They offer great sandwiches and salads at reasonable prices. And the sandwiches include a small garden salad instead of french fries or chips, which I think is a really nice touch. So, highly recommended.

If you come to this establishment to eat-in before it's closing time, please make sure to ask first…read morewhen the actual closing time is before making your order. After long day of shopping at the Camarillo outlet, we were quite happy to be there 15 minutes before it's advertised (on Google) business schedule & it was still open for business. So we started ordering and tapping my card to pay for my order. After the payment, the cashier then reminded that our order would be a take-out order instead of eat-in! I guess, that's the America fast food industries work ethic of nowadays. We were very disappointed for that customer-insensitivity. We knew they would close soon but not this soon. So, buyers be ware... For that, 2 stars rating for this fast food joint should be more than adequate, in my opinion!

Went here for lunch while they appeared to be conducting some kind of corporate training. I ordered…read morejust fries and a plain cheeseburger. Cell reception in the area is poor, so I usually connect to the restaurant's Wi-Fi after arriving to confirm that I'm there for my order. With corporate on-site, the staff seemed overwhelmed and repeatedly asked me to confirm my order. I kept asking them to give me a moment, but I wasn't given enough time to confirm it before they handed me my food. I left, only to realize that my order was incorrect. When I returned to get it fixed, the staff blamed me because the order hadn't been confirmed, despite not giving me a reasonable opportunity to do so in the first place. It's pretty disappointing to see this happen with 50+ people being trained and corporate representatives present. To their credit, they eventually corrected my order and gave me extra fries. However, blaming the customer for a mix-up that could have been avoided with better communication doesn't sit well with me.

The restaurant is pretty small - only a few indoor tables - mostly tables for two. His attitude was so obvious that it made me feel humiliated and completely uncomfortable. It is unacceptable for someone who works in customer service to make customers feel judged or ridiculed. No matter who enters through that door, everyone deserves to be treated with respect and professionalism. Victoria's attitude completely ruined our visit. I never expected to receive such treatment in front of my son. I sincerely hope that management will take action on the matter, because no one should leave a restaurant feeling this way. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I've had and, for now, I'm not going back.
