back is perfect for summer weather. There isn't a bad thing on the menu and their mojitos are delish. Plus, it's in WI so you can always get Spotted Cow beer. The restaurant is small overall so make sure to put your name on the waitlist (access on their website) before you get there. Seriously, why don't more restaurants have this option?!?? Their chicken nachos are our favorite with the legendary habanero aioli. Their servers and bartenders are great. There is a parking lot behind the restaurant and paid street parking as well. One of those things must change to command those prices. They need to hire servers who are honestly younger and more efficient, and sorry if that is ageist, but for their price point, I've had multiple experiences where the elderly servers never check up after food is delivered and constantly tell me about their stress and how they need to get caught up to even cash me out or get a box (no apology for not being around for over 20 minutes) and I'm there to relax, not hear about your stress. If you can't handle the amount of tables you have, let management know so they staff better or get you things or check on tables themselves, but don't dump your stress on customers. It's unprofessional at any restaurant, let alone an expensive one. The food quality has also gone down over the years, the vegetable and potato of the day yesterday was inedible, and soups and salads are add ons instead of being included like all other nice steakhouses. I just can't keep rooting for this place and spending money here because it's just not worth the price for what you get and the service is so poor. Two stars for the cute ambiance.

The pastries seemed hard and stale. For advertising Prime Rib, the cuts that were served were disappointing. We were looking around for a carving station with au jus and horseradish. We found what seemed to be a stack of cold precut pieces with grill marks like a Salisbury steak from a tv dinner. I wish I'd taken a pic. We've always had good restaurant food there so we also suggested it to another family with a large group. They rated it a 3/10 so I was embarrassed I'd recommended it at the price we paid. It was also my brothers 50th birthday to we agreed to spend more than we normally do on Easter brunch/person. Unfortunate double occasion choice. The dessert choices were lacking with cookies and what seemed like an all whipped cream pie. I wish I'd bought a cake. We were told our reservation was later as we got mixed in with the other family and the desk wasn't understanding that I had my own reservation confirmed three times. Server and staff were somewhat attentive (hard to get 2nd drink) but it just was disappointing. Sadly won't return for holidays but we've loved the French onion soup, fried cauliflower, and old style supper club vibe when visiting the restaurant in the past and ordering from the menu. I tried emailing them, but I've had no response.
