The teriyaki chicken I normally get didn't look the best but I decided to keep it. I ended up having to cook it more when I got home. My wife's item was unavailable and we had to wait longer which is fine. Wasn't even offered a drink or anything for waiting. Rice was Terrible and there was hardly any noodles in the lo mein. Had throw most of our food away.

They actually have drive-thru and open till 10:00 pm. Not much selection at this time and they weren't willing to cook anything.

Not real Chinese but a really good choice for people with families. I think it's tasty.

As we were waiting, we noticed that 4-5 tables were done eating and paid their bills. All got up and left, the staff quickly cleaned the tables. The cleaned tables were empty for another 15 minutes. The lady that took our names down took a while to call the next customers. Seems like we were waiting just to wait...she sat one party down and waited another 10 minute to sit the next group... anyways, after we waited for a good 40 minutes, we were finally called to be seated. Sat down and was immediately served with water and took our order down. Time for the food review: Chicken popcorn - nice crisp and texture, but lacking flavor. Felt like it needed a dipping sauce. Pork lard rice - disappointing, bland Pork intestine with green mustard - this dish was okay.. Crispy garlic salted fish - fish was nicely fried and flavor was good. Probably the best dish so far Crispy pork chop - this is the reason why we came here.. we wanted to find a dish like May Ice cream. Unfortunately, this was a huge disappointment. The pork chop was extremely salted. From the skin to the pork itself. Walnut shrimp - this dish was foul. Who puts sprinkles on the side?! Tasted like I was eating an ice cream shop. The shrimp was also dry. Overall, not worth going and waiting. Food was lacking.

The ambiance was good, people talking amongst themselves along with some music. We did like how the kitchen was open to see them making the noodles and buns fresh. We ordered the following: Taiwanese Popcorn Chicken, Spicy Mapo Tofu, Pan Fried Pork Xiao Long Baos, Pork and Shrimp Wonton Noodle Soup, Hunan Stir Fry Beef and Spicy DanDan Noodles. The Taiwanese popcorn chicken was a great appetizer, crunchy and flavorful. The spicy mapo tofu was very delicious, and it was spicy while being silky smooth. The pan fried Xiao long Baos had a sesame seed bottom that complimented it well, and best eaten with a little soy sauce and chili. The pork and shrimp wonton noodle soup had a clean and light broth with freshly made noodles. The Hunan stir fry beef was very delicious with the flavorful beef and veggies. The spicy Dan Dan noodles were also pretty tasty as well with the sauce. We just wished that it had more meat in the noodles, but the fresh noodles are delicious. The waitress was very attentive to us from making sure we had everything and answering our questions. We initially didn't plan to come here, but we were glad to come across this restaurant with the quality and service. Overall, our experience and food were great, and we will definitely come back again.

The lamb ribs are my favorite in the country - bar none! They are the perfect combination of fatty and meaty and salty. Each bite glistens and has the perfect amount of delicious char. The potato salad is a vinegar based one. Great crunch. The quail is rich and amazing and the cucumber salad is the perfect balance of refreshing, salty, and savory - with a whisper of heat. The service is quick and friendly. You simply fill out the boxes next to what items you want and they come and bring the food. Ambiance is fun! Very authentic. The soup arrives at the table first. It's hot and delicious and the noodles tasted pretty fresh. A handful of beef slices were included in the large bowl. Next out were the skewers and they brought these out in phases with the pork belly and quail coming out last. My favorite was the lamb as I love the seasoning and flavor of lamb skewers, no matter what restaurant cooks them. They were playing the world cup game on one of their tv's, but I was on the other side of the restaurant and didn't get a good view.

The sauce bar only had soy sauce and white vinegar. If I want a build your bowl hotpot, yin tang has way more options and they don't have a 1 lb minimum, and they have sauce options. They had many noodle options, but no low carb noodles. No shirataki knots, sadly. I'm doing keto, so this was disappointing because yin tang has shirataki knots. I got spicy level 1. It's a self service restaurant, but enough tables to also sit down and eat. The staff was really kind and helped me throughout the entire night, guiding me through the process. It's similar to other malatang places, where you pick your own ingredients. The only thing is any meats you'd want is already in a smaller bag on the side, with a fixed weight. I'm assuming it's for sanitary reasons. The per pound price is a bit higher, but it's justified- the flavor of the stir fry was really flavorful, all the ingredients are very fresh. They also give you a loyalty card where you can get free items if you order X amount of times.
