For the most part this Panda really good, I haven't had too much trouble with getting delayed orders. My only complaint is I got some food near closing time and got the scraps. The food was subpar to what it usually is and is even somewhat turning my stomach consuming it. I understand that it's near closing time but i was hoping for some good Panda Express regardless of the time. So from my experience, good unless you're ordering past like 9. read more

Buffoons! That's how I describe the people working here! The service is absolutely horrendous. The food is always the same--it's fine. But when you order something you expect to the service to get the order right? Did they? Nope! Was the restaurant clean after having to go inside to ask for my drive through order that was already 15 minutes late? No, not clean. I am so pissed with the lady who wasn't listening and said "yeah, yeah, yeah" in such a dismissive way. I would suspect she was the chief buffoon! Whomever owns this franchise needs to get those employees in training. I will not return to this restaurant and will suggest to everyone I know to bypass this slum!! read more

Please don't call Panda Express . It is not express .This is just ridiculous--I honestly never want to come back here again. It's supposed to be fast food, but it's not fast at all; I've been standing here waiting for 20 minutes already. read more

The teriyaki chicken I normally get didn't look the best but I decided to keep it. I ended up having to cook it more when I got home. My wife's item was unavailable and we had to wait longer which is fine. Wasn't even offered a drink or anything for waiting. Rice was Terrible and there was hardly any noodles in the lo mein. Had throw most of our food away. read more

I walked in and while it was very crowded, I let Sammie know I was picking up my mobile order and she was extremely professional and polite, and even updated me about how many minutes it would be! She had a friendly smile and was just very kind! She should definitely be recognized by the company. You can tell person customer service by how they treat you when the store is very busy and she did a fantastic job. read more

No wonder it has 2 stars. App ordered food is never done on time and they can't manage to include a fortune cookie in the order much less apologize for being 20 minutes late. Pathetic. read more

Avoid this place! They dont ever have anything in stock - always sold out. Zero teriyaki anything for about 2 months now - and i've been probably 3 times. Came through the drive through today. Needed to get two meals, one for me and one for my friend whose order i had ready to get. They were out of the 3 things i wanted: Teriyaki chicken (they ahve chicken no teriyaki sauce), they were out of teh sweet fire chicken and out of the angus pepper beef dinner. It is like they have made no effort to re stock any of their items and especially NONE of their teriyaki. Avoid this place. They make no effort - they dont deserve any business. read more

Food was good (for fast Chinese food), but sadly, they removed their outdoor seating. They now have a big empty paved space where there used to be covered outdoor seating. Their Sweet Iced Tea is labeled both "Sweet" and "Unsweetened". Be careful to get the correct tea - especially if you are doing take out. I lowered my review after getting confused and not getting what I thought I was ordering. Like other reviews stated, they are constantly out of many items. Their pat answer is "10 minutes". I offered to pay and eat what was available while waiting for my last entree... which never came. I was apparently confused about the "Bigger Plate of 3 entrees and a side item". I thought that included 3 entrees and something like an egg roll. So I waited and waited for my 3rd entree. Come to find out, the rice was the side item. And they figured the egg roll was my 3rd entree. Even though I clearly stated, "I will take the chicken egg roll for my side item", they did not correct me or clarify my confusion. Was this their fault? Maybe not. But it does mean I left an unsatisfied customer. read more

Horrible experience, made me wait 30 minutes to reboot every computer because the system wasn't working ? Had my food ready and drink ready .. they said they couldn't serve me because of system being down after 30 minutes? Bs never coming to this panda again , plus manager was very rude about it . Horrible leadership.. hiding in the back while the poor workers finding out what the problem be read more

This is the third time they forgot to put in the teriyaki sauce. I would never rate any restaurant 1 star but this is enough

The staff was friendly but frazzled and overworked. The food we ordered online was said to be ready at 6:15. We went in and through the line multiple times being told "10 or 5 more minutes." The food finally came out at 6:55. 40 minutes after the estimated time. This is NOT fast food at all. Some of our order was beyond chicken, so maybe that explains some of this, but I recommend hiring more workers or changing how the food is prepared. read more

