It's usually fine enough for a fresher than fast food option but the service has gone down fast. The drive-thru was closed tonight and easy to see why. They were clearly training at least one person, but they should be training all of their staff to listen to the customers. They got all of the 3 people's orders ahead of me wrong, multiple times, although it was clear what they were ordering and how many meals. They kept asking for more food, but the one cook seemed stoned. I shouldn't give them any stars for today, but they've been much better in the past. Left the place and called Lucky Star for takeout, less convenient but excellent food and service. Without drive-thru, no reason to go here. read more

Visited on 6/2/16; First time I visited this location and I'm not one to expect "good" customer service anymore who cares I don't. And I'm too lazy to write reviews and recently made an account, but I had to write this one because I was reminded of how it felt to be around a bunch of friendly people -- especially since I work with hostile people daily. I walked in and I was greeted by four workers in a friendly manner. They had my order ready on time -- four trays my sister purchased for my niece's birthday party and then a worker insisted on carrying them for me all the way to my car even though I really could've handled it myself. And he even thanked me for this opportunity. Well thank you guys for providing excellent customer service! :) And the orange chicken, yeah some pieces may have been a little more chewy than the others, but overall it was still good. read more

Sat in the drive thru for like 30 minutes. Ridiculous. No apologies. Just some lame excuse that they were making fresh food. You should always be making fresh food, instead of waiting until you run out, leaving your customers waiting 30 minutes. read more

I went there during lunch there wasn't any rush so I order chowmein, Orange chicken, Kangpao chicken and black pepper chicken. Everything was tasty and warm except the orange chicken. It was a bit cold and hard. read more

Upon entering we found the appearance of restaurant extremely clean and inviting. The prepared food looked fresh and appealing, the staff looked professional and polite. Mr. Kenner was our server and he was extremely helpful very organized and properly mannered young man. The quantity of the food was above average and delicious. Jorge was exceptional with his customer service. I had to place a big order to go for a party and he was so accommodating. They went out of their way to accommodate, even offering to come in early to cook for my order and gave me a coupon to help with cost. He could have easily not done any of that. Since he was great I will definitely be a repeat customer. The whole staff at this location was very friendly and nice. I have been to many Panda Express locations and this is by far the best one with service and food. I am also in the service industry and appreciate great customer service. Corporate should really consider revamping the management and employees here. Hit or miss when they are open or closed and staff is often very unfriendly. Seems I'm not the only customer that has this viewpoint if Panda Express wants to keep customers bring in new management to try and better this location. Food is poor quality and made me sick, hours of operation are never consistent, and all staff is either clueless or unfriendly. Having previously worked in fast food for a couple years with management experience I can tell you things need to be fixed or changed at a management level. Get it together Panda Express! read more

The managers here are complete are a**holes. The food was normal Panda so-so, but they send someone out during the last hour (not even close to closing) while customers are still eating to clean around you, banging broom and pulling chairs SCREEEECHING....(no stoppers on legs).... making a racket and spraying. all while peoole are dining right there. SOOOO RUDE! I complained then and they were self-righteous and defensive about it, instead of rectifying. I e-mailed the management next day and they barely offered an apology, no less compensation. This location lost a regular customer for their arrogance. We pay enough for so-so fare....so who needs that? read more

Let me start out by saying I love Panda Express... just not this location. There is a serious disconnect between the quality of service delivered here and other PE restaurants. I like the mushroom chicken, but I hate the zucchini that's part of the dish. The staff is kind enough at other locations to try and avoid scooping much, if any, zucchini by request. Here, they are unwilling to do so. I have experienced this 3 times now, so it's not a one-off thing. To top it off, my last order was made via drive through and I was given an empty fortune cookie wrapper. The wrapper was completely sealed, so it's not like the cookie fell out. It just wasn't there. How does the employee not notice this?! This just further illustrates the lack of attention / effort the staff makes here. This place won't stop me from liking Panda Express, but I sure won't be getting it here from now on. Judging by other reviews, a staff turnover would do it good. read more

The food is cheap American Chinese, because its Panda Express. But I do prefer the Covington store to the others Ive been to. It's super clean, the girls working up front are friendly and even the guys cooking seem to be cheerful and working hard. Which I think is a big deal being that many of them are teenagers. The food was all hot and fresh, not mushy like it had been sitting for hours. We usually leave places like this regretting spending the money and wishing we would've stayed in and cooked. But we have been pleasantly surprised the last few times we've been here. read more

The food is good, hard to screw up Panda Express Food. That's why I gave this store one star. Tonight I went thru the drive thru and ordered their family feast. After waiting 7 minutes at the window I was told to drive around to the man door, they were waiting on the chow mein. Finally brought my food after another 23 minutes, he said he had a misunderstanding with the chef. Isn't this fast food, isn't there piles of food ready at all times? Maybe this PE was trying to one up by making everything fresh. Who the hell knows? I would have went inside and got a refund but I had two small kids in the truck and there were no parking spots. I go once in a while and each time I go, i wish that it was real Chinese food. Chinese people don't eat there. And I wonder why? As well, I don't understand why the large majority of items are chicken. They never use fish, clams, turkey, or lamb. And it's really unfortunate that almost everything is chicken this or chicken that. It's ok food, but nowhere great like Chinese restaurants that you go to in Seattle's China Town or The Great Wall Mall. read more
