I am so disappointed. We ordered from Chinese Valley on Sun Valley for delivery this afternoon. Ordered 3 main dishes and 3 egg rolls. Food arrived. 3 main dishes. 3 fried rice sides but no egg rolls. I called the restaurant and I was told the egg rolls were in a white bag. There was no white bag. The egg rolls were not there. The person on the phone did not want to admit it might be their error. We will not be ordering from there again. For pick up or delivery. Poor customer service. read more

Food was very very good and flavorful and looked and smelled delicious staff and kind and helpful very good 10/10 recommend!! I got the orange chicken which comes with fried rice and got noodles as well and beef and broccoli with steamed rice and noodles too for $33 which is good pricing for the amount of food read more

Really hit or miss place, it seems like after 5pm or so the quality goes downhill. When I order earlier in the afternoon the food is pretty good but after 5pm it seems like it's premade food that's been sitting for a while. It's worth a try if you are close by, but there are other better options not far from this location. read more

Chinese valley is a great spot for Chinese food on the northeast. They have lunch and dinner specials at a fair price. I've tried their lunch special which includes soup, egg roll and entree with fried rice or steamed rice. If your here try the chicken chowmein. This one is the best and healthy so far, it comes with chicken, carrots, beans, celery and bean sprouts. read more

The food was good but we did find HAIR in our noodles and she didn't even apologize, offer a replacement, or refund, my mom had to ask for her to remake it after the server tried to walk away. I had a water and the cup was so DIRTY I found stuff floating inside and it tasted disgusting:// The service was HORRIBLE.. not a single smile, never came to check on us, not one thank you. She came up to the table and didn't say a word.. she just waited for us to order. She made it very obvious that every time I called her over it was a DISTURBANCE to her. The ambiance was also pretty bad. I get it you gotta have your kids there it's a family owned restaurant but after the mom or grandma came in she started yelling at the kids.. while we were eating. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND read more

I ordered delivery from them and didn't get my order. I was told the delivery driver left it with someone else that was here at my house ( I have room mates and of course they have guests.) Point is when making deliveries it is heavily advised to ask for the purchaser when making delivery. I've never had any problems with this restaurant other then that. I do love the food. read more

***UPDATE*** So been here a few times since my first review. Really no big updates to the food. Still think its a solid chinese restaurant. However, everytime i come here the girl that runs the counter is on her phone (speaker on). She doesnt end her conversation to take your order. She keeps yapping away. What a very unprofessional staff. First time eating her. Got a standard chinese order: pork fried rice, brocolli beef, egg drop soup. I would say that all the good reviews and all the bad reviews are pretty accurate. A solid 3 stars, any given day could be a 2 star or 4 star place depending on the day. Dining room is dirty, ladies are not very attentive and talk a lot. But food is not bad. At least what we ordere read more

I love this restaurant so much, I have been going there for years. But now I have it delivered. The food is the best I have ever tasted, the portion size is a lot,the prices are great, especially the specials, the menu is large with dishes and variety for every taste. The staff is wonderful they make me feel like family, especially the ones that deliver. The food always comes very warm. I am not a seafood conisur, but I love the fragrant shrimp (especially during Lent.) And the appetizer the BoBo is plenty for two, I have it as a meal. My mouth is watering can't wait to order again read more

The food was good, which was the ONLY good thing about this place, and the reason for the 3 stars. The service was pretty much non-existent and not very friendly. The women's bathroom was absolutely disgusting! The toilet tank had no lid and that was the only way to flush the toilet, there was a hole in the wall, and the walls under the soap dispenser and towels looked like it had NEVER been cleaned. This really bothered me, and unfortunately I lost my appetite. read more

Never again.. no stars.. fake general tso chicken..fried rice was trash.. my stomach hurts.. if I get food poisoning I'm suing.. wife feels the same, describes her orange chicken as disgusting and soggy.. don't eat here.. avoid like the plague.. twenty dollars I can't get back but they will never get another dime from me..I won't even say I don't usually write bad reviews because I don't..but screw this place and the plot of land it sits on read more

This was my first visit here. I of course checked yelp out as I've passed by this restaurant many times on my way home. I must say very very pleased ... service was great not a long wait for my food to be served. Hot and yummy and very affordable. This will be my new Chinese fix. read more

This place is dirty, simply put. Sadly, there is not a lot if choices in the Northeast for Chinese food. I would say, i would rather drive out of my way than to have food from here again. Recently went to pick up food (2nd time). There were empty dishes on several tables, a burned oil smell greats you as you enter the restaurant, and, the clientele I saw come in and out ( in the 20 minute wait I had for fried rice...) seemed sketchy. read more

