As far as Burger Kings go, this place is fast and efficient. Everything that a fast food place should be. Manager is clearing keeping on top of things and making sure everything gets filled, and orders completed. Went in a few days ago to place an order and even had a second worker come up and take orders because the line was filling up. Food is good and has never been incorrect for me. Parking lot is a little unusual, looks packed, but the inside is spacious and comfortable even with a full lot. They have one of those 100+ flavors coke machines as well, bonus. Worst location I have ever been to, a simple drink, whopper and onion rings not only took 30 mins (no exaggeration) but they also got my order wrong. They almost didn't believe me that I had ordered onion rings and not fries and that I had not received my drink or receipt. Waiting forever and never even able to place an order. Finally, I just gave up and left.

4 days ago we ordered food online. After waiting at the window for 15 minutes with no response my husband went inside. There was no order ready, but they would get it right out. They bring him a bag with 3 items in it. We ordered 8. Of the 3 items one sandwich was made incorrectly, one was right, but the third item was so greasy he thought it was onion rings. Wrong, it was chicken nuggets. He was told that they don't have the other items even though they are on the website. He went back inside and on speaker phone I requested a refund. They just kept saying that they didn't have the items. They finally told me I could get a refund on the website. I processed my refund request and Burger King responded with an offer of a $10 coupon for my next order. I responded that there would be no next order and I wanted a refund. They told me "this situation is not eligible for a refund". I either didn't get or got bad food. How is that not eligible? I responded multiple times requesting corporate contact information to no response. I was told 2 days after the order that a refund would be issued. Now it's 4 days later, no refund, no contact information. This company is a joke. Eat anywhere else. Anywhere. read more

Did drive through for dinner, the guy said they had no fries left, the shake machine wasn't working, and that there were no impossible burgers left. So had to get a whopper, which I didn't mind, until I opened mine and got jalapeños, which last time I checked, whoppers don't have jalapeños offered on them. read more

Their customer service sucks. They got my order wrong twice and when I went in to have them fix it, the little girl rolled her eyes at me. I'm the wrong one to do that with! And still left with a jacked up order that was simple. Get y'all shit together! And if you guys hate your job, find something else that's not dealing with customers. Was the only car in line, and ended up sitting at the window for over 25 minutes. They handed us our 1 large drink and never mentioned we'd have to wait for our food. Two stars because nobody said we'd have to wait for the meat to cook and had to wait 12 minutes for somebody to come out and inform us, but the people working were very polite and kept apologizing. read more

Super slow and awful customer service. I sat in the drive thru for more than 10 minutes with only two cars ahead of me. When I did order I asked for a small soda and was given my total without the employee asking which soda I would like. I asked her while still at the speaker if she heard me say I'd like a soda and all she said was yes and repeated my total. When I pulled up to the window and asked her if she needed to ask me what kind of soda I'd like she gave me attitude about how she was the only one working and had a lot of people talking to her the same time. I didn't have any problem. My order was prepared quickly and without any issues. I was even warned to be careful of very hot onion rings. I'm not a regular at fast food joints, but sometimes, the lure of fire-grilled burgers, pressed beef, Click-In-A-Bucket or bacon from that red head is too much for me. This Burger King is horrible; I'd give it zero stars, but that's not an option. The service is very slow. Most of the people there look like they don't want to be there and have nasty attitudes. We ate there a few weeks back. Walked in and waited a full 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us standing at the counter. They were not busy and two employees were standing there the entire time chatting with each other. I even said, "Excuse me" a couple times and we were completely ignored. When a young woman finally came to take our order, she didn't say "Sorry for the wait" or anything. She brusquely took our order, had a blank look on her face and that was it. SO rude. I went through the drive-thru last night and service was again horrible. It took almost 12 minutes in line with 1 car in front of me and then the driver handed back the bag and had to pull up to wait. They obviously messed up his order. It's not rocket science, for goodness sakes! What's so hard about getting a fast food order correct? The entire time I was sitting there waiting, you could see the employees talking and laughing inside, but no one cared about the customers. They weren't busy. When I pulled up, the teenage employee was leaning/laying on the window and looked annoyed that she had to take my money and hand me my food. The drive-thru lane was filthy, with cups, papers and cigarette butts everywhere. Doesn't anyone here clean outside? Are these the new brand standards?!? Overall, the outside is filthy, the service is slow and as a lovely little bonus, you receive nasty attitudes from teenagers who obviously don't want to be there. Well, you know what? Work is a verb. If you don't like working there, don't. You're not doing anyone a favor by being there. Minimum wage jobs are a dime a dozen. Go find a different one. Whomever the manager is must not care either, because this place has been getting worse over the past year. If the employees act this way, it's either because they are not being trained properly, they are not being held accountable for their shit attitudes or the managers don't know how to manage or act the same way. Yesterday was it for me. I won't be going to that shit hole Burger King anymore. Next time I want something from Burger King, I'll drive to Hartland. It will be a longer ride, but I'll probably get better service, better food and a decent attitude from the employees. This Burger King will probably go out of business soon unless there is some type of MAJOR change here, but I'm not holding my breath. read more

Burger King, in general, is one of the worst fast food chains out there. This one in particular is terrible. The inside is dingy and the staff is not exactly inviting. The food is absolutely awful. I've gone to this location twice in the last 12 months (the second time I had a gift card) and both times I left saying I'll never go back. read more

If I could give this place zero stars then I would. My wife and I were headed out and needed a quick bite to eat and ran through the drive-thru. As I pulled up to the window a heavy set woman plunked her elbow up on the counter and proceeded to wipe her sweaty face all over with her hand before asking us for the wrong amount of money, and there was nobody else in line. I told her the correct amount and she looked perplexed and walked away. Another woman came to the window to take my money and would open only one side of the drive-thru window to reach her hand out. At that point I could see the disgusting slob who wiped her sweaty face with her hand stuff our fries and food into the bag with that same hand. Neither one if them said, "hi, thank you, bye" or any other words at all. Then, the crispy chicken sandwich I got was over fried and not even edible, it went straight to the garbage! This Burger King has been poorly managed for years and after this last stop I will be sure to go to one of the many other restaurant options next door.
