Great place: atmosphere, staff, and food. The 3.7 rating on Yelp is doing the place a disservice.

My husband and I chose this place because the menu shows they have chicken breast pho but it was clearly chicken thigh and other parts. He's picky about his chicken and when brought up to our server, frank, he said there's nothing they can do about it he can return it but he very well might get the same thing. Other than that, I enjoyed my combo pho very much. The broth was clean and delicious. The spring rolls tasted like they use precut lettuce which just made them taste not so fresh. The outdoor area gives garden center vibes just doesn't look as clean as the indoor area.

    Lemongrass Tofu

This food was nasty. I ordered the lemongrass tofu that came with a large portion size of jasmine rice with a side salad with plenty of tofu. The salad was still wet as if it was just washed and not dried before putting it into the takeout container. The tofu was dressed with sauteed green bell peppers with onions, but it tasted bland. I think the dish needed salt. It did not taste like lemongrass, but spicy. The tofu was crispy though. Upon walking into the restaurant was a bit of a challenge, especially at night, you walk into this door that leads you into this rainforest oasis with waterfalls in the background noise, lots of trees, and there's plenty of doors. I was completely confused about where the door actually led into the restaurant. I had to ask some people who appeared just as lost as I was. They guessed one door which we all got right. Tip, y'all need to add some proper lighting and signage to direct customers into the restaurant. It was my first time visiting this restaurant and I'm not even from El Paso. However, I probably won't even be back, but proper lighting is a must because anyone can fall and hurt themselves out in pitch darkness.

The Crystal light Mio we had to use because the wayer was disgusting.

Go to the other location in the far east near the Rib Hut. We were highly disappointed. Toilet over-running in men's bathroom, floor has food and trash all over, the bar was filthy, and the food had no flavor. Service was ok, not great.

Don't waste your money--go somewhere else. The pork chop was burnt, dry, and overcooked, making it inedible. On top of that, the to-go box melted onto the rice. Wouldn't recommend.

This is a quaint little place with a cute atrium that you walk through to get to the restaurant. Although we were in for an early dinner, we still had to wait to be seated (not long) as the restaurant was pretty full. The broth of the pho served here is amazing, rich and flavorful.

Food was good but it was expensive for what we ordered. Been to other pho places and I paid waaaay less than what I paid here. Not going back anytime soon.

So hungry , had to bite one eggroll in my mouth while taking pics lol

Are there gluten-free options on the menu?

I believe the noodles are rice noodles but I would call and ask to be sure. They also have spring rolls that are made with rice wrapper.

Do they have slings for car seats?

Don't let the basic environment keep you from trying this good food. The overall look could be cleaned up, like the rope on the light fixtures that catches dust but the food is very heat hot & fresh. I ordered the chicken & pulled noodle dish. It was huge! The sauce was flavorful & lightly sweet & it had maybe bok choy & bean sprouts with ample tender chicken. Hubby had a seafood noodle soup with shrimp, imitation crab & maybe squid. Served in a big bowl & steaming hot it was impressive. We added the fried pork baos. They were handmade & resembled a biscuit stuffed with a a small amount of meatloaf. They were delicious especially dipped in the seafood soup. Took the leftovers back to the hotel near the airport & they were still tasty after microwaving for dinner. We watched through a window area as the Asian chef lady made potstickers by hand. It was good to see how many people of diverse nationalities enjoyed their food. Will try to take pics before eating next time!

We had wonderful meals of BBQ, Southern, American and Mexican food but we started to miss our Ramen meals back home. This place was great. Ot had a youthful, edgy vibe with cozy and nice colorful decor. We ordered the Thicc Boi and Birria Ramen, and ordered sides of the Thai Peanut Cucumber Salad, and Pork buns. The salad was a nice appetizer. We wished we had this back home. The dressing tasted peanutty with black sesame seeds and a nice acid balance. Kaemada's Ramen has El Paso influences. The broth had full bodied flavor, the meat was cut thicker with grilled char! Please also try the Birrea Ramen! We eat Birria broth and tacos at home and this ramen bowl was a great marriage of the 2 dishes. The thick cut and grilled char feature was also included in the pork bun. It was so tasty and satisfying with the thick pork cut, which I often thought was too thin anyways in the original version. They took the best El Paso meat flavor and Japanese presentation influences to make Kaemada's dish unique and their own. Don't expect the delicate and refined dashi broth Japan has. Be open to the bold flavors of the pork and broth. Expect a Southwest and Japanese fusion of robust and evolved flavors. Personally, I like firm noodles so request it cooked this way. Izzy, our server was friendly and attentive. She made our meal there more pleasant. Don't forget to order the Yuzu Cheesecake, light and not so sweet with a strong presence of Yuzu. A great finish to our meal. 10/10.

The dishes were very well made, as if the owners were preparing them for themselves. We could tell a lot of care went into preparing them. I ordered Gom Bibim. The bedding of mixed greens were very fresh and paired nicely with the spicy noodles. My daughter ordered Gom Tang. The dish was good. The broth was a bit saltier than the traditional gom tang. She said that the egg was good. My sister-in-law ordered Gom Ramen. She said that it hit the spot. Delicious! We also ordered mandoo. They were served with a light kochojang sauce, and were hot and crispy. I highly recommend this restaurant. We are in town for the BTS concert.