The rating is specific to this location and not for the Panda Express chain. And please note that I am addicted to their General Tso's Chicken, which apparently doesn't exist in China :P This location is by far the cleanest and the friendliest Panda Express I have ever been to. The manager here cleans, sets tables and chairs and walks around with a smile asking each customer how the food is and if there is anything else they need. And their food...delicious as ever unlike my last location where their brown rice was more of a congee/oatmeal than how rice is supposed to be. If the corporate needs a role model location where they need an exemplary location that delivers a positive customer experience (CX), they might want to consider this location. I highly recommend this place as a life-time management consultant and a GTC-addict (that's general tso's chicken...being a consultant and a acronym junkie) read more

It took them a bit to answer, but I assume they were busy. The food is delicious most of the time, but sometimes they add too much rice and not enough chicken. Overall a pretty good place, but not every day food. read more

I don't usually write a review but I HAD TO. I come to this panda express for dinner once a week but it was like the WORST food I ever had. I ordered a plate with half orange chicken and honey chicken breast but the portion was like smaller than it used to be. I forgot to take a picture since I was starving to death. It' MUCH LESS PORTION than other panda express. It's not even worth a star. read more

Fuck this place! I placed an order on Uber eats around 8:30 & they call me at 9:30 to let me know my order couldn't be made because they didn't have half the stuff I ordered. This isn't the first time this happens to me either & they literally have the worst customer service. read more

Health hazard-no care for food safety! Last time, early 2023-a woman brought back 2 containers missing the entree! 1 had rice, 1 had noodles. The mgr (in black) dumped the returned food "back in the main food" bins! I called the safety code dept who said it was not acceptable. He'd left 2 msgs with the corp. Should be on camera. Cabbage often has black spots, not clean, small bones in chicken, not hot. One teen mgr was very rude and argued with me about the rotten food. Over priced, not worth it. read more

Don't bother visiting after 8. They will not cook anything they run out of starting about 8, and by 9 they had no entrees left. Egg rolls and plain noodles were offered. They should just close if they aren't even going to try. read more

Can a manager PLEASE TRAIN Isabella that if someone asks for extra soy sauce, "I already put some in there" is NOT the right response . WE KNOW YOU PUT 2 IN THERE ISABELLA. THATS WHY WE ASK FOR EXTRA. Like she has the RUDEST tone and next time I go through the drive through , I'd rather ask for a refund ! IT IS NOT THE END OF THE WORLD IF I LIKE SOY SAUCE ALOT. I pay almost 10$ for a plate and you're upset I want extra sauce? girl bye read more

Food is good but never have the super greens they advertise.

Sometimes the food can be the best panda you've ever had or the worst, service is nothing special but compared to another panda express i went to in Carrollton/Addison this location is way much better read more

My 9 year old and I love Panda Express but this particular location always messes up our order or is out of food. A couple of times per month we will try to Uber Eats this location and we will receive a call from the manager saying that they are out of food. If the order is actually placed, it will arrive wrong. It is very unfortunate because the location on Josey never has this problem and is so close in proximity. Wish I could rate higher. read more

I always come here and they never have anything ready. Plus the food tastes like it's been there for days. And the customer service is absolutely horrible it's like they don't wanna work! That one gay guy on morning shifts has the worst attitude! read more

Waste your time coming here. Half the items on the menu they're almost always out of, or they say they don't even flat out carry it. The lobby is almost always closed, and there's a sign saying that they're understaffed. The drive-through line will take you 10+ minutes to get through and then you find out that they don't have what you came for anyway. Do not recommend this location at all read more

This location is the best in the area given they have to complete against all of the other Asian restaurants in the area. The staff is usually very friendly. I've never had a bad experience here. read more

Foods always hot and yummy! They drive thru is pretty fast, and the workers are always so polite!

