We decided to skip the line and ordered on the app. It gave us a detailed time with updates of how long it would be till our food was ready. It was ready right on time and it was delivered with ease and friendliness. One of the workers took our trash from us and was quick to assist. It was very busy and the staff didn't look affected. This was my first time visiting the drive-through line here and I was impressed. I was expecting a super long wait but the line moved out of there quickly. When the food was made the person brought it to me in the drive-through line. The food was nice and hot and made to order. I had no issues with it whatsoever. The only downside of this location is it gets pretty hectic around the parking lot and you may have to park farther to walk there. I have not eaten inside, but I would prefer not to given how busy this location is. read more

Servers spoke to everyone except me, never asked what i was there for then when I finally got my food the server had a bad attitude & shoved the food in my hand. No " My pleasure " or anything. They were very busy as usual. Drive up backed up as usual. Even inside was packed. But gotta give it to them. As busy as they were ,we got served in about 15 minutes at the drive up. Husband loves their chicken sandwiches and always gets a large waffle fry. He wolfs down 2 sandwiches pans that large waffle fry everytime. I get their spicy chicken sandwich. Love them. I do like the waffle fries also, but wish they would be a bit more crispy. We go here about every other week. Always crowded, so you just get used to it. There employees are always nice . Dealing with the crowds and some nasty customers ,I think they do rather well. The food is always pretty warm too. A couple weeks ago we actually got HOT waffle fries ! When I bought $30 of food on Thursday night, they didn't return my credit card with the food. I realized it the next time I wanted to use it, which was 2 days later. I tried to call them 15 times, selecting option 7 for a human each time, but they didn't pick up. It sounded like it rolled to an audio device because I could hear my own voice being echoed back. I warned them I would try to call one more time and if they didn't pick up, I would leave a bad review. It was Saturday night, and they would be closing until Monday in 75 minutes, so I jumped in the car and drove the 8 miles to ask them in person. Yes, they had the card. No, they didn't try to call anyone. Why no pick up on the phone? "When we're busy, we don't have time to answer the phone." Waited 25 minutes in the drive thru line before I got to order, they were super busy, cars along the road side waiting to get into the parking lot! I went through the drive thru this ice stormy afternoon. Ridiculous. 3 female associates were taking each cars order as they pulled up, seemed to have gone smoothly. Each one of them FREEZING, no gloves or hats on! I Ordered a deluxe fried chicken sandwich NO CHEESE, large waffle fry & large root beer NO ICE. Waited a bit to get into the zig zag of a line. I know I arrived at noon, but I didn't get my food until 12:39. I should have braved the 30 cars in the drive thru, at least I could have been comfortable listening to my own music. My chicken strips were ok - a bit soggy to be honest. Their fries were very good though. Also, why in the world would I need 3 dipping sauces for 4 chicken strips - feels pretty excessive. I will say, they kept their composure even though they were clearly in the weeds. We found this location through the Chick-fil-a app while visiting the area. We placed our order online for walk in pick up. They did not offer curbside delivery at this location and the drive thru was packed. But it did seem to move quickly. I got the notification that my order was ready and headed inside. I had to wait several minutes until it was brought over to the table. You walk in and they have a long table set up where you pick up your orders. The employees are on one side of the table and you are on the other. When my name was called out they put my order on the table and stepped back. My drinks were definitely correct as I could see them in the drink carrier. But when I looked in the bag I realized that nothing in there was anything I had ordered even though the bag had my name on it. It took several more minutes for them to straighten out the mixup. They were very apologetic. Since this was my first and only time at this location I don't know if this is something that happens regularly or if it was just us. I only took away one star because they seemed genuinely sorry. The flavor of the food was very good. I would definitely give them another try when I am next in the area. read more

