Update Review Recently we went here for a BOGO bowel promotion with the chili shrimp bowl. I would say that they have improved their speed of service. We had arrived and the online orders were ready behind the cashier. Unfortunately the food was tasteless and small in portion. They gave a total of 6 shrimp for the bowl. There was absolutely no flavor to the chili shrimp or noodles. It is as if someone had forget to add salt for seasoning. Even though it was tasteless, I would prefer this to being over salted. Very rude staff. I went here with my family and my mom order 3 kids meals and one bowl and in the kids meals the lady only put a little bit of chicken. ( these kids meals are for me ,my mom ,and my dad) So my mom politely asked her if she can get little more chicken and the lady said that the kids meals only come with half a scoop of chicken. Which is very weird because out of all the Panda Express's we have been to we have never received half a scoop of chicken. Then my mom sends my sister to ask for some forks because the lady did not give us any and the lady says there is forks over there where drink fountain is which my mom knew but she wanted to go forks that are in the plastic for sanitary reasons. Unfortunately our experiences at this location have been pretty subpar. The wait times are always incredibly long despite not being short staffed (6-8 kitchen members working). The food is not always consistently prepared, and there seems to be a lack of urgency and friendliness from management. Today in particular, we waited 15 minutes in the drive through before ordering, and another 10 minutes at the window after paying. Our food was lukewarm and undercooked. Had to do a 10 hr layover at Walmart and my choices were Panda Express and Wendy's. Tired of burgers and usually get Chinese buffets so I can pick what I want since there are some veggies I could care less for. As I'm writing this review I guess you figured out they PE won out on the choice. Never been to one so this is a first. Went in to a long line but it moved quickly. Employees were friendly and courteous and all looked to be well kept. Food was constantly being changed out with fresh. It had NO time to sit and get soggy. Everything I had all had great flavor. Have to give credit to the accomplishments of the CEO's hope all those mansions you purchase are serving you both well. Without further ado... panda restaurants in general are a hit or miss. I have spent $250 at this location in 2021 and my experience is a solid 50/50 good n bad. The best thing I can say is the food quality and portion size are pretty good. Usually order the same thing all the time and it's been good quality over and over again in 12 months. and have to say under $10 the price is fair. Some of the girls in the front are cute also but mostly sticked to the drive thru. But I do have to agree with most of the reviews on here and say that it does take some time to get the order both in lobby and drive. and also they run out of menu items. In my observation both the front and kitchen are at fault for this. I can tell this location has a high turnover rate and it's us customers that have to pay for the negatives that brings in all areas of the restaurant experience. My recommendation for a quick fix is to correct the actions of the general store manager. Or just simply replace them with some one more qualified. There's no reason for any panda restaurant to have overall 2 star ratings like this location has. Panda is a multi billion dollar Chinese American empire have all the resources in the world with barely any real rivals going against them. Do a better job in the leadership department and you will see great improvements I promise you. I still recommend people to visit but just don't be surprised for any negative experience. Don't expect anything breathtaking like it's the end of the notebook. It's great for a quick bite and that's about it. read more

***UPDATE*** So not only did it take forever to get our food but then once we returned home (12 minute drive) my steamed vegetables were still half frozen and some of them even covered in a slimey film. The employees are lazy and never take the time to check to see if any online orders are waiting to be filled. Great service today. They had pretty consistant lines but they all handled it well and with pleasent attitudes. The first person to take our order was really a good mood boost. They were quick and only messed up a little and forgot to get us something we asked for but they didn't charge us for it so it was fine. The food all tasted fine as well. read more

My first experience at Panda Express was this location, drive thru. Trying to understand their menu options was a little confusing compared to what I'm used to at more traditional Chinese take out or restaurants. I paid around $10 for an entree with 3 different entrees. I thought the portions would be the same, you can order 1, 2, or 3 different entrees, with each option adding more food because they were serving more and the cost was more. But it was more like they just divided up a "serving" into 3 so I got the same amount of food as a 1 entree order that would've been like $6 or something. There were 3 fairly anemic scoops each, not 3 portions. I also wasn't aware this was a precooked servings. My food wasn't fresh. It was dry and chewy and not really that good for all the hype I hear about Panda Express. I live 5 minutes away from this location. So it definitely wasn't from the drive home the food wasn't fresh. I live 10 minutes from a Chinese take only restaurant and by the time I get home the food is still too hot to eat. To top it off, I found a hair in the bottom of my orange chicken. Very slow service, expensive for what I got, bland, not fresh, and I certainly don't remember ordering hair. More MSG, not more hair. read more

Get my order and pull away to realize it isn't correct. Go back to the restaurant and go inside to wait in line again to talk to a manager. Manager acted as is he could have cared less and said "what do you want....,an egg roll?" I told him that my food was already cold.... So he gave me an item that costs $1.90. The staff is always friendly but I find it odd that only Latino workers are hired here. The area is greater than 80% Caucasian so there has to be some sort of discrimination going on. read more
