Panda Express - Fried rice with "double" orange chicken. Unacceptable. I could have gotten a bowl and gotten more portion size. Waste of money. - Chinese Near Me - Germantown, Wisconsin

Cold cold cold! Ordered family of 5. Picked up 1 min after receiving txt. (Wtg in pkng lot) food not great at all. Worst meal there ever.

10/10 love how fresh and quick there service was will be retuning , the staff was very respectful and told me to have a nice day!

I ordered a a plate and got a double teriyaki chicken. However there was only a single serving of chicken in it. I ordered a drink that I payed for but realized I never got it when I got home. I asked for teriyaki sauce in the bag and that was missing too. Great food when you actually get what you payed for. read more

Food is almost always good, BUT they are consistently out of sodas. This is the easiest thing to get right. Very frustrating.

The food was consistent with other locations. The restaurant was clean. The service was non existent. The girl working the counter had no customer service skills. She did not greet, didn't smile, and definitely didn't want to be at work. read more

If I could give this 0 stars I would. I'm not one to leave a review or take food back but this has me upset. I went through the drive through and got 2 orange chicken with fried rice. When I drove home I realized I got noodles (that were hard and dry), and what I thought was other chicken. It was dry with no sauce as if it was just a chicken nugget. I called them and they were understanding, I drove back for them to remake my order, I finally got my rice and I came right when they were making a new batch of "orange chicken". Yet again it is dry as h***, again like a chicken nugget with little to no sauce (honey flavor if you tried hard to pick a flavor out). I'm just very confused on what is different with the recipes from other locations but I will never be coming back to this location. I would rather drive an hour to another location. read more

Tried the Shanghai Angus Steak special (for a $1.25 up-charge) with mixed vegetables, only. I thought the meal was pretty good, as a whole. The steak was tender and was in a very tasty, slightly, spicy brown sauce. I would definitely have it again. The vegetables: string beans, bok choy, broccoli and carrots tasted fresh and were perfectly cooked, except for the carrots which were very hard, still, and needed to be steamed before they were wokked. This location appears to be a newer building with an abundance of parking available and a nice (natural light) bright, sit-down area. I was a bit perturbed by an errant employee who answered in a rude manner, "I have no idea..." when I asked her when the Teriyaki Chicken, which Panda Express has been advertising, is going to be available. [A very large photo advertisement of this new entree was directly next to the ordering menu on the wall). This young lady definitely needs to be taught some customer service skills and is in need of an attitude adjustment, the reason for three stars that may have been a four star review, otherwise. read more

If I could give this place a 0 I would! I live near by and am a big fan of Asian food. You would like to think Panda Express would excel in fast Asian food but I question if they can do anything right there. I just received a Grubhub order that I placed at 7pm and it didn't arrive until 815pm. My food is ice cold and the quality of my order is terrible. The last few times i went to Panda Express not only did they not have anything prepared, the customer service and quality of the food is just not there. I think I'm done with Panda Express. read more

Out of teriyaki chicken 75% of the time and we go very often. They're out of something every time we go and usually more than one thing even when we come before dinner rush time. This establishment was very clean and well designed on the inside. The workers made my experience very easy helping me pick the best entrees for my enjoyment. The orange chicken was very good and the Beijing beef was outstanding. It had great flavor and was slightly spicy. The fried rice and the chow mein were very good as well and with soy sauce was flavorful. This was overall a great experience. read more

Don't use the drive through. Every time u go through the drive through they mess something up. Today I ordered a side of fried rice along with my main meal. When I got home I found I didn't have the side of fried rice! Instead, laying loose in the bottom of the bag were 3 crab Rangoons lol they couldn't even be bothered to put those in a container? If you're going to mess up an order at least do it right! Not to mention it was empty there, I was the only one in the parking lot! read more

