Avoid this place! They dont ever have anything in stock - always sold out. Zero teriyaki anything for about 2 months now - and i've been probably 3 times. Came through the drive through today. Needed to get two meals, one for me and one for my friend whose order i had ready to get. They were out of the 3 things i wanted: Teriyaki chicken (they ahve chicken no teriyaki sauce), they were out of teh sweet fire chicken and out of the angus pepper beef dinner. Food was good (for fast Chinese food), but sadly, they removed their outdoor seating. They now have a big empty paved space where there used to be covered outdoor seating. Their Sweet Iced Tea is labeled both "Sweet" and "Unsweetened". Be careful to get the correct tea - especially if you are doing take out. I thought that included 3 entrees and something like an egg roll. So I waited and waited for my 3rd entree. Come to find out, the rice was the side item. The staff was friendly but frazzled and overworked. The food we ordered online was said to be ready at 6:15. We went in and through the line multiple times being told "10 or 5 more minutes." The food finally came out at 6:55. 40 minutes after the estimated time. This is NOT fast food at all. The rating is specific to this location and not for the Panda Express chain. And please note that I am addicted to their General Tso's Chicken, which apparently doesn't exist in China :P This location is by far the cleanest and the friendliest Panda Express I have ever been to. The manager here cleans, sets tables and chairs and walks around with a smile asking each customer how the food is and if there is anything else they need. And their food...delicious as ever unlike my last location where their brown rice was more of a congee/oatmeal than how rice is supposed to be. If the corporate needs a role model location where they need an exemplary location that delivers a positive customer experience (CX), they might want to consider this location. Health hazard-no care for food safety! Last time, early 2023-a woman brought back 2 containers missing the entree! 1 had rice, 1 had noodles. The mgr (in black) dumped the returned food "back in the main food" bins! I called the safety code dept who said it was not acceptable. He'd left 2 msgs with the corp. Should be on camera. My 9 year old and I love Panda Express but this particular location always messes up our order or is out of food. A couple of times per month we will try to Uber Eats this location and we will receive a call from the manager saying that they are out of food. If the order is actually placed, it will arrive wrong. One of the employee named LESLIE responded in a rude manner and denied to give me more chicken. The food was very dry and there were barely any vegetables in the kung pao, which is usually famous for all its fresh vegetables. My second visit they totally screwed up my order and I didn't realize til I was already back at work. I called and informed them of their mistake and they made it right by offering me a free meal. Today I went through the drive-thru and got my usual - honey walnut shrimp & fried rice. They gave me 1/3 of the amount of fried rice I have gotten every single other time I've been to ANY Panda Express. I also only got half the amount of shrimp I'm usually given. This wouldn't really be an issue if I was not charged an additional $1.25 for my entree. The employees are very polite, but don't seem to care about the service they provide. They have specials, but invariably, the best entrees are the ones exempt from the specials, so you have to pay extra to get them. They always give samples when you ask and the food is always fresh.
