Last time we came everything was on point. So disappointed this time. The fried rice was so hard it was like eating raw rice. Talked with someone and they gave us new stuff but same problem. Food is great, for most part staff is good. But on several occasions I have seen staff clean restrooms walk out and start either fixing orders or bagging orders without changing. I addressed issue privately with manager and he pulled her to the one side out of view. It must have been something they laughed about and it could have been something totally seperate but the way it appeared was that it was this situation. I went back several times and seen same type of situations where gloves are crossed contaminated. It can make some people deathly sick. I don't understand why it continues.. read more

Line sever seemed so rude, kind of sad because there wasn't much going on in the restaurant. And after a couple times telling her I couldn't hear what she was asking me, I finally was able to place my order. I hate when I know the potential quality a brand can be and I go somewhere and that location changes my views. My food, orange chicken, was luke warm, and the rice was dry with hard barely cooked vegetables. If you asked me based on this visit, I highly recommend not to eat here or patronage this establishment if you value getting your money and satisfaction worth. read more

I absolutely love Panda Express but this particular location is completely ridiculous!!! Unfortunately there isn't one close to where I live so when working out of town I try to get some once a week. Was so happy they had a location in the city I was working in.... Complete disappointment!!!! Went in on Monday at 6pm plenty of worker but out of everything except rice, noodles, orange chicken and beef and broccoli. They said they weren't cooking anything else. Come on!!! It's 6pm you know the time ppl eat dinner!!! So went somewhere else. Returned on Tuesday at 3pm. Same situation!!!! Went by again today at 12:30pm (Wednesday) only to find out that they really just don't want to be at work so basically they're not cooking food so the customer will leave and not order!!! I placed an order at the drive-thru. I ordered Beijing Beef, orange chicken and white rice. I got to the window and the lady confirmed my order. I got home and the Beijing beef was not in the order. I tried calling multiple times and it just rings. No answer. Very disappointing. read more

Enjoy the food at Panda Express but there is confusion about picking up your order! Every time you visit the staff tell you no you must pick up from window. Next time they will say no pick up from front entrance. I understand the confusion with the Covid but last few visits the staff have been extremely rude. Although the food is good, especially the chow mein, walnut honey shrimp and angus beef, bad customer service is a deterrent. Place the personable staff out dealing with the public. read more

I only leave reviews when the service is really bad or really good. This time is was really bad. I ordered a bowl with chow mein and chicken. The employee was a white gurl her name tag said "Sav". She put me barely any chow mein, with the chicken on top it wasn't even half way full. The employee after her making the next order put the correct amount of food to the top of the bowl. The Sav girl getting my food was really rude, did not smile didn't make eye contact, came to register gave my total and tossed me food to me in the bag. Food is exceptionally fresh. Staff is friendly and orders are accurate (even in the drive thru). The portions sizes vary from server to server. Some give large portions while other employees are VERY conservative AKA STINGY with the food. Overall a option for healthy fast food. Great place for families. Military Discount is given. read more

I have never had a bad experience here. Whether it's picking up food through the drive through or sitting inside to eat, this place is consistently great. I love that the kitchen is open so we can see them making the food as they go. Also *Paula* is such a hard worker! She always greets you as you come in and if there is the slightest slow down of customers, she is cleaning something or making sure the sitting customers are still satisfied! For the last several times I have been through the drive thru, this location has bee out of Panda Express staples, such as String Bean Chicken and Honey and Walnut Shrimp, as well as Sweet and Sour Sauce and soy sauce. I've asked for chopsticks but none were in the bag. And the persons working the window don't seem to care. I'm not sure when or if I'll go back. read more

This is beyond ridiculous, my son & I waited over 25 minuets in the drive through line. When I got to open my order, I had gotten half rice half noodles. It was obvious that they had messed up & given me all rice, filling the entire end of the take out container. Then catching the mistake added less than 1/4 cup of noodles. You know for as long as I waited, really... they couldn't just give me a small little bowl of noodles. That's simply stupid. So now as far as I'm concerned, this location can't do timely work & does it half assed. It's noodles but if they can't even do right by the customer on that, what are they doing in the back? Don't go during busy times unless you have an hour for lunch & don't go during slow times unless you don't mind eating skanky old food. Clean facility and friendly staff. Panda Express is usually my go to if for fast food since its filling and I can share my portion with another. Sadly stars deducted for the food. Every location that I've been to, you pretty much know what your ordering and the flavor, texture that comes with it. The food here was extremely oily...like seeping out of your skin oily...like a teaspoon of oil left in your plate oily, so it left me feeling pretty heavy after my meal. I ordered the kung Pao chicken which I was surprised that there was more chicken than I typically see and the flavor was the same as usual. The orange chicken is one that never fails and I was super stoked when it came fresh off the wok, unfortunately the flavor just wasn't there and a lot of the peices were mostly breading. Lastly the noodles, had a very oily feel and look to it. Looked more like a traditional lo mein instead of chow mein, which is fine but the flavor just seemed too soy saucy and more on the al dente side. It also didn't have much vegetables mixed in which was a little disappointing. I don't think I'll make this my go to while here in Columbus. read more

Ordered the orange chicken with chow mein. The orange chicken was superb, as usually. The chow mein was also good, except there wasn't enough noodles compared to the amount of vegetables, but it still tasted pretty good. Recommended if you're looking for Chinese food and don't want to risk ordering from a place you've never been before. Panda Express is always a safe choice. read more

Not good! The food is very bland and overpriced. I got the chicken w/ mushroom (more like chicken w/ zucchini), walnut glazed shrimp, and "chow mein" that was actually dried up lo mein. The only thing that was somewhat decent was the shrimp and the portion was so small, that it wouldn't even make an impact on this review. I was pretty much out of $8. It wasn't as bad as my mother though; she pretty much paid $7 for a bowl of rice! She had the shrimp as well, but if you get the shrimp they charge an extra $1.25 on top of the entree charge they already give you. If you want good Chinese food, stick to the local restaurants around here. read more

I have a consistently great experience every time I come here. The staff is very friendly and the food is always just right. My favorite entreé item is the Beijing beef. Soooo yummy! The prices are very affordable, and they do offer a 10% military discount. Service is always quick, and there's the convenience of a drive-thru window for those in a hurry! read more
