I am so disappointed. We ordered from Chinese Valley on Sun Valley for delivery this afternoon. Ordered 3 main dishes and 3 egg rolls. Food arrived. 3 main dishes. 3 fried rice sides but no egg rolls. I called the restaurant and I was told the egg rolls were in a white bag. There was no white bag. The egg rolls were not there. The person on the phone did not want to admit it might be their error. We will not be ordering from there again. For pick up or delivery. Poor customer service. read more

Really hit or miss place, it seems like after 5pm or so the quality goes downhill. When I order earlier in the afternoon the food is pretty good but after 5pm it seems like it's premade food that's been sitting for a while. It's worth a try if you are close by, but there are other better options not far from this location. read more

The food was good but we did find HAIR in our noodles and she didn't even apologize, offer a replacement, or refund, my mom had to ask for her to remake it after the server tried to walk away. I ordered delivery from them and didn't get my order. I was told the delivery driver left it with someone else that was here at my house ( I have room mates and of course they have guests.) I would say that all the good reviews and all the bad reviews are pretty accurate. A solid 3 stars, any given day could be a 2 star or 4 star place depending on the day. I love this restaurant so much, I have been going there for years. But now I have it delivered. The food is the best I have ever tasted,the portion size is a lot,the prices are great, especially the specials, the menu is large with dishes and variety for every taste. We enjoyed every bite and absolutely loved the portions! My only criticism is that I wish they had a combination platter section. We get food from here very frequently. Once every week or two. Lately the service has been so terrible. The food is never consistently the same anymore. Tonight, i called at 5:20pm. A lady came on the phone and said "I'll be with you right now" and set the phone down for 10 minutes. I placed my order for two dinners, cheese wontons, and an egg roll. She said it would be ready in 20-25 minutes. My husband gets there about 30 minutes later and the food is not ready. He continued to wait. She said it was almost ready. 20 minutes later he went in, because he was in the drive through, and asked if she could check if they had our order ready. As there was lots of orders bagged and sitting out. She did not say anything to him, turned around, went outside and got someone else's card. When she came back in, she still did not help him. By this point it was 6:40pm and i had called at 5:20pm. He finally said cancel his order and walked out. The service here has been so terrible lately. Definitely looking for a new Chinese place. Disappointed because we get food from here weekly. Tried to call to talk to someone about it, but no answers. As my husband said, while he was in there they were not answering the phones and just letting them ring. Sad that other people walked out as well. One guy was told it was gonna be 40 more minutes for ONE order. He was also waiting in the drive through for quite some time behind my husband. Ridiculous. This is the best Chinese food that we've found in northeast El Paso. Most other Chinese places we've tried have had very greasy food. This is the exception. Hot and sour soup is very good. I order sesame chicken with fried rice, Shrimp egg fu yung and pork with shrimp fried rice. There were no shrimps in the rice the pork was old and the sesame chicken tasted sour I call back and inquire about the shrimp in the rice they told me that it's cut up really small really you cut shrimp so small that it can't be seen. So me and my wife where trying to find a new Chinese restaurant and where worried about this place because of a few reviews it received but this place actually has really good food. We came at about 7pm and where taken care of right away. The waitress was very friendly and the food came out in about 3-5 mins. They give you good sized plates of food which filled both me and my wife up and we came here starving lol In my opinion this place is worth giving it a try and the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it has a small dinning area with 5 booths and 6 tables and had kind of a small feeling to it. read more
