I know a lot of people are not really happy with the Bojangles on Airport Thruway in older reviews, but the food is ALMOST as good as the Bojangles in the Carolinas, and that says a lot. Nothing was undercooked or overcooked to any capacity. We ordered the 5 pc supreme, and 20 sliders and it came out great. I'd give the food a 9/10 for Bojangles standards. Purely because the chicken could use just a pinch bit more seasoning. Really sweet lady at the counter too. read more

Came here for lunch after shopping. It was my first time going to Bojangles. The chicken sandwich was good flavorful cooked well in the fries that came with. It were outstanding definitely the star of the show was the french fries. The seasoning on them was awesome. They were a little cold however the two breast dinner I got was lacking an overall flavor on the chicken and the chicken was cold stale and you can tell it's been sitting there for a while. I had to put a lot of salt and pepper on it just to make it edible for me. The mashed potatoes and gravy were good however, they gave me hardly any gravy so I had to go up and ask for more, the beans were your typical beans but there was hardly any flavor ironically on them the service was impeccable. They were nice sweet and was respectful. However, they seem to hide on the back and took a little bit for them to come out front. Not a bad first experience I deafly come back for the fries and the sandwich, and if they had hot fresh chicken breast, I'd get those. read more

Driving from Alabama back home to Florida where we have no Bojangles, we were very excited to get some delicious fried chicken. That excitement came to a screeching halt when we couldn't go in the dining room to order food. The marquee sign outside said "Dining Room Now Open"; however that wasn't the case. Door locked, window decor all torn down making it look like the building was unoccupied, and table and chairs were pushed along the walls. We're pulling our travel trailer and won't make it through the drive thru which indicated it was open for business. Thanks for the disappointment don't think we'll be back to Columbus anytime soon. Gave one star but would give negative if possible. Thankfully there was a Chick Fil-A down the road. read more

The Bojangles at Airport Thruway has improved greatly in past few months. The chicken is fried perfectly and is fresh. Not sitting out for long time. Prices are reasonable. Most improved is the service given by the employees. I got an order today thru drive thru in 8 minutes! read more

Food was good. Chicken was fresh biscuits were all right. Of course it was 1930 on a Friday night. The problem was the dining room was closed and locked. The server forgot a drink after we ordered at the drive-thru three of the exact same combinations with 1 other drink than the other. I couldn't tell about the ambiance bc we could not go in. The staff was soo friendly and welcoming and better yet the meat was freshly cooked and juicy breasts. The meat was seasoned perfectly and will give most popeyes a kick in the butt. My wife and I shop every Thursday at the Walmart across the street. We always come and get sausage,egg and cheese biscuits meals when we are done. The past couple of weeks,we have been informed that they have stopped cooking eggs, despite the drive thru saying all day breakfast is served. The tea and biscuits are usually always good. The service is good. The one complaint I have is the person making the food also took money and ran the register. Not sanitary when I watched her just wipe her hands with a napkin before touching the register but never before touching our food. They ask us to wear masks but don't use gloves when handling our food. read more

I think I may own the record for most Bojangles eaten at in the South (at least 50 locations, probably many more). And, while I used to visit this chain weekly on work trips I've backed off a bit, simply because more healthy fast food options now exist. This location isn't the best I've been to, but did offer a clean place to eat and friendly service, even if the cashier didn't know what Bo-Sauce tasted like or what it was. Why was it not as good as some of the better locations? The Chicken Supremes are normally fresh and hot. Three of us ordered them. They were overcooked and lukewarm. The fries were similar and we had to take them back and ask for more seasoning on them. C'mon guys - you're seasoning is good - use it! The fried chicken looked like it had been sitting out for a while, too. Meanwhile, even with these facts, it's still better than Church's, Popeye's, KFC, etc. And, you can't go wrong with their Legendary Sweet Tea. read more

I have never had bad food here. The chicken has always been cooked through. The chicken fillets in their biscuits can be a little dry sometimes. The service has never been so awful that I felt like complaining. It's a second choice behind Popeye's for me. read more

This was the absolute WORST Bojangles i ever came across. The staff was not friendly, they acted like i was bothering them (even though i was one of the 3 people in the restaurant), AND they gave me cold, undercooked food to go along with my cold shouldered service. I ended up having to throw away my fun food and go to McDonalds instead. If you're looking for a decent place to eat steer far away from this place! Go to KFC or Chic Fil A. Bought a 30 dollar meal for the family and did not receive half my order . They where not busy at all . A 30 mile round trip has turned into a 30 mile round trip . Now my food is cold and i wasted a lot of gas . Inexcusable and unacceptable. Went back to get the stuff they forgot and i am still not satisfied . The door was locked so i couldn't even speak to a manager . Insult to injury they gave me a regular fry instead of the picnic size . So disappointed. Go to churches , at least they will get your order right the first time . Unlike the other reviews on here, I had a good dining experience. I ordered the roasted chicken bites combo with dirty rice and it was great. I also really enjoy the rice and chicken bowl! The Red Patio cherry soda is always a refreshing finish with my meal. I never really visited Bojangles' a lot in the past, but when I tried the rice and chicken bowl I was hooked. Stopped here after some shopping and a sweet potato pie and sweet tea sounded great ! Well I wish the lady got our order right the first time and told us at the speaker box that it would take 10 minutes for a pie to be done !
