Not worth the wait, I was in line 40 mins just to be given bad service. The worst part was I ended up with some random order. I didn't wanna end up waiting even longer for the food I wanted in the first place. But the inside is very clean with a great atmosphere which makes you wanna dine in if you can find a seat. read more

I am one of the two main cooks at this panda location. I understand everyone's frustration. I often get frustrated with my (very) young front of house workers. And I agree they have no sense of urgency. For some reason most of them are high schoolers.. I also here You about spicy orange chicken and I will work on measurements. I'll speak w the rice n chow mein cook about his rice and noodles and make sure their measuring rice right in cookers and properly cooking noodles. Thank you for all of your comments. I'm not big on Chinese food but this was just ridiculous. My coworkers wanted to order from PE since is new in the northeast. It took over an hour of calling to place our order over the phone. Once it was picked up another 30 minutes of waiting and upon arrival the order was wrong. First and last time for me. Not big on chain restaurants anyway. read more

I will never come back, at least to this location. Their employees and their customer service is probably the worst... i specifically asked for three bowls of my choice with WHITE RICE. The employee then tells me that they have NO RICE. So she offered me to substitute it for an entree and give me a 10% so i said whatever, i wanted them all medium and she goes on to tell me they only have enough for one of the small entrees. When i get my food i am not happy for what I'm paying. I asked her to just cancel the order and her manager comes talk to us, so we try to resolve the problem and the "manager" doesn't seem to comprehend. He then offers us WHITE RICE. AFTER SHE HAD TOLD US THEY HAD NONE. SO I PAID FOR THREE DIFFERENT ENTREES THAT WERE MORE THAN JUST THE BOWLS ITSELF. She could've charged me for three regular bowls WITH THE WHITE RICE, but i guess it seems like they don't know what they are doing. DO BETTER! read more

Every time I chose a item the little girl quickly followed with "okay what else" I didn't have time to think of what I wanted next I felt really rushed. Absolutely the worst Panda Express in the entire city of El Paso. The wait line for the drive thru is insanely long. The average wait is 20 minutes before the line even stars moving. Does not matter the time of the day. Every time I go through the drive thru, they always mess up my orders and then I tell them and have the decency to tell me I'd didn't clarify when I have my receipt as prove as what to I ordered. Management is rude and racist. Also, the employees be dressing so unprofessional And always seems like they are in a bad mood, and depending who's serving you, they serve you very small quantities. Readers, understand that this is a "new" option to eat/dine in Northeast, El Paso. Therefore, with all the hype, there will be lines inside and at the drive thru. So basically, your going to wait a avg. of 30 mins for food. If your not paitience, I don't recommend going here till next year. Anyways, I stopped for lunch today and it was worth the wait! I waited at least 35 minutes in line, inside for just a panda bowl. While waiting, little cups of the Mango Freeze were given out to sample and help with anxious guests. When I finally got to order, the lady behind the counter greeted me as if I was the first person to order for the day. She was very friendly, attentive, and almost did a great job on up-selling me on an egg roll,..didn't fall for that one..Lol. I ordered the famous orange chicken with chow mien. Unfortunately, they were running low on the chicken and asked if I could wait a few more minutes for the new batch. I said, Absolutely. The cashier took my payment and gave me a kids sized cup so I can have a drink while I wait for my completed order...overall, I thought the team today did a great job during my visit and hope they can do it again when I stop by. Worst Panda Express in El Paso they always mess up my order in the drive thru so I always have to go inside the restaurant to make sure they won't mess it up. Last time I went the girl messed up my order and instead of getting me a new plate she took of some of the food and piled up my new order with it and it tasted horrible. Management is as well horrible I've meant the manager and she does not care what so ever of her customers. Worth wasting the gas to go to another Panda Express. read more

I eat panda about once every 2 weeks and I always order the same thing. Orange chicken, teriyaki and brown rice. The first time I ate at this location was couple of weeks back and they gave me uncooked rice but I did not noticed until I got home so I did not make a big deal or anything because I know it happens at times. But today I asked for the same thing and once again they gave me uncooked rice. I do have pictures but I cannot post them here but I know for a fact I'm never eating at this location again. I wouldn't mind waiting extra in line if it means I will get my food cooked properly. read more

The food was way too seasoned and the noodles were too dry. My veggies were over cooked and you could see how when they served the food it was just slapped into the plate. The food was very delicious overall, I loved the General Tso Chicken, however, one of the things that I liked the most about this restaurant was the Tea Bar that they have at this location. I had the Passion Fruit Tropical Tea which was very delicious, and it went well with the food that I had. I liked that this location is very clean and well maintained, and despite the fact that it was very busy, the service was very quick and friendly. read more

This is the slowest drive thru in El Paso. I waited 20-25 minutes in line for $11.00 of food. The girl also forgot my drink and when I asked her for it she said, well I didn't charge you for it anyway. I was furious. I promised her that I would write a bad review in exchange for this horrible experience. Do not eat here and just order from better tasting Chinese places in El Paso who have free delivery - you will wait just as long and not in a car !! read more

I came to this restaurant with the hopes that things would be better than the last one I went to on another part of town unfortunately like all the people before me who complained about the time you have to wait which I didn't know about till now I was very disappointed with the wait time I waited in the drive thru for over 15 minutes when I got to the window I told the girl that it took a long time to get my order and she argued with me and said it wasn't that long I said it was a long and she said no it wasn't she told me that it was only 8 minutes and then I said are you counting the time from when I place the order to the window she said yes and I told her well there's the time before I got to the intercome because there were other people in front of me so she wasn't counting those minutes I seriously disagree with anyone who says that you have to be patient here this is not supposed to take this long I've been to several other Panda Express and they don't take this long at all some of only spent 5 minutes I'm only 3 minutes in the drive thru usually that's if they only have certain items in the am I have to wait for them to make something else but that's rare but this is really ridiculous at this location if all behind expresses are the same then they should all be the same especially with a name like Express in their name Express doesn't mean wait 20 mins. Put the customer tells you they had to wait a long time you don't argue with them and see no you didn't customer service should be number 1 and if a customer is unhappy you have to acknowledge this because review can ruin the restaurant if they don't pick up their act I don't understand why some of these other people that left reviews that weren't even used, we're justifying the actions of this restaurant as being a new place that has high schoolers that's no excuse if they can't keep up they shouldn't be working here and if they don't know how to treat customers with respect they shouldn't be working here this is a customer service job and you're supposed to treat customers with respect no matter what you disagree with I should know I work in hospitality business and if I treated my customers like that I would be fired the next day because one customer who has a bad experience can tell their friends and their friends tell their friends and so on so forth and before your know it your location will be closed down so please next time don't argue and pick up that the pace here at your restaurant there is no need for it to be that slow you should have your food ready and make plenty of it if it's going to be busy like this all the time you should be aware of that by now don't make excuses for what you're doing wrong try to make it right. read more
