Dirty seating, slow service pretty much sums up my experience. I stopped in during the week at the lunch hour. I had difficulty finding clean seating. The tables or seats were not clean. Also, my order was delayed due to one of the entrees not being ready. Then, I noticed that my entree was being served to other customers which arrived after me. I had been told they would bring me my missing entree as soon as it came out. That was not the case. Eventually, they brought me my missing entree. I thought they had forgotten all about me when others were being served before me. Never again! read more

At 8pm I arrived to place an order & the dining room door was locked with no signed displayed as to why it was locked. I tried the drive through and the light on the screen was completely off and the screen looked black. Additionally, no one greeted me or said anything after 3 minutes of waiting, so I drove to the window & asked a woman (who said they were no longer cooking for the night and they were out of everything that I was attempting to order, Sweet fire chicken and Honey Walnut shrimp) to speak to the manager Jason. He was the rudest person I've ever experienced in my life. He tried to explain away the doors being locked and cooking ending over an hour before closing (9:30 pm) as "Company Policy". He said the electricity went out on the screen and he couldn't explain why no one greeted us for over 3 mins of waiting at the screen. He never apologized for ANYTHING & to add insult to injury he snatched my card from my hand and said he didn't care if I contacted corporate. He made us wait for over 30 mins to receive our order and when we did, it was all burned and we had to throw it all away. I hope this never happens to anyone else as I will NEVER GO BACK TO A PANDA EXPRESS! read more

Walked in and greeted, had to wait for more than 5 minutes before ordering. The priority seemed to be the drive thru. When i ordered my food, there was hardly anything I wanted. Had to settle for what was left. Got home and noticed half my white rice was uncooked, my beef and broccoli was more broccoli than beef, only 3 pieces of beef. SMH.Too tired to go back, ate what i had. This seems to be the norm. read more

I don't know why these other reviews are so bad. Anytime and every time I come to this Panda Express, I am served quickly and courteously. My favorites are honey walnut shrimp, orange chicken, teriyaki chicken and Beijing beef. read more

This place usually gets it right and fast, but that's during the middle of the day. Stopped here for the first time around 830 pm. I got the wrong side with one of my meals and both entrees on both meals were burnt to hell. Must be these new employees. On top of that I found a BONE in my orange chicken!!! Watch out! read more

This was one of those Panda's that is a delight. A clean restaurant with very nice servers, hot and good food. They are very generous when it comes to portions. My favroites on the menu is the Chow mein, peppercorn shrimp, honey walnut shrimp, beijing beef, orange chicken, sesame chicken, steamed vegies, sobe green tea, and their fresh and crispy cheese rangoon. Very yummy and they are always welcoming. This place is always a delight! read more

The food here is good but the portions are rediculous for the cost. I think if you enjoy eating a lot of rice. Than this place would be worth while. I won't be coming back. read more

Staff has been rude and lazy every single time I've come here. They always have multiple food trays extremely low or completely empty. Expect major attitudes coming from the staff members at all times, and especially if you have a question. They're always moving slow or not moving at all while you're standing there like an idiot. Also, 3 times now I've had to ask if they're low on the lemonade because it's not coming out of the machine, to which the response is either "oh.....ok..." and 5 minutes later they change the syrup, or "oh....yeah we're out" after I've paid for a drink. They are apparently hiring anyone that can fog up a mirror at this location. Won't be returning. read more

Visited this location on a Saturday with my daughter. Very slooooow service. Long line just to order. My daughter had to wait 15 minutes for her meal. They did ask if she wanted to eat her rice and then they would give her the rest of her food???? read more
