I ordered almost 27 dollars worth of food and they did not put the red sauce in my bag, I had to drive back to get it and my crab rang was cold so I asked for a fresh order and the lady at the register got loud and rude couldn't understand everything she said and refused, and went from the register to handling food with out washing her hands or using sanitizer, which I will be reporting to state read more

The food is okay because sometimes the rice is too hard and sometimes it's cooked just right. However, now that the place is no longer famous for its $1.00 scoop, (price increased to $1.50 a scoop), I have noticed that each scoops are only about half a scoop that they serve me. I only come in for the fried rice and chicken on a stick. Three scoops of rice should have the small plastic bowl overflowing with rice. In the past, I would get 2 scoops and the bowl would be full. Now the same bowl with three scoops is barely full. I know that inflation caused them to increase their prices but they don't have to steal from the customers with smaller servings. The server will start with the big tray only to dump the food out and get the smaller bowl tray, if I only order the rice. He puts the used tray back into his stacked trays. This is unsanitary and the food inspectors should do an undercover inspection. read more

Haven't seen a dollar scoop Chinese food place since I lived in Denver. My husband and I drove by after a late Wal-Mart run. Look, it's literally $1 per scoop and for the price it really isn't bad! All the chicken dishes were literally the same chicken in different sauces. The chicken could have been crisper but the sauces were pretty tasty. This is quick, decent Chinese food. The prices are great. And I love their egg rolls. Both my husband and I visit this location quite often. I went there yesterday to grab a quick lunch and my bill was $7.18. When I checked my bank account later that day they must have added a tip even though I zeroed that section out. They charged my card $8.62 when I have a receipt for $7.18. The money is not a big deal, it is only $1.44 extra. But if they do this to other customers that money will quickly add up. I will no longer visit this location because they steal. read more

I politely asked if I could have only 1-2 more and was told that it's 10 cents a packet.
