The food is pretty good. I just don't understand why they serve small bowl portions for higher pricing. Before all the changes, the bowls were round which means it was bigger and stuffed for about $6 bucks so it was worth the money. They are charging almost an extra 2 bucks for less food. read more

Very disappointed with this place. My family loves Panda Express, especially the Orange Chicken. However, we ordered takeout from here and it was terrible. The entrees were bland and over cooked, the rice was like eating flakes of cardboard, and the lo mein (sp?) was dry and hard. Nothing had any flavor at all. We all felt it was like eating food that was cooked the previous day or days ago. I never would have paid for this in the restaurant but since we carried out it wasn't worth the time to drive all the way back to return. This was my first time going to this Panda Express. I thought it was alright. I went during a busy time. Anyway, the food was great. I wanted the Teriyaki Chicken, but they were out, and it would have been a five minute wait. So I ordered white rice with beef broccoli. Been to dozens of different panda expresses. This is one of the worst ones I've visited. Chow mein tasted hours old, the ragoons were stale and hard, and the sauce for the meats were clumpy. Went to panda at 9pm and said they close at 9:30pm and they said they don't run their grills anymore and then when we ordered 2 orders of teriyaki chicken and got a little chicken with half fried rice and some hard white rice, no sauce at all on either order. The food is good but it never ceases to amaze me that every time I go they are out of something including white rice and fried rice so I had to get brown rice seriously. My first experience in a Chinese franchise like Panda Express was incredible. The food was delicious especially the Orange Chicken and the staff is friendly as always. I had orange chicken and fried rice bowl tonight. Tasted good but then I started getting hot in the face and lied down. I tried soda but I wasn't having it. I remember getting dizzy and I passed out for about 4 hours. Just woke up. Never again. I didn't overeat and didn't even finish. I never have this reaction normally. Its decent for Chinese foods. Its quick and convenient. Lots of parking spaces and and it's drive thru. Another cool thing about this restaurant is they let u eat sample dishes. I don't eat here very often but I come here at least 10 times a year. Its been good experience so far. I eat lunch at Panda Huts throughout the area and ate lunch at this Panda Hut today. This was, by far, the worst Panda Hut experience I have had. I ordered a Bowl with minimal rice; she filled the bowl to the top with rice and then put 3 shrimp on top, They charged me 9 bucks for a bowl of rice; most of which ended up in the garbage; they also forgot the fortune cookie which they wouldn't give me after I got to my table. I visit Panda when I have a busy day and need to get a quick healthy bite to eat. The only thing in those visits I have experienced is the lack of smiles, 'I dont know' answers to questions and the looks of misery on the employees faces. haha Never fails. Not sure why they look so miserable and could care less about the customer but hey I just visited it a day ago and I so enjoyed the new vegetable mix with the kale! Yum! Please keep that on the menu. Hope the general manager can meet with the employees and work this out. Unless the general manager is the one making them miserable. You never know. Otherwise I would have given this a 5 star. I go there about twice a month. I've almost always had a great experience with good food and friendly service. It is the cleanest fast food restaurant in that area by far with much friendlier employees. That alone is worth the higher price. The unique variety is appealing which makes it stand out above the local Chinese places. I like that the labels say if the entrees are spicy. They always are eager to let me sample anything that i haven't tried. The website says there is no msg in any of the food which I like. Do bother to come here. Most likely you will npt find the dishes you want unless you don't mind to wait at least 10 mins. Being here many times and always face the same situation: very little choices of dishes since the majority of dishes are out. The Cook took forever to cook one dish and while checking or Reading something on the counter ( not sure is phone or try to figure out the recipe ) service while people are standing waiting for the food and boxes are piling up waiting for the dishes to come out. Yet no one cares, all other worker stands there like nothing is happening, no one go to help cook or brings the supply to cook so that he can focus on cooking. No one asking if the customers need anything during the long wait( 25 mins for me). C'mon you know broccoli beef is popular, then cook the next batch before it is gone instead wait until someone orders it then ask cook to cook it. I was asked to wait 5 minutes in the parking lot until they completed my two-bowl order with drinks. (Should've been concerned to see a line of cars waiting like me and nobody being delivered their order.) 35 minutes later I tell them I am still there and am waiting for food and they scramble to put together an order...which was not even my order. Food is cold after sitting for nearly an hour at this point, and I don't even get my full order of what I've paid for, so I ask for my money back. "Not authorized to give money back," I am told. Cold food, not complete order, employee closes window on me twice while I'm talking to her. "Not authorized to give manager name or her name for safety." I sit at the window for 15 minutes while I am completely ignored. DO NOT PLACE ORDER ONLINE...YOUR $ IS AS GOOD AS GONE. How a place can stay in business with these practices I do not know. When I tell them that there are many other restaurants that would appreciate the business right now, employee doesn't give a rip. RUDE RUDE RUDE. My meal looked pathetic. This place has gone to scrap. I just waited for 20 minutes for cold food. We went out during our lunch break for fast quick lunch but ended up not getting lunch at all. We had to wait for an entree to be cooked. For 20 minutes. I am a cook, that's what i do for a living. It does not take 20 minutes to cook tiny bits of chicken. After waiting 20 minutes, being given the wrong order twice, finally getting cold food and not even some sort of compensation I am not eating here until you get a team that doesnt just stand around for 20 minutes while people are waiting. read more

Horrible service. I asked for a bowl with chow mien and veggie spring rolls instead of getting meat on top. They barley filled the bowl halfway and then when i asked why and asked to speak to the manager, she told me it was protocol to only fill the bowl to the line. Which she then pointed to the line in the bowl (which i could clearly see because it was not filled). The manager was very snippy with me and then walked away. It happened before, so I should have not expected anything different. 1st time I had to wait 10 mins for an entrée I wanted. 2nd time I was served food and it was hard and cold (the left overs at the bottom of the pot). But THIS time took the cake. Not only did they not have about 3 or 4 entrées I wanted at ready, but the woman serving was clearly not paying attention and began putting stuff on my plate I wasn't even asking for. On top of that, my boyfriend recieved his food cold and asked for it fresh. We waited 15-20 mins, finished the rest of the food and looked over, while the workers are gossiping and laughing about God-knows-what. Angry at this point, I marched up there and asked about the food they were supposed to serve us, and they reacted as if we never mentioned anything in the first place. Tried to pick up on my lunch break the other day. I knew that the service is slow, but nothing else sounded appetizing. Sat in the drive thru for 15 mins, then as I get to the speaker there is a sign, "Credit machine down, accepting cash only." Why would you not put this at the entrance to the drive thru? I had no cash on me, and then was stuck for another 5 minutes because there is no way to exit other than forward. It seems like if you cared for your patrons, you would let them know before they were locked in line. I would have respected the thought and come back another day. Even tho there were a few cars ahead of me at the drive thru, the line went quickly. I received a smile from a very attractive and exotic looking server at the window. She was totally pleasant and professional. She seemed to enjoy her job and helping customers. My Kung Pao was excellent and at the perfect temp to enjoy. The veggie egg rolls were outstanding!