Got there around 9pm. Walked up to front door and it was locked. Our friends were already in there waiting for us so they let us in. Got in line and lady behind counter yells at us that they're closed even though website says they don't close till 10, then proceeds to tell us where the line ends. My homie speaks up and tells the lady that the guy with the pink shirt that locked the doors said it was okay for us to come in. She then gets even more angry. She must've thought they didn't have enough chicken for 3 more people, idk man. Then she asks who said we could come in. Apparently it was Tanner. Shoutout to my boy Tanner cuz he's a real one for that. We then ordered our food. It most certainly wasn't their pleasure to serve us so we bounced out once they gave us our food. Chick-fil-A is quite possibly my favorite fast food establishment. The service is always great... far better than in any other fast food restaurant. Their food is also very tasty. If there is one fast food joint that I always hope they would build close to where I live, its this one. Alas, I have always had to drive a long time to get to one of their locations. Only when I was studying in grad school at Florida International University, where they had a location on campus ,did I have one close by. I have had a lot of their menu... and can definitely say their nuggets and filet both grilled or fried are some of the best you can ever have.... but their chicken sandwich.... magnificent... I go for their spicy version... perfect pairing of heat and savory on a chicken sandwich. I don't know how they do it . They even make a delicious iced coffee, seriously you need to try it. This Chick-fil-A is no different than any I have visited. Like all of them, they are incredibly busy... so you may have to wait a bit to find seating. It is worth the wait though. read more

I ordered a large lemonade and you know how frustrated I am that I haven't even finished my meal I'm halfway home driving and I'm out of lemonade because the large lemonade is full of ice 3/4 the way full... If I wanted a cup of ice I would ask for it I asked for a large lemonade but I get mostly ice and 1/4 lemonade.... Not only is this a rip off.... How greedy do these corporations have to be for real.... It's one thing that I'm overpaying for this food it's another thing to get mostly ice and no lemonade. it's very frustrating when you have a carry out order and they chose to lock the doors when you can only pick it up inside. They don't close until 10 and the doors were locked an hr ahead. But the most frustrating part is going through the line in the first place and them telling me face to face I have to go inside to pick it up. It's so stupid. Don't come here if you're expecting expedient service. Had to be at work at 11:30 AM got to Chick-fil-A at 10:21 AM and didn't get through the line until 11:05 AM. You're trapped once you slightly make it in and you will be late to any obligations if you expect to go through their extremely slow line. On top of being told they no longer serve breakfast while arriving 10 minutes before the switch. This is the slowest chick-fil-a I have ever been to. Every time we go we have had to wait for 20-25 mins before we get our food.

I'm not sure if it's just this location and how busy it is, but they can never get my order right. I've been to this location 4-5 times already since it recently opened. Now, don't get me wrong. I love me some chick-fil-a. However, this location is just too busy or under staffed. Every single time I wait 20+ minutes for the food. Even when I tried ordering online for in store pick up. One time our family ordered $50-$60 in food and when we returned home it was completely opposite food from what we ordered. We called and they only wanted to replace part of it. Another time I went in they gave me half a container of fries. Didn't notice till I got home and there wasn't any fries in the bag either. I was finally fed up with the poor accuracy of my orders. So I finally called corporate. Then I called about my fries and they claim they were going to add credit to my chick-fil-a rewards. It's been a couple weeks. Still no rewards. This was the dirtiest and most unkept chick fil a I have ever been to. There was trash everywhere and the bathrooms were the worst. The employee who took our order was rude and uninterested and 7 other employees just stood there when we walked in. No one tried to greet us or welcome us in. One of our fries was dropped when she came to bring us our order and we asked for another and she never brought another out to us. We chose to eat on the patio and she immediately locked the door behind us locking us out so we couldn't go back in to remind them we needed another fry. I understand the dining room closes at 9:00 but it was exactly 9:01 and we ordered at 8:45 and they chose to ignore we were still there. And to lock the door in front of us?!? I do not recommend this location and having been a chick fil a employee myself at a different location for 2 years this was not the second mile service I brag to my friends and family about. Worst Chic-fill-A we have ever had. We were there at 2 pm. Not terribly busy, 2 lanes, 4-5 cars in each lane. Ordered 2 grilled chicken sandwiches, one as a meal. I asked the window if there were any sauce in the bag she replied I think so. As we pulled away I dig through the bag to find 1 packet. We open our sandwiches, the buns are cold and falling apart, the chicken is luke warm at best. I threw my bun away.
