Looking for a quick Mexican bite our favorite Sharkey's was closed so thought how bad can a taco be? We found out the hard way! We ordered 4 tacos and they all were very skimpy. I could not believe the drive through when I got $12 + bill. We had one Diet Coke. Got home could not believe the tasteless tacos a touch of meat very little cheese. There will be no next time. Very simple order 1 nacho fries box with a coke Should be pretty hard to screw up right? This location managed to mess up 3 of the 4 things that make up this order. Instead of a coke I got what I can only assume was either a mr pibb or dr pepper. I can never tell them apart as they are both terrible in my opinion. Instead of the Doritos taco that comes in it I got a regular taco in the Doritos wrapper. The burrito which is the one with nacho cheese in came with no nacho cheese. I have been coming to this Taco Bell for 40 years. This is officially the worst time period to order food there. No tomatoes no onions. Expect to get all the tomatoes and onions. This isn't a one time incident. Multiple times this has happened to where my wife and I have vetoed Taco Bell. Then if you have an issue and want to speak to a manager in regards to the inaccuracy of your order the number listed does not work! They always get my order right, even with vegetarian modifications. Tonight, we ordered a pretty complicated family meal. It was ready in less than 10 minutes, they were very accommodating (asked if we wanted extra sauce/napkins/utensils), and everything in the order was correct. When going to Taco bell I know it's not real Mexican but.... I have been going here forever. The food was always decent but they are really cutting cost. I order steak nacho's it was horrible. This Taco Bell had good service other than the wait. I waited in line for about 8-9 minutes to pay and for the food due to the cars in front of me waiting. One vehicle in front of us but there must have been an issue because we waited (no exaggeration) close to 10 minutes (stuck anyway). This place is a joke. I'm so sorry. I never write reviews and usually try to give places the benefit of the doubt. I worked at Taco Bell before when I was 18, so I know shit happens. I went through the drive through tonight and patiently waited.. they were decently busy. I asked for 3 Chalupa supremes. I asked politely if they could please drop some fresh Gorditas for the chalupas and I would wait. They said yes no problem!!! So I waited and got home. Keeping in mind I live across the street from this Taco Bell and it took me maybe two mins to get home. I was so excited to eat and watch the game with my bf. My chalupas were cold... and they had no cheese, no sour cream. But instead they were Fresca style. I favor going to this location over the other one in Camarillo. The people are friendly, my order is correct, and they do their best understaffed for the day or not. I LOVE Taco Bell, but this place is now on my OFF LIMITS list. The quality of the food is horrific, orders not correct, and drive thru times, well you may want to pack an overnight bag. My wife made a special trip and drove to the next town in Rush Hour traffic to surprise me with dinner. It wasn't until she got home that we discovered that the two Encherritos she ordered got turned into "Quesorritos." Then we ordered the "Nacho Fries" which were 6 to 8 fries at the bottom of a paper cup. I always order extra red sauce for my encherittos, but apparently that translated into extra chipotle sauce which made the damn things to spicey to eat, so my dinner went into the trash. This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to! The first time here in the drive through lane, the wait was 30 minutes! There was only about 3 cars ahead of us. I have no idea what was taking so long but the kids there seem understaffed and don't seem to care. The food should have been comped for the amount of time we waited. Tonight, we decided to drive through again. We were told that they ran out of regular sized cups so we had to pay for a large size instead. We asked if they would charge us for the regular size and was told that they couldn't do that. I'm not sure why them being out of cups was our problem. Then, the machine was broken so after waiting for 10 minutes for our drink the guy filled it up half way and asked if it was okay since it wasn't working!! We said no, we need a refund at this point. We don't want a different flavor added to the top. The manager came over and refunded the purchase but didn't even make eye contact or apologize. Just walked away! The guy didn't even offer us the half cup of freeze for the inconvenience and time spent. It was again the worst experience we have ever had not only at a Taco Bell but any drive through.
