If I could select 0 I would. My experience at this establishment was terrible. I am a delivery driver and I went inside to pick my order up. I provided the name, provided the verification, and I was followed to my car by the lady who works there. She insisted that I did not provided verification after showing the phone multiple times, and I was followed to my car and she stood there knocking on the window. This place isn't much to look at, but their food is pretty good. I think for the portion and price paid, the lunch special is worth it. My sesame chicken was nice and crispy, though it was mostly dark meat and the sauce was very thick - surprisingly not overly sweet. I can't tell if the rice was fried rice or just lightly seasoned with soy sauce? They didn't ask my preference when I ordered so I assumed it would just be white rice but it was not. It did taste good and went well with the chicken. My egg roll was OK, not terrible not great. I don't think I'd go out of my way to order one a la carte. They offer egg drop and hot and sour with the lunch special. I opted for the hot and sour. It was confusingly both bland and also sort of spicy? The temperature of the actual soup was very hot and the spice heat was mostly felt at the back of the throat and not on the tongue. It had a mild salty/savory taste that I couldn't pin point - maybe MSG? The texture was way off for what I would expect for this type of soup though. It was gelatinous and just thin enough to flow slowly off my spoon - I've never seen anything like it. I had a taste for egg foo young. A lot of Chinese restaurants near me were closed on Monday. I googled and China Express came up and wasn't too out of the way. I tried them for the first time. This is so close to my house and since I'm have an obsession with egg drop soup I thought I'd see how they compared to other Chinese places that I order it from. This little building is nestled between two larger buildings and sits off the road making it hard to spot if you're not careful. It's mostly geared towards drive through service but does have a small inside dinning are. I have been back several times to order the egg drop soup and wonton soup. They are amazing. It makes my mouth so happy. The egg drop soup is very yellow, not sure if they add food coloring but it doesn't change the taste. The wontons in the wonton soup are so fresh and soft and tender that the meat melts in my mouth. And the broth is very yummy. Sometimes it's served very hot and other times mediocre. I have also tried the crab Rangoon which is okay and the egg rolls which are very greasy. The only other thing I have tried is their noodles which were a tad dry and tasteless. The prices are reasonable and the food is served very quickly. Staff has always been friendly and the inside has always been clean when I have gone inside. I do recommend it but that is o lot due to the soups. read more

This place has great food at reasonable prices! For fast drive thru Chinese food this place can't be beat! It is true that the staff is a little bit rude (usually the kid working the window). That is, they never say "thank you" as they hand you your food and they never have time to chit chat, probably because they are working on the orders of the one or two people usually waiting in line behind you. I was going to rate them a 4 because of service, but hey ....... the food is always hot, quickly obtained and tastes great.... so what can I complain about? It's not terrible food, but that's the best I have to say about it. Service is very unfriendly both on the phone and in person. They seem bothered by their customers and stare at you while you're there like you are unwelcome. During pickup we noticed that it's very clear that they both drink and smoke on the job as the area behind the window and in the back corner there are several empty beer bottles and cans as well as cigarettes and lighters. Not particularly clean either as you might imagine. The menu looks like it's been on the wall since about the late 70s. Their estimate over the phone for when the food would be ready was off by quite a bit, it looked like they didn't start preparing it until we arrived. read more

For good, fast chinese, this is the best place in town! A large serving of a dish is enough to feed two people. 2 large orders of orange chicken with rice and 2 orders of crab rangoon is about 20 dollars. So much to choose from and it is so fast and priced really well! The only thing that I would change would be the menu, it doesnt say that entrees are offered in multiple sizes. But overall, I love it! read more

We love getting Chinese from here. We always find it funny that we get the same thing but the prices are always different. We never know who is jipping who. The one day we went it was five dollars cheaper than it was the week before and another time we paid a dollar more. Food is great though and you get a lot for what you pay for. read more

I am dinging them a star because I asked them why I was being charged more than I should have been and they told me everyone is charged a 4% surcharge over the quoted price to make up for the credit card charges they endure,,, but that "rule" holds truie even if you are paying CASH!
