Not to happy with the service. 6/9/26 5:30pm. The kitchen was loud with random talks that the team member had trouble hearing me. She seem distracted as well. Food was slightly cold. Stopped at this location while in the area and had a good experience! Staff was friendly and my order was correct and timely. The restaurant was nicely decorated and clean. They were promoting some fun free events during week which I'd check out if I lived in the area. I opted to go inside and order to-go and use the restroom. I will miss my neighborhood Menomonee Falls location. I dined in for a quick bite inside, I typically would order on the app and get my meal in the drive through but today I wanted to experience inside dining. The team is efficient, friendly and seem to really like working at Chick-fil-A. If I am in the Falls I will be sure to stop by again. When ordering online via the app (one would think it should be a flawless experience) somehow we've eliminated the middle man and errors are on the person keying in the order. When comparing my online order with what was in the bag... it was severely wrong. Label matched my order so why should I check the bag... chick-fil-a has a long standing of quality, compassion, integrity, & the ability to do things right the 1st time. Well unlike the other stores... this one is BEYOND SLOW & Can't make a single order correct without completely messing up. Long wait. Zzzzzzz. Chicken lukewarm to cold when I got it. Straw for drink cracked, so did not work well. Fries were warm. Maybe give up the mobile lane to speed things up, so food doesn't get cold. The worst Chick-fil-A I've ever been to, and I've been to Chick-fil-A's all across the country. Not once but twice I ordered the spicy chicken deluxe and I received what is attached in the picture's, old lettuces and tomatoes that I probably would've gotten sick if I would've ate it. The chicken probably wasn't done either. It was cold and the cheese looked old. This is an embarrassment to this franchise, and I would never go back here again. I advise you to not eat here.