The food was decent. Ordered fried rice and sweet and sour chicken. The rice was just ok...the chicken was good could use more carrots, onions and pineapple. But otherwise it was good. Good egg roll! read more

Thank God for a Chinese restaurant that delivers and accepts payment in full including tip over the phone. Long story short I forgot my Mom's 69th birthday. I know I know I paid dearly already with a huge guilt trip. Fast forward to this place. I wanted to make a great gesture of humble shame and treat my Mom with a feast. They delivered! Literally. In record time. Zero issues and no fuss. My Mom was elated with hungry surprised joy! The young delivery girl was even sweet to her. Big plus. They gained a repeat customer and I will spread the praise that is China Valley Chinese Restaurant !!!!!! read more

This place charges for everything coming from Michigan where when you order a dinner you get shrimp fried rice egg roll and dinner roll with your entree. I ordered chicken and all I get is brown rice witch peas in it no egg roll I have to pay for that separate witch is like 2$ and I couldn't even upgrade my rice to shrimp fried rice I had to buy it separate from the rice that already comes with my chicken. and I ordered the wonton soup and only one wonton ughh compare to places back home this place is not worth it read more

I hadnt been here in a while and man they still got it. Tons of food for a reasonable price. The flavors are good, the food is warm and the staff is friendly. My husband and I just moved to the area and we have desperately been seeking out Chinese food restaurants. I ordered the chicken chow mein and my husband ordered chicken wings and shrimp fried rice. We enjoyed every bite and absolutely loved the portions! My only criticism is that I wish they had a combination platter section. I'm used to that being offered and I can order an entree with the option of different types of rice and egg rolls included. We will definitely visit this restaurant again! read more

We got delivery. It was standard fare Chinese food that was pretty good. Delivery was fast, price was decent. I will order again from here.

Good food. I called ahead, placed my order, and was able to pick up my order 10 minutes later!! The waitress didn't seem to be in the best of moods, but it was packed inside, so it was a very "business" transaction. I always get the sweet and sour chicken. It has yet to disappoint. read more

This is the best Chinese food that we've found in northeast El Paso. Most other Chinese places we've tried have had very greasy food. This is the exception. Hot and sour soup is very good. Delivery may not be super speedy, but the food has always been hot upon delivery. This is our "go-to" Chinese delivery place now. read more

We get food from here very frequently. Once every week or two. Lately the service has been so terrible. The food is never consistently the same anymore. Tonight, i called at 5:20pm. A lady came on the phone and said "I'll be with you right now" and set the phone down for 10 minutes. I placed my order for two dinners, cheese wontons, and an egg roll. She said it would be ready in 20-25 minutes. My husband gets there about 30 minutes later and the food is not ready. He continued to wait. She said it was almost ready. 20 minutes later he went in, because he was in the drive through, and asked if she could check if they had our order ready. As there was lots of orders bagged and sitting out. She did not say anything to him, turned around, went outside and got someone else's card. When she came back in, she still did not help him. By this point it was 6:40pm and i had called at 5:20pm. He finally said cancel his order and walked out. The service here has been so terrible lately. Definitely looking for a new Chinese place. Disappointed because we get food from here weekly. Tried to call to talk to someone about it, but no answers. As my husband said, while he was in there they were not answering the phones and just letting them ring. Sad that other people walked out as well. One guy was told it was gonna be 40 more minutes for ONE order. He was also waiting in the drive through for quite some time behind my husband. Ridiculous. Then can't even talk to anyone about their poor service. Don't think we'll be coming back. read more

This establishment needs to be put out of business, as much as I love Chinese food this is by far the worst food I have tasted. I order sesame chicken with fried rice, Shrimp egg fu yung and pork with shrimp fried rice. There were no shrimps in the rice the pork was old and the sesame chicken tasted sour I call back and inquire about the shrimp in the rice they told me that it's cut up really small really you cut shrimp so small that it can't be seen. I will never order from here again. This is an overpriced establishment with piss poor food. It doesn't deserve to have a star rating. read more

I was excited trying this place after reading previous reviews. Food is nasty. Took forever to get my order. Order mongolian beef and got nothing but onions and mushrooms. Guess they forgot the beef. Won't be coming back here again. read more

Cheap prices, decent sized portions. I ordered take out and the delivery was free and hot when it arrived.

So me and my wife where trying to find a new Chinese restaurant and where worried about this place because of a few reviews it received but this place actually has really good food. We came at about 7pm and where taken care of right away. The waitress was very friendly and the food came out in about 3-5 mins. They give you good sized plates of food which filled both me and my wife up and we came here starving lol In my opinion this place is worth giving it a try and the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it has a small dinning area with 5 booths and 6 tables and had kind of a small feeling to it. read more
