But when you order something you expect to the service to get the order right? Did they? Nope! They were out of the 3 things i wanted: Teriyaki chicken (they ahve chicken no teriyaki sauce), they were out of teh sweet fire chicken and out of the angus pepper beef dinner. Food was good (for fast Chinese food), but sadly, they removed their outdoor seating. They now have a big empty paved space where there used to be covered outdoor seating. Their Sweet Iced Tea is labeled both "Sweet" and "Unsweetened". Be careful to get the correct tea - especially if you are doing take out. I lowered my review after getting confused and not getting what I thought I was ordering. Like other reviews stated, they are constantly out of many items. Their pat answer is "10 minutes". I offered to pay and eat what was available while waiting for my last entree... which never came. I was apparently confused about the "Bigger Plate of 3 entrees and a side item". I thought that included 3 entrees and something like an egg roll. So I waited and waited for my 3rd entree. Come to find out, the rice was the side item. And they figured the egg roll was my 3rd entree. Even though I clearly stated, "I will take the chicken egg roll for my side item", they did not correct me or clarify my confusion. The staff was friendly but frazzled and overworked. The food we ordered online was said to be ready at 6:15. We went in and through the line multiple times being told "10 or 5 more minutes." The food finally came out at 6:55. 40 minutes after the estimated time. This is NOT fast food at all. Some of our order was beyond chicken, so maybe that explains some of this, but I recommend hiring more workers or changing how the food is prepared. read more

The rating is specific to this location and not for the Panda Express chain. And please note that I am addicted to their General Tso's Chicken, which apparently doesn't exist in China :P This location is by far the cleanest and the friendliest Panda Express I have ever been to. The manager here cleans, sets tables and chairs and walks around with a smile asking each customer how the food is and if there is anything else they need. And their food...delicious as ever unlike my last location where their brown rice was more of a congee/oatmeal than how rice is supposed to be. If the corporate needs a role model location where they need an exemplary location that delivers a positive customer experience (CX), they might want to consider this location. Health hazard-no care for food safety! Last time, early 2023-a woman brought back 2 containers missing the entree! 1 had rice, 1 had noodles. My 9 year old and I love Panda Express but this particular location always messes up our order or is out of food. A couple of times per month we will try to Uber Eats this location and we will receive a call from the manager saying that they are out of food. If the order is actually placed, it will arrive wrong. I went through the drive-thru Friday night, trying to save time. One of the things I ordered (the shrimp) needed to be cooked, and the girl said it'd be 5 minutes. I went here to get lunch today and when I got the pineapple chicken. It only had like two chicken pieces so I asked for more very nicely. One of the employee named LESLIE responded in a rude manner and denied to give me more chicken. The food was very dry and there were barely any vegetables in the kung pao, which is usually famous for all its fresh vegetables. I have frequented this Panda Express for a few months now, since I work in the area. My first visit was fine. My second visit they totally screwed up my order and I didn't realize til I was already back at work. I called and informed them of their mistake and they made it right by offering me a free meal. Today I went through the drive-thru and got my usual - honey walnut shrimp & fried rice. They gave me 1/3 of the amount of fried rice I have gotten every single other time I've been to ANY Panda Express. I also only got half the amount of shrimp I'm usually given. This wouldn't really be an issue if I was not charged an additional $1.25 for my entree. The employees are very polite, but don't seem to care about the service they provide. They have specials, but invariably, the best entrees are the ones exempt from the specials, so you have to pay extra to get them. They always give samples when you ask and the food is always fresh.