So this just happened today. Server: SHEMYLA H @ 2:59PM. Know this when you go in to order, the kitchen is loud. This 'server' mumbles her words throughout the entire process. She wasn't pleasant, didn't provide a greeting, simply rude with a menacing stare. It was necessary for me to ask her to repeat herself a few times due to her mumbling. She was inpatient with me as I attempted to get familiar with the menu to order. Once I recited my order she made no acknowledgement that she got it. She served someone else their food and then mumbled for me to meet her at the register. I walked to the register and she talks to a coworker then hands me a bag without looking at or acknowledging me (you know like thank you for your patronage!). She couldn't have been more rude. This restaurant has a TRUE TRAINING issue and lacks customer service. read more

If I could this would be zero stars. My wife and I stopped on our way home after visiting family nearby. When we arrived, there was no fried rice, no chow mein prepared. It was nowhere close to closing time. People were parked waiting for food and others waited in the lobby for food they had already paid for. My wife and I waited for about 15 minutes for food that we were told will take about eight minutes to prepare. After the15 minutes, I began to ask about my order. It wasn't ready. I waited some more and then asked for my money back. At that time I was told my order was ready but that wasn't true. I finally convinced them to give me my money back, but I had to wait for someone to bring a form for me to fill out. That was on a Saturday. It's now been a week and two days, and I still don't have my money back. I called last Friday and was assured they were going to re-process the refund. I don't understand. I called again today, and was told just wait another day or two since they re-processed the refund on Friday. If I don't have that money tomorrow, I'm not calling the store again, I'll be talking to corporate. ***** Amazing - no phone number for feedback, just email us they say! Well I have, let's see what happens. read more

I love pandas but this is deff the worst location I been to and have been to a few around the us including Hawaii where the food and store is treated with pride. Food is always a hit or miss. I once found a leg of either a roach or grasshopper in the steam vegetables and have never gotten that again but now they have changed veggies I'm tempted to try now and than. I always get the same thing yet portions are always inconsistent the worst day to go is on Sunday this one worker tired to give me one and a half chicken when usually it's two pieces or that's what i normally get will attach picture of worker I deff don't recommend going if she's serving or ask for an other worker read more

This Panda Express location is listed by YELP under the Chinese, Fast Food category.... WRONG ! Chinese SLOW FOOD is a much more accurate description ... see what YOU think. FIRST, I have been a loyal customer to this Germantown, WI location fir 3 years and have literally had the following issues THAT I HAVE SHARED WITH CORPORATE thru their customer experience website. Secondly, Why do they even open the Germantown,WI restaurant at 10:30 am WHEN VIRTUALLY NO FOOD IS COOKED? Third, Here's the topper, I roll in almost 30 minutes after opening (10:58 am) and THERE IS STILL NO TERYAKI CHICKEN! Oh, it may be up to 15 minutes more?! And rather than Panda being TRULY SORRY and offering either a FREE EGG ROLL or SODA for this DAILY HURRY UP CUSTOMER AND WAIT INCONVENIENCE.... customers are just supposed to accept this disrespectful corporate attitude? Simply unacceptable. Those of us with UNPAID, 30 minute long, early lunch times can't afford to burn up 7 minutes to get there ... then wait 15 minutes waiting for them to cook after being open for over 30 minutes ... and then driving back in 7 minutes leaves me 1 minute to eat my lunch? I recommend avoiding this Germantown, WI site until AFTER 11:00 am unless you are retired with endless time on your hands (like the workers at the Germantown Panda seem to have). read more

Ew ew ew! I have had to send food back so many times here. A big disappointed! Panda Express has really good food but not when it sits out for hours. I mean is there not a rule of how many hours it can sit out before you have to make it fresh again? There's always a constant wait on food, if it's running low make more don't just wait until the last is gone and have customers waiting around. read more

Honestly I don't get the fascination with this place. I was told by several co-workers how "awesome" and "fabulous" this place was. Since my husband has a severe / life threatening shellfish allergy, it's a rare treat for me to eat Chinese food. We typically avoid places like this one for that reason. I was pretty excited to try it out! When I finally broke free of my normal lunchtime routine, bit the bullet and went here, I got crappy Chinese food that was poorly cooked, and way too expensive for what I paid. Weird drive through, weird area, weird packaging of their food. Seriously, I ordered the orange chicken in a 'single serving' size and it came in a teeny tiny little take-out container - that would have been considered 'bite sized,' not single serving. There was about 4 bite sized pieces of chicken in it. Their egg rolls are super tiny, about half the size of a normal egg roll, and definitely not worth the money. I didn't think the orange chicken was that spicy (after reading other reviews) but there just wasn't a lot of it. And the drive through? You place your order, pull through the window, and have to go all the way back through the drive through area. Weird and confusing. I won't be coming back. It's just not my thing, I guess. read more

