I went through the drive thru and everything was fine she said she would give me my total at the window I went to the window and paid and my receipt had everything but the total. She told me to pull up front and my food would be take out to me. The receipt said 7:06PM I waited patiently but after ten minutes I was thinking they forgot about me. I waited 15 minutes for my families food. I asked the lady what was going on and she didn't have an explanation so I said was the food not ready yet and then she responded. She did apologize for the wait then. But I asked nicely if in the drive up if they could at least let people in the future know that it will be awhile.... or more that "just a sec" Just got home and there is so much chow mein and not very much entree I am so disappointed especially since the wait and I love panda

Closer look at the beef broccoli i ordered. The little specks must count as beef here.
Aaron H.

The portions are super small. Also, i ordered beef broccoli as one of my entrees...what i received was broccoli with small specks of beef...very disappointing. If you don't have enough meat, then wait until the dish is refreshed. Don't just serve the vegetables. I was a regular at the Brighton location and was excited they finally had one closer to home in Reunion, but I won't be going back. If you have the time, go to the newish one near Prairie Center. The portions there are bigger and you actually get what you ordered.

Stainless steel scour pad.

Great food but dang who wants stainless steel scour pad in there dish. All this tells me is someone didn't rinse good enough. Cmon y'all. Do better. Take some pride.

Receipt with customer note that wasn't read by the Panda Express team.

COVID-19 Caution! Employees served my to go order without wearing gloves. It was uncomfortable watching them serve, but more uncomfortable to approach the team about this. I'm guessing they were rushing to get orders out, because they didn't even read the customer note in my GrubHub pick up order, where I'd ask for two orders to be in separate bags, so that I wouldn't need to handle my friends order when splitting them up in separate bags. I guess it's understandable that they would forget the extra napkins and chopsticks request in the note.

Asked for chow mein and they serve a ridiculous amount of veggies. Never had I ever had chowmein w no noodles. wack ass workers.

Don't get the chow mein. Specifically asked for less veggies as possible as I've had issues with this place prior with the same scenario. But what do they do, they overload it with veggies and couple strands oF noodles. Eff this placce and their wack ass workers.

Mold in the rice. I tried to call and alert them but their phone number doesn't work. I guess I'll reach out to the Department of Health.

Super slow every time at this location. It's not worth waiting 25 minutes or more either in the drive thru or inside.

Tasted really good, great service. We asked for free water and they gave us two huge cups.

Nice family restaurant. Could see all generations from kid to parents to grandparents. Promising…read moresign for a Hong Kong bbq restaurant. Came in maybe an hour before they closed. They ran out of roasted duck so if you're looking for that recommend not coming in late. Got the double meet dish with char siu pork and roasted pork belly. Tasted good, but pretty fatty for both. Not sure if they already used up the good parts of the meat and that's what they had leftover, but this is what's keeping them from being a 5. Otherwise it tasted good, I could see the potential. The stir fried beef noodles is as classic as it gets. No notes , adding sriracha is a personal touch for me and it tasted familiar. Otherwise, open to trying it again if their meat isn't as fatty. Prices were reasonable too.

The gentleman working the register, who then cooked our order, and served us Our food was very accommodating. I could tell he appreciated our business and respected My husband-who was at first hesitant to dine there. Uncle Henry's personality and communication changed that and made him feel comfortable and at ease. Thank you, I really appreciate you for that. My Husband enjoyed everything I ordered. The combination fried rice, lo mein, and chicken wings were made to order...hot, fresh, and delicious. It isn't a large restaurant, it's more like a take-out joint, with dining in as an option, we dined in and got to enjoy the warmth present of this family run business. We needed that. I don't know where GOD may lead us next on this journey called life, but if we're ever in Westminster, CO again, you can expect to see us. Til next time.

Delicious and authentic. What more can you want from dim sum?…read more Be sure to get here early as the wait can get lengthy. So plan ahead, though the food is well worth the wait! Carts rotate and display their options to you frequently as you enjoy your meal. So tou can order plates as quickly as you finish them. I recommend the pork buns and pork ribs. My favorite this time around were the leek dumplings with a side of noodles. We finished off with a coconut bun that wasn't too sweet. It was the perfect finish to the meal with ample amounts of tea. Use the kiosk up front to reserve your spot!

This place used to be the classic on dim sum, but the food seemed to be very generic now…read more XLB or soup dumplings is always the classic for most dim sum or Taiwanese eateries. Here unfortunately looks to be pre made by some factory somewhere and not freshly made? From picture, you can see the skin stick to the tin container and thus the soup has all leaked out. The beef with flat noodles was also a bit disappointing in that the beef has no texture as in they used too much baking soda in overly tenderizing the meat. The noodles also seemed thinner than the ones I'm more used to back home in Texas. Overall, it was just an ok place, which was a disappointment since I drove my mom from ft collins just to have some dim sum with here for the weekend I'm here visiting.

Any Google search for "shrimp chow mein" shows stir-fried egg noodles with shrimp and vegetables. Instead, I was served mixed vegetables with a separate bag of crispy noodles. The fried rice in my photo was my own substitution for the white rice that normally comes with the lunch special, so that's not the issue. I already ate the shrimp before taking the photo, which is why they aren't pictured. The lunch portion only came with about four shrimp. If this restaurant serves a different regional style of chow mein, that should be clearly explained on the menu so customers know what they're ordering. When you order chow mein, you expect actual chow mein noodles--not vegetables with a side of rice and a bag of crunchy noodles. Unfortunately, this wasn't what I ordered or expected, and I wouldn't order it again.
