I know they got rid of encherito long time ago, but then they brought it back and then I asked them to make something like encherito and if you mention the word in encherito they will never do it. I said can you please get me a combination burrito lay it on it side put some sauce on it and some cheese and they said absolutely not, and this has happened before and after the encherito made a comeback. Haven't eaten at Taco Bell in close to a year and it's pretty sad that they are who reminded me why! I ordered the meal that included a Mexican pizza and 2 taco supremes. If I got 10 strands of cheese on each taco that was being generous and my Mexican Pizza wasn't much different. I never understood why restaurant employees treat toppings and condiments as if it is coming out of their own pockets. I don't know how this location is still open when they're always messing up. I went the other night and ordered the crispy chicken cantina taco (which I've gotten before at another location) when I got my food it was a plain broken crispy taco with that chicken filling inside and just cold shredded cheese. Was definitely not grilled with the cheese in the outside. Very disappointed as no longer selling tostadas, yet they were selling them 2 weeks ago! What has changed? So reluctantly I tried to use the kiosk! Not everything on the menu can be ordered thru the kiosk! So I had to wait for the girl to come to the register to order the food I wanted to eat! Yikes, man. I used to love this location 7 or so years ago. Used to be very clean and they'd never forget anything. Definitely not anymore, forgot my drinks (while it's not busy at all mind you). The tables are filthy and have food residue smeared on them. The bathroom was a mess and the trash clearly hasn't been taken out in days and the staff is really aloof. I get it, fast food is a lame job but that doesnt mean you shouldn't provide the service you're hired to do. First off, this is taco bell. What do you really expect? I see mostly negative reviews, major complaints this place being slow. I came here on the way to Carpinteria Beach and honestly I get where the slowness comments come from. I actually ordered from inside but asked for the food to-go. The cashier was brand new, literally his first day so I give him a pass for not knowing how to do certain customization options. Food did take a little while to be ready. The dope thing is when it did, the manager noticed I had been patiently waiting awhile and gave me free cinnabon delight dessert things, kinda like tiny donuts. It was totally unexpected and encouraged me to write a positive review about that part of the experience. The reason I'm actually reviewing this location is because the other one off Flynn is the worst location ever! However, this one near Las Posas seems to accommodate to needs such as special orders (without botching them) and vegan needs too!! Charged me someone else's order and tried to cover it up by not giving me a receipt. The person at the drive thru didn't confirm the price and tried handing me a soda after he charged my card.