I don't know if it's new management but the quality of this panda has really gone down. Multiple times there's been things missing from our order like teriyaki chicken missing the teriyaki twice now like??? I will even ask and pay for extra meat and will receive a tiny bit more than the usual serving. The beef and broccoli is also mainly broccoli which makes it not worth asking for extra. Really sad to see this place go down hill. read more

If you can make it to another Panda Express please do. The food taste awe full here an the service is just trifling. Do not ask for any condiments cause that's like asking to borrow some money it is terrible here read more

I went through the drive-thru Friday night, trying to save time. One of the things I ordered (the shrimp) needed to be cooked, and the girl said it'd be 5 minutes. That was fine with me so after paying I pulled up to a spot to wait. 15 minutes go by so I go inside to see what was going on. The cashier checks and my bags were right next to the drive-thru window. She offers a fountain drink for my trouble but I declined .... so my takeaway is that if they don't have something ready just choose a different entree or go somewhere else. read more

Apparently filling online orders is more important than walk-in customers. Stood at counter several minutes with no one acknowledging I was there. Sure we're filling the carry out bags though read more

Word of advice, don't even think of going at anytime approaching closing. After waiting at the drive thru window for 10 minutes and looking at the workers counting their cash drawers, one of them finally came to the Window and told me the 2 entrees they still had. As earlier reviews have stated, they do not cook anything after 9:30 and serve what they have until close. Good food, just don't go hungry at night. read more

I went here to get lunch today and when I got the pineapple chicken. It only had like two chicken pieces so I asked for more very nicely. One of the employee named LESLIE responded in a rude manner and denied to give me more chicken. I went back to my seat, awestruck, but after few minutes I went up to manager because I felt that I had the right to ask nicely for proper portion for my food that I paid for. The manager was super nice and provided me with the service I deserved. I was very pleased and returned to my seat, but right as I sat down, I saw LESLIE rolling her eyes and saying "wow" from a distance. Please give her a warning or a punishment for her unacceptable manner against the customers. I hope no other customer has to go through this kind of horrible service and that the workers here can learn how to properly work in the SERVICE industry. read more

Pretty typical fast food experience. I do find that service at Panda Express is better than at many other fast foods places I go to, but it's still not exactly spectacular. I do like that they'll give you samples for whatever you want to try - they come out with new items fairly often, and it's nice to get a little taste before you commit! Basically, it's nothing special, but if you want Chinese food and everything else is closed, it's certainly passable. read more

We hadn't had Panda Express in a while so we decided to give it a try. Let me just say, it was a let down. The chow mein and fried rice literally had no taste. The food was very dry and there were barely any vegetables in the kung pao, which is usually famous for all its fresh vegetables. We will not be returning to this location or possibly any Panda Express because of this poor experience. We bought one entree and a medium side and between the 5 of us we could not even finish that much. We are very disappointed in the quality of food that they are serving. read more

This location is the worst managed. Do NOT go, instead drive across town to the Hebron/Josey location. This one constantly runs out of food including RICE. Again, do not go here...you are wasting time. read more

I always end up spending far more money than I ever intended here. Their prices really add up. They have specials, but invariably, the best entrees are the ones exempt from the specials, so you have to pay extra to get them. They always give samples when you ask and the food is always fresh. The walnut chicken is AWESOME. Much better than I expected. Don't take my word for it - go in there and ask for a sample... if your socks are not blown off right through your shoes, I'd be surprised. Yes - awesome. The spring rolls are very good - the light, crispy crust and you can taste the fresh cabbage and bean sprouts as soon as you bite into them. read more

I have frequented this Panda Express for a few months now, since I work in the area. My first visit was fine. My second visit they totally screwed up my order and I didn't realize til I was already back at work. I called and informed them of their mistake and they made it right by offering me a free meal. Today I went through the drive-thru and got my usual - honey walnut shrimp & fried rice. They gave me 1/3 of the amount of fried rice I have gotten every single other time I've been to ANY Panda Express. I also only got half the amount of shrimp I'm usually given. This wouldn't really be an issue if I was not charged an additional $1.25 for my entree. The employees are very polite, but don't seem to care about the service they provide. I would not recommend this location, drive the extra few minutes to the next location if you're craving Panda. read more

The store number is # 1593. My food was not good this time. My first time to write a poor review. I ordered the two entree sweet fire Chicken, it was served warm to cold!! I ate some of it. The chicken pieces are to big and need to be cut in smaller pieces. Since you all don't offer knives. Orange Chicken not to much orange taste. I ordered the chow- mein and their was more vegetables like over three quarters vegetables. How disappointing. I didn't take it up to your team members because, I was very hungry. Half the plate will be in trash. The time I paid was 3:09 pm. read more
