This is the name on the order that I asked at least 3 times if it was mine, an hour later the manager made me take it

Can I give no stars? My Son called in an order, so I stopped by to get it. They only had one order there with a different name on it. I did try to contact my Son but he was getting ready for work he didn't hear his phone. So I went home, he showed me the order number, sent me a screenshot. I went back, and that same order was sitting there. I gave the manager the number my Son gave me and he insisted first I was at the wrong place. So we talked to my Son and gave that address. He put in the order number my Son gave me and he said "sometimes those are wrong." So I left with NO FOOD one hour later. As I sit in my car texting my Son, the manager runs out with that CRUSTY, HOUR OLD FOOD, and tells me that it's mine. I looked at him as he puts it through my window and tells me to have a nice day. The name on the order was wrong by YOU GUYS, and I had to take crusty, one hour old food. He never offered to remake it or anything. I so wanted to leave it in the parking lot, tell him where to shove it, but my Son paid for it. Seriously disgusting by the manager.

Two beef and broccoli panda bowls each contained no more than one ounce of beef. We paid over $8 each for two broccoli bowls. We will NEVER eat at any Panda Express again.

Panda always offers fresh delicious food. During the pandemic, Panda offers pick up as well as in-store purchase. A surprise to me, the soda fountain is open to the public as well.

Panda Express is my guilty pleasure I crave from time to time. Definitely not your traditional Chinese food, especially since it's a chain restaurant, but it is so good! Their new black pepper angus steak is delicious. This particular day, i had a good balance of veggies and meat mixed together. Some days you can definitely get the bottom of the bowl with way more veggies and less meat. I also get the orange chicken and chow mein noodles. I have never had issues with service and even at their busy times I don't have to wait too long.

Beef Broccoli with fried rice & wonton

Had high hopes for my meal. Got it. It was bland, and the rice didn't flavor. And not much meat. The wonton didn't have any flavor in them, lacking love when made

The teriyaki chicken was terrible- tasted like rubber and the fried rice had no flavor. I won"t eat here ever again.

I ordered teriyaki chicken but just got chicken breast with no teriyaki sauce. The rest of the food was decent.

Music too loud turned up high, hard to hear staff. Too much Broccoli in these takeout places, must be really cheap.

But I've dined-in, ordered take-out, and have also done a catering order for 40 people and this place always delivers every single time. Service is solid as expected. The outside of the place is unassuming. But that doesn't really matter, because the food was delicious. There's a large amount of seating available. The menu can be a bit overwhelming, but I have a few favorites that I always order and then I try to add one or two new dishes to try as well. Anyway, a list of my favorite dishes below: Quick fried crispy fish fillet: this is the GOATed dish. The fish it meaty, incredibly crispy, and the black beans on top add this super nice saltiness when eaten together with the rice, it's perfect. Orange chicken: this isn't your typical orange chicken like Panda Express. This stuff is flavorful, a bit sweet and more caramelly than orange juicy. I will admit sometimes though that it can be a bit battery, but that's seldom. Szechuan green beans: yum. salty, tender. The perfect side veggie to make me think I'm eating healthy. Achoy: this veggie tastes clean but it's also so flavorful. My favorite veggie here by far. The pieces are a little long so it can be difficult to eat sometimes with a spoon. Cumin beef: tender, spicy, and salty. flavorful and always delivers. Salt and pepper squid: this used to be one of my favorites, but over the last 2 years it's become more of "onions with squid" rather than "squid with onions". Nonetheless, the squid is crispy and salty, and pairs very well with rice. Beef chow fun: a classic. nice soy flavor and tender chewy flat rice noodles. I do like Peking Garden's beef chow fun more but this is pretty good too. During lunch, they also have a sliced noodle that I usually get with minced pork sauce. It's a large portion and the noodles are seasoned with a spicy oil and minced pork. The noodles are thick and chewy but melt in your mouth, and the flavor is just filled with umami. It's a nice mix up from the rice staple.

There was a ton of noodles piled on top of my plate but only one or two onions or mushrooms. I would never go back there again and the service is not great either. I always wanted to try it, but I don't understand how they can stay in business when their food is so tasteless. My partner ordered barbecued beef and peapods, and he was not satisfied with the beef either. They need to up their game and get fresh meat!

I ordered the Stir Fry Spicy Beef, Mapo Tofu, and the Pork Belly. Everything was tasty and have no complaints as far as the actual flavors. I do think that the Mapo Tofu should always be soft tofu rather than firm, but that's just a personal preference. The beef was plentiful and extra tender and the pork belly was perfectly melt-in-your-mouth, so good that I felt like I had to ration it throughout the next few meals. I do wish it came with more rice. I ordered three sides and only got one box of rice. I was hoping to have at least two so I can eat it for several days. However, to end on a positive note, when I walked in to pick up my order, the woman (owner possibly) was incredibly friendly and spoke Mandarin to me. She was welcoming, funny, and we briefly argued how spicy food should really be for it to be enjoyable. "The spicier the better," me thinks. Come show these guys some love!

This is one of those low key hidden gem restaurants that serve authentic food without a doubt,…read morebecause it's not only difficult to locate, but also relatively exclusive in terms of its clientele. I enjoyed everything I have had here so far and definitely appreciated the authentic aspect of the food they have. The only improvement I could suggest was the taste of a lot of their dishes, as flavors tended to be on the mild side. It doesn't mean their food is any less authentic, though, and I would recommend all that are looking for authentic Chinese food to visit here. Individually, I ordered dishes that I would normally order in Chinese restaurants, so while I am not sure if there's anything I can necessarily recommend yet, I will say that I thought every dish I have had were above average in comparison to the same dishes I have had elsewhere. My favorite so far is the fried pork in scoop (锅包肉) and I don't even regularly eat pork. There was a nice layer of sweetness and sourness witht the sauce outside the pork pieces. The vegetable dishes like eggplant in garlic sauce (鱼香茄子), green beans with garlic (干煸四季豆), and Chinese cabbage (手撕包菜) are all tasty enough. The Chinese cabbage contained a lot of vinegar, and I bet some people would enjoy that. I didn't taste enough cumin in the cumin lamb (孜然羊肉) dish, but there was an abundant amount of lamb and I appreciated it. The spicy pepper chicken (辣子鸡) was very delicious and had the right amount of spice in my opinion. There is a Relaxing Healthy Center that's connected to the restaurant and apparently that establishment has been very popular, especially in the evenings. I have not visited there yet but I heard that it was similar to saunas in China, and I would love to visit there soon. Regardless, this is a hidden gem, hole in the wall, type of spot and I would definitely recommend everyone.
