I was so excited to see the new store in Clark open after the mall locations closed a while back. I finally got the Chance to to stop in today. Was in the mood for teriyaki chicken, when I arrived at 830pm the food line was closed and empty. No selection when I asked when they closed (9:30pm) and was disappointed with the minimal selection. Customer service was ok, woman seemed apologetic and understanding of my dissatisfaction. Will not make this a destination location for Chinese food cravings. Alright, now that I've eaten at this Panda Express twice I feel like I can properly rate it. Most recently I got a T-Mobile Tuesday offer where I won a free Bowl so I figured why not, let me give it another try. I think if this popped up in my window again, I wouldn't make the trip out to redeem it. I'll give it the fact that if you go in order a bull this is a pretty decent sized meal for one person. Quality of food though is just low. It's like getting bad Chinese food takeout where the flavors are either too strong or something's just not quite right with the flavor or it's bland. I found this with my latest Venture, the orange chicken, which I was told it was the most popular and the lo mein noodles. The chicken, something was just not right, the taste was a little off. The pieces of chicken itself are so tiny that it's mostly breading that you're eating. The lo mein noodles were really bland but somewhat balanced when I mixed the odd tasting chicken with the bland lo mein noodles. I ate the thing, but it wasn't something I'd return to go get. Price wise you're looking at about as much as you would spend in the Chinese food restaurant, so I would suggest you just go and get your local take out slash pick up from there. read more

Greeted upon entering the door wanted to sample the orange chicken. The cook said a fresh batch was coming out. Within minutes the fresh batch of orange chicken was up and some one was smiling and ready to assist with my order. Hot and delicious orange chicken, had along with the mixed vegetables. ( Yeah! They were just right not watery or over done). I asked if they had a tip jar and he said it's not allowed, so my change went to a charity. I love this Panda Express location! The cashiers are always helpful and friendly, and the establishment is very clean. The only tiny downside is the occasional wait when the food is cooking. But, overall, this place is great! The Beijing beef and orange chicken are my favorite. read more

This was our first experience eating at a Panda Express, and our last. It was a take-out Order. I ordered the Panda Bowl of Mushroom Chicken and Chow Mein, my husband ordered the Orange Chicken and Chow Mein. I don't know what the mystery meat was in my bowl, but it was not edible. It seemed like I was eating chicken fat, There was NO chi chicken in my dish. I pushed it aside and ate the mushrooms, zucchini and noodles. My husband said the Chicken in his dish was also more coating than chicken, he ate some and left most. The veggie spring rolls were good. They also got the order wrong, as he asked for a separate order of chow Mein and fried rice. We got neither, but we weren't charged so no harm. He said the place was busy, so maybe our taste buds are set higher than others, but when we're craving Chinese food, we'll stick with our usual local take-out. We won't be back. read more

This place is so clean and staff is very nice and helpful. I just wish they would change the food once in a while from the heating trays and bring it fresh. I always get the chicken breast with string beans and honestly, the last couple of times I got it, the string beans were not crunchy and it just looks disgusting. I ordered bejing beef fresh to go with rice & noodles. They made the beef put my chow mein & rice with it and I went home. When I proceeded to eat, i kept tasting something sour and I've had this same exact meal several times so something was up. I was very disappointed with this place. I'm going to start by saying yesterday was the 2nd time I've went to this place and it was no better than the first. The food was subpar to say the least. The chow mein was dry and sticky and had an awkward feel as if it had been sitting all day. The same can be said for the rest of what I had. Food is good, no complaints! The negative is the service. We were there for dinner at 8:45 pm (they close at 10:00pm) only to be told there was very little food left and they were not making anymore. What's the point of having the "open" sign on if there's no food?! Turn the sign off if you're too lazy to make more food!!
