I have been eating at this establishment for almost as long as they've been open and the food is always consistently good. My absolute favorites are their crab rangoon and the hot and sour soup. Theirs is unique from anywhere else that I've had it because I love the flavor and texture of their broth and the chicken pieces. As far as entrees the general tso's chicken or black pepper chicken is also a good choice. Honestly I have liked almost everything I have tried from here. I live over 30 minutes away and will still drive past numerous Chinese restaurants to get food from here. The orders are always prepared fast. I have reviewed this restaurant before and again I have to tell you... This place is the best of the best! I have a heart condition and my doctor does not want me eating Chinese food because of all the soy and MSG... But I'm thinking how can I possibly give up my chicken with garlic sauce! So I talk to the folks at China Garden and told them of my situation and asked if they could remove the hoisin sauce, The soy sauce, the MSG and anything else that has a lot of salt in it. They said yes! And now I get "heart healthy" chicken with garlic sauce! Every week or two I treat myself to this delicious combination of chicken and vegetables. Probably the healthiest food I eat! The younger son is very sweet and always ensures we have everything we need if we dine in. We have yet to have a dish that wasn't spectacular. Some of the best Chinese food you will find on the south side of town. They have everything from Moo Goo Gai Pan to Peking Duck. Very reasonably priced and generous portions. They also give freebies the more you spend. Dining room is very small. Business is mostly take-out. I recommend you call ahead to order as it can get very busy. read more

AMAZING!!! Been to a lot of Chinese restaurants in town and elsewhere. This place ranks in the top five. The Hot and Sour soup is fantastic! Only one place I've ever found that's better, and I can't afford to go to Dubuque Iowa for soup. The ingredients are very fresh, the servings are generous, the cooking is superb and the prices are very fair (less expensive than most other places in Fort Wayne, and much higher quality).