Decided to give another try, still not the greatest experience, one of the employees Sakura was nice, but the rest of the staff seemed not happy to be there, the floor was so sticky my boots stuck to the floor when I walked up to the counter, and once again there was about 6 or 7 entrees they were out of .. think I'll stick to Chens in the falls for my Chinese cravings. Disappointed again read more

This was my first visit to this Panda Express, we'll come back to that later. I've been to Panda Express before (in Chicago's Loop several years ago) but tonight, I was tired, I was hungry and it was quite late. It seemed like a good idea at the time. The facility is spotless, the help was friendly, smiling, and all but overly anxious to please. They were very impressive. I realized I was there well beyond the normal dinner hour, there didn't seem to be much stock on display, but certainly enough for a couple of orders. I ordered beef and broccoli, string bean chicken and walnut shrimp. The beef and broccoli actually had a couple of pieces of beef in it. It seems that beef is as common in this dish as chicken in Campbell's Chicken Noodle Soup. The portions of the main courses are pretty small. The side dish portions are overly large. Panda Express could probably be classified as Chinese Fast Food. Wong's Wok did it in Milwaukee first, over 30 years ago, and did it better. Anyway, it was my first visit to this Panda Express, it probably won't be my last but I doubt that I will be a regular here. I'd say that Harvey Moy doesn't have much to worry about. read more

It's Panda Express, guys. You're not here for some good authentic fresh off the boat Chinese. You're here because you're shamelessly hungry and looking for gobs of fried chicken coated in sticky orange sauce and greasy chow mein. This does the job! It'll fill you up and there's even a drive through if you're worried about people seeing you and judging you for being basic as hell and ordering something like orange chicken. This is great. read more

This is one of the worst Panda Express chains I've ever been to. I love the food that's why I would go here a lot but this one should be shut down until newer management takes place. Every single time I come here they are out of a lot of food options EVERY SINGLE TIME!!! I will be reporting my experiences with corporate to let them know something has to be done. I've tried talking with the employees about why every time I come ( either mid day or night) they never have chow mien and sweet fire chicken. The responses I get are you have to wait ten minutes and we'll have it. I waited 10min and asked where is it and they say we cannot make it right now the chiefs are gone on break. The employees are not very friendly at all, I've decided today will be my last day coming here. PANDA EXPRESS IS GREAT BUT NOT THIS ONE!! read more

I love Panda Express....yes it's not authentic Chinese but it's good Chinese"ish". Something different from fast food. I personally love the orange chicken, dragon fire chicken, and green bean chicken. Wife loves the Beijing beef. With all that said every time I go to Panda Express (location doesn't seem to matter, this one included) they are out of something and you have to wait 4-10min. I understand not wanting to waste and keep things fresh but come on, you've been around for years and should have it under control now. Overall I love the food, but having to wait every single time gets annoying read more

Food is not labled as spicy and it should be. Even after mentioning that it was my first time there I ordered kids meals (orange chicken) for my little children only to have them in tears after eating some because it was so spicy. Either lable menu items or warn people ordering kids meals. I called the manager to complain and he offered me more kids meals.... My children are scared to even try chinese again, 20 bucks in the garbage. I also did not like the chicken eggrolls, they tasted off.. I've had much better chinese food even in the mall. read more

I won't be back. Small portions with good sized prices isn't my thing. The food wasn't bad (though it wasn't great either), but it would seem that everything you'd like on your combination plate is an extra dollar. The egg rolls were surprisingly small as well. I'll head over to Chinatown Kitchen next time I need a fast Chinese meal. read more
