They were all slow moving and were just joking around. We could also hear swearing back and forth between them as part of their normal conversation. The food was all ready and in bins so all they had to do was put the orders together. The weird thing is they have a menu on the wall but no staff to take orders. Had to use a kiosk but the full menu wasn't on the kiosk. First time at a Jack and won't be going back.

Today on a whim we stopped at this in Countryside and SURPRISE it was spacious and the staff were friendly, as if they were happy to be at work. The only thing holding them back from 5 stars was the cleanliness of the tables. Those pesky little crunches from their batter were on all the tables. Additionally they forgot to add the lettuce, which they charge for, only 50 cents but still. I'm not sure if they've changed the way they package their food or if this was a honest mistake.
