Slowest rudest McDonald's anywhere! Waited 25 minutes for our food. We did not receive cup lids so went back to ask. Waited another 5 minutes without even being acknowledged! Gave up. My husband asked for manager one was doing drive through and told my husband they were very busy and were doing their best....All we needed were lids! We were also told 2 managers were in the back! Trying to be as healthy as possible while still enjoying the double cheeseburger that I love so much, I ordered a plain double cheeseburger with no bun to help cut carbs. Their first attempt was handing me a double cheeseburger with no bun that wasn't plain, so it still had all of the toppings on top of it. Their second attempt was putting two plain pieces of meat in the container with no toppings and no cheese, which was incorrect because I ordered a double cheeseburger and not a double hamburger. Their third attempt was a container with two pieces of meat and one piece of cheese, which was still wrong because a double cheeseburger has two pieces of cheese while a McDouble only has one piece. It took four attempts to get a plain double cheeseburger with no bun. I worked at McDonald's for 5 years in high school and college and any one of my managers would have lost their cool after the first mistake. I drove to this McDonald's after spending the night with friends, looking for something salty and something sweet. While in the drive through I noticed there was a specialty for the season.. grinch fries! I'm a fan of pickles, and ofc fries, so I thought I would give this a shot. It should be noted while in the drive through, the line took quite a long time. A few cars even left before getting their food. But not me. I was determined to try these grinch fries. Employees were cordial and treated me well. Price was fair for a small fry, medium grinch fry and a hot fudge Sunday. Once receiving my food, I dove into one packet of fries, nice and salty. I dove into the second packet of fries, also- nice and salty. Hmm I thought to myself, probably should try a couple more. I. Was. Skunked. Both fries are the same! After I arrived home, it turn out.. you are given a packed of grinch salt. Silly me. Ofc both fries tasted the same. With this new information it is slightly difficult to disperse the grinch salt on the fries. And the flavor was lacking a bit of acidity, and that flavorful pickle taste. I would give the salt a 2/5, dill pickle lovers, don't fall for this trap. Or do, and let me know your thoughts! Additionally, the fries were not packaged in the lovely grinch parcel given in the bag. I guess I'll keep it as a souvenir instead. On the bright side, the Sunday was lovely. There was bit much fudge at the bottom, and quite little at the top. But to each their own. I will give this restaurant a 3/5, taking into account the no grinch fries and wait. 1 One star is better than they deserve! Worse McDonalds I have ever been to. Most unfriendly and incompetent staff I have interacted with. I told the young lady at the window that my order was wrong and did not understand so she turned to her manager and the only thing she could say is... That is what you ordered, over and over again. It was like the Matrix broke. Probably a tactic as most people are in a rush are like whatever have a nice day and move on. Note: The screen in the drive through had the correct order, I just did not get the correct order. I simply stated thank you and have a nice day. Friendly staff for the most part, they do tend to forget parts of the orders frequently. The kids play area needs to be monitored more as far as keeping the play area clean. They never seem to have the sanitizing wipes filled and the tunnels can get quite dirty. read more

Normally, I wouldn't review a McDonalds but when you are open late on Christmas day you deserve a good review on that alone. I wasn't thinking when I decided to skip airport food and decided to "pick something up on the way home from the airport". Once I got to my car and started driving home, I realized, "oh crap! nothing is open". I started driving home and saw glowing Golden Arches from about a mile away. I decided to risk it because I mean the worst comes to worst is they are closed but I was hoping for a Christmas miracle. They were open! The line was long but moved quickly. My food was hot and tasted like McDonalds (so I mean not terrible but not an upscale dining burger). I'm here about once a month with my kids - usually in drive thru but occasionally inside the restaurant. Formerly went to this location more often but this one has issues. Older style McD in need of remodeling. Last summer a drive thru order - we received a partially eaten hamburger - manager gave us a new one and refunded our money; but because of this my kids and I no longer desire to eat at this location. This has happened to other people we know. Other times orders have been incorrect, food served at too low a temperature, or food appears to have been handled roughly (fingerprints on hamburger buns) or not assembled with care. All in all, this is probably par for the McD experience, but I prefer to go to other McD's with better quality food. read more
