Went in today to redeem a free rewards. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich add PJ cheese & lettuce and small fry. I noticed the sandwich was served in a bag vs a box like they normally do but I didn't think anything of it. We'll when I took the sandwich out the entire thing was soggy from the steam of being in the bag. It was almost as it they place it in the bag and sat it on a warmer, I worked in food service which is why I am making such a specific observation. Additionally they forgot to add the lettuce, which they charge for, only 50 cents but still. I'm not sure if they've changed the way they package their food or if this was a honest mistake. If this is the new packaging I will not be returning to again. I reached out to customer service & they offered a replacement item. Hoping to try again soon to determine this answer. read more

I was in the drive thru for another business in the same parking lot. The employee for Chick Fil A told the car behind me that they had to remove themselves from line and go around. After I had told her I will not be exiting the line for the OTHER business, she proceeded to roll her eyes multiple times. She tried to tell me she is saying for next time and when I confronted her about rolling her eyes and her unprofessionalism, she continued to roll her eyes again. Went in in the morning on 7/20 and was surprised to see this place in bad shape. Slow on getting orders out and the entire floor behind the register was wet with puddles. Surprised the employees were working in these conditions. The manager on duty looked out of it and not professional at all. Clothes all wrinkled and not sure what was on her shoes. Ordered a decent order for the office had placed 21 orders asked to have food ready by 11:30 for lunch.emailed order over at 10:42am got there at 11:30 and food was not ready and had to wait nearly 10-15 min. Went through the drive thru and ordered food for 5 and a gallon of sweet tea. Immediately received the food and was asked to park in one of the waiting spots for the tea. I called after 25 minutes, which 10 minutes was featured a completely empty drive thru and they brought the gallon of tea out. Fantastic restaurant to eat from whether going through the drive-through or dining, in this Chick-Fil-A is wonderful! I love the atmosphere, the service and of course the food! Restrooms stay clean (I can't stand dirty restrooms). Dining area stays clean and presentable. I never have to search for a clean crumbless non-sticky table lol (I'm sure everyone knows what I mean by that.) The place really is more of a casual dining with a fastfood menu which works for me! I like this Chick-fil-A location it's clean and right by the shopping center this is a win win case for us. I always order the same thing at Chick-fil-A half fried nuggets and half grilled nuggets I get the best of both worlds. Everybody who works there is always so friendly and service is excellent. I have been to this location of Chick-fil-a a few times, and based on the experience I had, I must say that it is always a good one. I tried the drive-thru and even ate inside, and the service was always the same. The staff were nice and very friendly, but there would be times when the food would take longer, which I think is the only problem I had. The good thing about my experience here is that the food is always given to me hot and freshly cooked, and even if their food is delicious, having it hot and freshly cooked makes it taste better. I would always go for their chicken sandwiches and chicken nuggets, and I can say that both are my favorites. I love their chicken sandwiches. The chicken is always so good, perfectly cooked and with a nice texture. I've always had problems coming here. One day they totally forget I'm curbside and I wait 30+ minutes and they have to remake my food. The next, they get my order wrong and I can't eat it bc I'm allergic. the next, this guy working there at the drive thru kept saying "excuse me" when I was ordering and was so rude.
